They have birds, fish, lizards and kittens. Not a petco but I didn't move to silver to shop big box. This is a great shop. The animals are healthy and happy. The staff is always kind and very knowledgeable. If they don't have what you are looking for they will work with you. Might take some time but the wait is worth a new member to a family.

I will never go back there worst pet shop I have ever gone to. We bought a very sick animal from there it lasted little over 30 hours and passed away and a huge vet bill and kids hearts broken.. I called to resolve the issue and was told to drive 8 hour round trip to make it right . Be cautious

My family and I love this pet store. All of the animals look healthy and well-cared for. Every staff member is super knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They have all the supplies you'll need to adopt a pet, whether its a hamster, bird, turtle, snake, or something else! Pampered Pets carries a wide variety of animals, too: lizards, snakes, turtles, parakeets and other birds, mice, hamsters, guinea pigs, chinchillas, a wide variety of fish, and sometimes puppies and kittens. I like that they make sure that the puppies they get are not from puppy mills. The staff also does dog grooming and teeth cleaning. It really is an outstanding pet store. My son and I usually go to buy crickets for our pet lizard, and it's always a treat to visit.

Great pet shop!! I'm new to the area and relieved to have finally found my go to for pet support and supplies. Fantastic, willing to help staff that I can't say enough good things about. The location is a bit difficult to access due to the construction but definitely worth the effort.

The animals always seem to be well cared for and content. The staff is knowledgeable about the animals they offer, and there is actually a pretty wide variety of pets available. They are also responsible and upfront with information about animals that might be sick. They absolutely won't sell pets that are having issues until the problem is resolved.

The service is always good, very friendly, but seems like they need to take care of their critters, for instance, the fiddler crabs are stuck in a small tank in fresh water and no sand, on plastic, or their fishes in two (or more at times) tanks with ick. Just a lil more compassion to take care of their animals would be a 5 star rating but I give this a 3 out of 5 based on the service and friendliness.

They were very caring and patient with our nervous dog. They took the time to help her calm down and feel comfortable with the new place before takings her away to be groomed. They groomers fer exactly how i asked. VERY SATISFIED! Will be back.

Owner is wonderful and very helpful! Great with my baby when he gets his nails cut. There is an OUCH for 2020 PRICE INCREASE. To just have a dog's nails cut, it was $10, for 2020 it has increased .... to.... $15. Wow that a heck of an increase considering, most of us, either don't get a raise for the increase for the cost of living. The ones that so receive a cost if living increase, doesn't even come close to set national cost of living. Most of us can't afford to large of an increase in payment for services. I believe that's a 50% mark up.I'm not sure, if I can afford to pay that much, when money is so tight I can barely squeek by a few cent left over.

They did a great job with my dogs nails, she's not socialized at all and sometimes hard to deal with and they had no problems with her whatsoever, I would definitely recommend this place and I'll be back!

Nice people, clean place. Missing a few things I personally would like but have a small but wide variety of different animals and supplies for them. Birds, reptiles, rodents, and other critters can be found there.

Seems like the girl does not really know what she's doing. The owner either. They have fiddler crabs in a small lil plastic "tank" which isn't a tank at all, in fresh water. The fish tanks, the girl admitted, were cleaned once a week. Two or three tanks were quarantined cuz fish were getting ick. Just seems like they need to research how to take better care of these animals, fish, pets, or whatever you want to call them. The service Is good and the girl is friendly enough, which is why I rate this a four still.

Its a nice store has almost everything i need. Dont expect anything crazy exotic here, however they have the more common pets and items. Its a pleasure having a place i can get feeder insects and mice.
