Our doctor sent in a prescription for Paxlovid for a member of our family with Covid and we NEVER saw that prescription added to that member’s prescription list. We waited several days and finally phoned them. We were told it was out of stock. We were NEVER given the courtesy of a text saying it was not available nor a comment on the patient’s prescription list on line. Not impressed with the service!!

Ok I don't know how this happened again but I was just in there last month telling the pharmacy I do NOT want anyone delivering my medication. Then 4 hours ago a door dash calls me states he can't find my house. He still has not shown up. I had to call and talk to a manager who was kind enough to give me door dash customer service number. Speaking to door dash they finally tell me my medication is back at Walgreens. So maybe if I write it on a review that you will listen that I do not want my medication given to anyone else but me.

Walgreens pharmacy is one of the best pharmacies in town! Rebecca always has a smile on her face and is so kind whenever i pick up a prescription! Definitely recommend them!

I went to the Pharmacy to pick up my prescription meds. Rebecca was very sweet, polite, & helpful. She was very attentive and answered all my needs and concerns. Highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone!

If I could’ve given no stars that’s what this company would receive. We had a trip planned to Europe and we had to set up an appointment for the pharmacy in Silver City a week prior to our 72 hour requirement for the air lines so we did this and we receive confirmations of our appointments so three days prior to leaving on a plane for France Walgreen says we don’t have any Tests that’s corporate that made those appointments for you you’re just out of luck!Staff could’ve cared less it was an ongoing problem they sent in several times to get it fixed but obviously corporate was not listening.If you’re counting on getting a test at Walgreens don’t do it corporate sets it up for you but the pharmacies have no Tests.Go to one of the HMS services if you’re in Silver City they are beyond wonderful so professional and helped us out in a pinch because of Walgreens failure

The problems within the Walgreens pharmacy have very little to do with the pharmacy techs. They do their best to help me and the issues are not created by them.

The people at this Pharmacy care nothing about people or their satisfaction. If possible, I have went to the fine people of CVS, who genuinely seem to care about me. I have repeatedly had problems with ordering a prescription nearly a week ahead of time and it has still not been ready. The managers and staff are not interested in helping people.

Well, I guess it's to be expected. They tell you that you can earn points with every purchase. Once you reach a certain threshold you can use them for money off your next purchase. I had been a member for years and was always able to get and use my points in other areas of the country. Silver city will not, for any reason, allow you to use them. So much about this small town was disappointing. I never thought I'd ever say this but NEVER go to Walgreens in silver city.And just because your email says you have points that are about to expire and can show them the email don't expect them to care. I got so frustrated I just left my membership card at the register and walked out (I had only about a $5 discount but had picked up over $100 in needed items, so Walmart wins again). The pharmacy is painfully slow and won't take hardly any of the insurance providers, I can see why the store was empty. Free market economy will eventually close this store. With so many companies downsizing and people losing jobs you would think the employees would be more helpful and support a program that helps to sell merchandise. But then there is always fast food right?

Waited at the drive-in for 30 minutes with only one car ahead of me. Drove up and still waited another 5 minutes while no one acknowledged my presence. When the pharmacist finally arrived I asked him if it usually took half an hour at the drive in. He replied "It wasn't half an hour". Then he gave me some excuse like it's only me at the cashier or something... Like that is had anything to do with anything. No concern about my time or an attempt to help me understand what I can expect in future. Recommend CVS. Too bad my health insurance wont work with CVS.

This store Cards EVERYONE who buys alcohol or tobacco. My husband and I are in our SIXTIES and find this policy to be irrational and uncalled for. My husband was making the purchase and I merely accompanied him into the store. We were BOTH carded. We will take our dollars elsewhere.

I will be taking my business elsewhere. The pharmacy is poorly run and staffed by people who are either inept or just truly too lazy to do what they need to do. It just keeps getting worse. If I could give a negative 5 stars I would.

The service at drive up window is horrible to say the least!! Everytime I've had to go thru there has been a long wait to even get a person to come to window; shortest wait time ever has been 1/2 hour and that's after getting a call that my prescription was ready. Hire more people!!!

The worst part of being sick is waiting 45 minutes in stand up line to be told prescription is not ready. Had to see my prescription card before they could process. Oops. We had it all the time. Wait 15 minutes and we will fill it. Hope you don't pass out.

Traveled a long distance to get a much needed medication and Walgreens pharmacy in Silver City, NM closed their service windows at 1:30 PM right before my eyes. Disgusting!
