Out of the three young men I saw working, two were on their cell phones and I felt like I was bothering them when I asked for help. One was on their phone talking about how he was going to quit, so loudly I heard a few rows over. The lack of professionalism and customer service was disappointing.

Was greeted at the door. He immediately knew I needed help and didn't mind answering all my questions. I was very impressed by the speed at which the cashier was accomplishing her job. I would have loved to have given this location a five. Except for the floors needed buffed or something. Just needed some air...

Outstanding service. One employee went home during lunch to bring in his tile saw. He cut the tiles for me and helped with the proper grout to use with installing them. I had a terrible leak in the foundation and really needed his help. I was grateful for his service. Thank you!!

Great customer service. Fully stocked hardware store. Sales guy took time to explain everything and demonstrate how the trimmer worked. Carried it to the car and filled trimmer with free gas . Awesome.

i do all my own home maintenance, and this was going to be my main source of supplies, as i redo my new home -- a big part of the reason for that is 1. its just down the road, so i can walk to it, and 2. i try to support local businesses -- when i went in today, i noticed the prices i was going to pay was higher than up the road at walmart, but i wanted to support this business, so i bought my stuff up to the checker, and as i was checking out she told me, "next time you come in, leave your pack at the counter" -- so i cancelled the purchase, and there won't be a "next time" -- if you can't trust a 71 yr old man to not rip you off, i sure can't trust you to leave my pack at your counter -- particularly when my wife can go in with some enormous purse, and thats no problem

We took a Stihl chainsaw in for repairs. Four calls later (from us to them - we received no calls from them at all) we picked up the chainsaw and it still was not repaired (despite being told parts were ordered and it would be repaired). That was seven weeks of lousy service!

Pretty much the same as any hardware store. Thing is, I am used to the layout when it was Mr. Eds. They totally moved just about everything around. Still not used to the layout.
