I've always had great help at CVS Pharmacy in Sulver City. The pharmacist, Anthony has always answered my questions and also the staff. They are understaffed but do the best they can. Thank you Anthony.

Went to purchase 12 hr non-drowsy Sudafed. To start, the pharmacy said they were out, although the online store said they had some, so she presented me with a regular or a 24 hour option. I selected the 24 hr option and paid. Upon return home, she had given me the regular option. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT due to the fact that these are non-refundable and a controlled substance with a purchase limit - so I can't go back and buy some more.

I have gotten my prescriptions from CVS Silver City, NM for years but I am so annoyed with them. This store appears to managed very poorly. The pharmacy isn’t open on the weekends and has even been closed when they should have been open. My prescriptions are life saving for my heart disease, I can’t wait over the weekend. I’m moving my scripts to Walmart.

After being harassed by the workers, they decided what I could and couldn't carry around with me. After I said politely, " I can carry my own stuff."That's when she called me a thief out loud inside the store. Then they ganged up on me and one even risked his job in order to impress his girlfriend boss. Over all, workers were very aggressive and almost hostile. I felt like I wasn't even a human Being and that I should just jump off a bridge.

Always neat and clean. There are few employees, so you might need to ring the service bell or use the self checkout. Employees are usually very quick, friendly, and helpful.

I would like to post the highest review for an associate who worked at the counter as you enter the store.Her name is Annette. She was so polite and saved me a bunch of money from buying a vanilla card. I was asked by some scammers to purchase a one vanilla card for 500 dollars. She informed me that it was a big scam. She really took an interest in me to not get scammed. Another person wouldn't have taken the time but Annette did. I can not give enough great praise for her. She was busy yet took the time to save me from being scammed out of 500$. I consider CVS fortunate to have such an employee . What a great person.

I have gone twice to this store to pick up my RX. When you get into the store there are several staff chatting and making people wait while they are chatting. I called and it said it would be ready in 1hour, waiting 2 hour go in to the store cuz drive in is closed, get in and to find that I still need to wait 20 minutes for it to be picked up. This store is not for the public!!!!!CVS needs to do something for the publicstill not ready.

Me and my husband Jeff were staying at the Copper Manor Hotel in Silver City, and having CVS right next to us was very convenient. We live in Alamogordo, and don’t have a CVS there, but we decided to sign up to receive their discounts anyway. Everyone who worked there was so friendly and very knowledgeable. The two I remember most was Donna and Jackie. They were so nice the minute I walked through the door. Jackie got me signed up to receive their special discounts, and Donna encouraged me to get the app, which I did. I bought gummies, and I got one bottle free, and some makeup. I saved so much money and couldn’t be happier. The staff here is so amazing! ❤️❤️❤️

New pharmacy for me and they did not have my prescription not because it was not called in but because no one have checked the calls. The young gentleman was rude with no personality. They have to understand that when people come to see them is not because they want to be there. A smile and a little compassion goes a long way!

Store personnel cannot acknowledge customers. Not even a hello I Will be right with you. Clerk was rude and haughty when she finally decided to come to check stand. If you have a customer waiting to pay you help them or tell them you will be there soon. Walgreens is superior and always have a dedicated checker.

This company needs to get their staff more help! All the employees there work terribly hard, but are expected to do the jobs of 2 people. CVS Health is listed #4 in the Fortune 500, so clearly they can afford to staff better.

What a shame this pharmacy has began to be. They have screwed up so many patients prescriptions its un real!!! To top it off a young woman that works there is unbelievably rude to already suffering patients. She definitely doesn't have any business working anywhere near people period. AVOID THIS PHARMACY if you actually need your prescriptions and value human decency

They used to be the best in town. Now? Anybody's guess. Stopped in last week to pick up a med and when I found out which med it was, I asked them to remove it from my scripts as I was no.longer taking it. Today I called in a refill for a different med and the automated system said it would be ready on July 1st so I pushed the menu button and spoke to someone who said it was coming on to their computer right then and would be ready shortly. I came to pick up 8 hours later and was given the same med I refused last week. The tech said there were no other meds for so I gave him the name and told him Ibhad spoken to someone earlier who said it would be ready. He said nothing but left the window and spoke to the pharmacist. About 5 minutes later he returned with the med that had just then been filled. No apology. No thank you. Nothing. He acted like it was my fault their computer had messed up. I've been to by other CVS customers that they have had similar experiences. The best techs they had have all left for other jobs so would suspect a management issues exists. They do have a help wanted ad for a shift manager. Hope they get a good one

I go in all the time as i go to make up they put acivate cameras i told the co worker im not going to steal i have money. She didnt care cuz i know she the one that reported it. I am very mad this store did this too me as customer im going to take my businesses else where. Dont shop here people they dont trust thier regular customers neither of shop lifting

I have tried all day to call them to talk to a real live human being. The phone system just keeps saying it is unable to connect me and to try again later. Parts of the website aren't working either. I'll have to drive over there just to ask my question. Why can't they just answer the phone?
