Nice employees, good tator tots, and great blackberry cream slush!-My reduction to a 4-star is because the bacon in the burrito consisted of full pieces rather than cut pieces mixed throughout the egg, just like the picture on the menu board showed for the sausage burrito.-This is a matter of my personal taste only: I would have preferred the cheese to be shredded Mexican style or shredded cheddar instead of an American slice between the tortilla and egg.

The whole place is average. The service was good. The food is really better than expected. The cherry limeade is really good in taste. I highly recommend the limeade if you want a twist on your meal.Parking: The parking is tight for heavy duty and big vehicles. But fit for small little travel cars. When I say tight, it's probably exaggerated when you read it.

Worst customer service ever. They will cut you off and tell you the total and to pull up without letting you finish the order and won’t respond when you ask to continue making the rest of your order. Absolutely no customer service etiquette what so ever. Give the customer atleast more than 5 seconds to continue their order before completely cutting them off.

I ordered the chicken strip meal with extra gravy. Well bad choice cause the gravy was not even thick and no flavor. This is actually the second time I'm disappointed. The first time I ordered bacon cheeseburger, when I got home there was no bacon. Please take the time to get the order right and good quality food that your customers will enjoy.

Drive thru was super slow and the people behind us got their drinks fast than us. In addition, we only had 3 drinks and others had more. Oh, and they don't blend the bananas in the banana shakes.

Slow servicesJust order 5 drinks and it took an hour to get them45 mins waiting in the stall and was told it’s being worked on. Press the call button 15 mins and nothing. Seeing vehicles pull up and getting their meals and drinks served before meHad to pull up to the drive thru to get my order even that took another 20+mins.

I had to wait a long time for change. I paid a $50 bill and they claimed they gave my change to someone else. The little girl with long hair who messed up should get fired!!! I heard because of her two other innocent coworkers got written up as well. Do better Sonic!!

Come on SONIC workers! If you're not going to simply add lime and CHARGE FOR THE EXTRA CHERRIES MAKE SURE U ADD IT N THE DRINK! U have one freakn job espically when u chose to go and fill out the job application! You don't have to jipp the customers! I think there should be a on the house drink.

I’m a very understanding person and especially in these times where everyone is short staffed. But this place is ridiculous. From start to finish it was a disaster. Took 35 minutes for 2 breakfast burritos and 2 French toast stick orders. The person who took our order ignored us when we tried to correct her about the sticks because she read it back as pretzel sticks instead. Awful customer service.

The service was excellent, but the hamburger was dry. For a busy place, a dried-out hamburger patty was uncalled for. They could have done better. I like Sonic for a quick meal. Would eat here again.The service was above board and appreciated.

Usually quick service and hardly disappoints. Evening tho they may have no ice cream because machine is down?? Just a couple of times I've experienced this in the span of a couple of years. But cheerful carhops.

Will NEVER go to this one again! Employees are EXTREMELY rude. I placed my order and paid for it. Waited 30 minutes and the whole time watching others pull up, order, get their food and leave and we still hadnt gotten ours. I pressed the red button and after 10 minutes of no one answering my husband went in to see what was going on. Our order was sitting there melting so he asked them to make them fresh. They agreed. 15 minutes later she comes out and it was the same ones my husband asked them to remake. They were melted so the shake was literally nothing but liquid and the blasts were half melted. I said these are melted and she informed me that our ticket got lost. I said that doesnt excuse it being melted and I would like a refund. She said I want the items back then. I asked her to send a manager out. We noticed we didnt have a receipt and after waiting another 10 minutes for a manager my husband went back in. He asked for the receipt. The employee pointed to a folded up receipt and said there it is. No manager ever came out to talk to us, no apologies instead made it seem like it was our fault, and no one ever answered the red button they just cleared it. Thankfully it was a refund receipt but still ZERO excuses for how we were treated!

This Sonic store puts out quality fast food on a consistent basis. Tator tots & onion rings come out hot & fresh. Very rarely will the fries be warm (consistently hot & crispy). Could ease back on the salt a bit. Service is quick and servers are friendly (make sure tip them!). They serve during breakfast, lunch, and dinner times.

This is the second time this week, I've been to Sonic in Shiprock. Both times, my order took forever. I ordered on the app and had a 15 to 20 min wait both times after i got there and checked in. Today, all I had ordered was a drink! 😒🙄
