Lady standing behind my car pretending she's smoking. Straight Rubbernecking! I have a handicap license plate. I drive with my hands so when I park I look at my messages, I apologize to nobody! I guess I'm going to cross The street to family Dollar! Wow is this what you want to be remembered for Santa Rosa? New resident and I have been discriminated for not getting out of my vehicle promptly enough. I drive a Cadillac so it's not like I look suspicious or something.....

Always closed during regular business hours. Management is rude and unhelpful. Crowded isles and rare human cashiers. Selfcheck out is the only friendly cashier you'll find here. No restrooms for customers.

Very poor customer care and interest was not the first agenda of business in the store. My wife and I were traveling to see family in Santa Rosa and we brought along our dog who we have had for over 11 years. She comes with us because she has severe separation anxiety and because of this we did not bring her into the store. She is very well cared for, windows were left open and she has her own personal air conditioner in our car. But the workers sitting outside smoking their cigarettes decided that they were going to make that a personal interest while we were shopping to which my husband overheard very loud conversation from the workers about how a customer left their dog in the car. When he approached them to tell him it was a dog and that she was fine what I assume was the supervisor and the worker at the time treated him like we did something very bad when actually they had no idea much less checked on our dog to see that she has an air conditioner. But stated to us because they were outside smoking cigarettes with their black uniforms that it was to hot in the car that it was bad for us to leave our dog in the car during this very hot day. To which my husband asked if we could go ahead and bring her in since they had better knowledge over the care for our dog then we did. Her response was yes but her treatment of us was very very bad and very embarrassing. Being that we had only been in the store now for 5 minutes. This was done with line of customers. So we get our dog and come in and decide we really don't need anything from the store. And as we're leaving, our visit was only 10 minutes the same workers are sitting outside smoking again Apparently it was a very hot day It wasn't too hot for them to be outside smoking again, while there was still a very long line in the store. My wife loves Dollar general stores and where we live we have a very good relationship with Dollar general workers. As a store that is set by the highway I'm sure there have been many customers with pets in their car stepping in for just a minute to grab something and being well within their time limit that these Dollar store associates would find a better way to express their love for animals to the customers who also love their animals. And maybe address an myb conversation with associates that need to find their way of working more for those customers, then then conversing about those customers while not doing their work.

This location is usually pretty busy. The staff do a great job trying to stay ahead of shipments and keeping the place clean/organized. The manager has been there awhile and knows the locals very well. Its great to see someone in a position of leadership that not only cares about his customers but his employees.

The store was messy dirty. The medication area was low on all stocks. It was the first time I saw a self pay station at a dollar store. Glad I was just oassing through the areaI wouldn't want this to be the store I had to go to regularly. In fact the store in my area is so great compared to this one. It was what I compated it to and wss do shocked to motice yhe difference. I could have gone to family dollar across the street but I went to dollar general Because I was expecting it to be like the store where I live. Wow is all I can say, what a mess.

I only go if I need something. It's always cluttered and I stocked properly. The prices are never right because they're misplaced. And, customer service is a meh okay depending who you get.

Good convince store. Although as it is in such a small town may not have everything you're looking for. But has the norms, (ex. Snacks, drinks, batteries) if your on a long road trip and need some snacks or something to distract the kids, this sore will have what you need.*Note to everyone currently as of 7/20/20 New Mexico Requires all guests to wear a face mask/covering, if not there could be up to a 100$ fine.

This was about the best place to shop for little odds and ends in this little town. Shopping seems to have died here. Most of the restaurants and a lot of the stores are gone. It looks almost like a ghost town. But I'm glad this store was here.

We've eaten a lot of Mexican food all 0ver the country including SW style with refried or black beans. Whole Pinto beans are not to my taste. The rest was quite good.

Showed up with 3 minutes till closing with a deflating tire needing fix a flat and they would not help me. They just stood at the door and looked at me till I left. HORRIBLE PEOPLE.
