We have shopped at tractor supply in Albuquerque as well as many other in New Mexico but while in Santa Fe had to stop here for some feed. This place is so clean totally well stocked and great customer service. They lady outside doing cleaning I remember her name Olga greeted us at door as well as cashier guy. Don’t see this very much any more any it was very much appreciated. Good job Santa Fe tractor supply !

Great service is a plus to any store, but this location has phenomenal management! The store manager, Jeanine, not only helped my parents get everything situated with a very expensive online order that didn't work out accordingly, but she also gave us some fantastic suggestions on what else could work out even better! The employees have always been kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. And this time was no different. This kind of customer service is what keeps people coming back over and again! We give this location 5 stars and more, and want to thank Jeanine for making the customer the priority! Tractor Supply is extremely lucky to have her running the show! Thank you!!!

i am a regular at tractor supply co and have been going to this location for some time now and have met the store manager Phill a total of 2 times i was disappointed to her the way he speaks to and treats his employees as a store manager you should help you’re employees and encourage them to do better but instead this store manager hides in the back and disrespects his employees.

I came here to get a propane tank and heater (the kind that just attaches to the top of the tank.) I met a fantastic employee named "Noela" (give that woman a raise!!) who hustled around the store helping me and two other individuals in a kind of coordinated "dance." She managed to find things and answer questions, while being bombarded from all sides -- and did it with a smile and a great attitude, too. Definitely one of the nicest and most competent employees I've crossed paths with in a "big box store" in Santa Fe. Also five stars to Bill, who filled my propane tank, and also the check-out woman (long, light-brown hair) -- I wish I'd gotten her name, so I could name her here, as well. Both were super-nice and efficient. Overall, I was surprised and impressed with the level of service from these employees - thanks!

Visiting Santa Fe during an exceptionally cold spell, and our RV ran through both propane tanks on the weekend. Called ahead to this store to validate that they could REFILL my 30# tanks, and they said "yes. We refill, but the guy who does it leaves at 2." I told them we would be there before then.Arrived at 12:30, and was told by the cashiers that "the guy" had left at noon, and wasn't coming back. No one else in the store can refill propane tanks??? Even though there's a very prominent banner outside that's advertising "we refill propane!"I'd completely understand if I'd just showed up, no call. But I'd called ahead and was assured they could fill tanks before 2PM. Arrived well before then. Definitely not impressed. Glad I don't have to visit this location regularly.

We were traveling from California to Santa Fe,Nm. I needed some tools for my Rv, someone recommended me to go to tractor supply Santa Fe, NM. I went there today 07/31/23 and the time was 8:40pm.. they had closed the front door and three employees “ two ladies and one male” were right in front of us at the cash register talking, but won’t pickup phone or look at us. There were four other customers beside me who left upset. This is not the way how you do business..if this was in California theses employees will get some heat for closing store early and ruining the company name. Either the company CEO need to change the time or let customers know they will close early even if the time day they closed at 9pm

Was in the store tonight shopping Brandon helped me . He had great customer service skills and was knowledgeable on your products. Most the time anywhere you go now and days employees dont want to help or tell you they dont know so it was great to have someone happy to help and knew what he was doing and didnt waste my time . While i was shopping i noticed him helping several others before i asked him for help hope this young man is recognized by the company as good help is very rare now in days ...YOU ROCK BRANDON !!!....

The last 3-4 times I have attempted to order online for in-store pickup, the web site showed the item(s) as available for same day pickup and I invariably get an "items in your order have been cancelled" email within 30 minutes of placing the order. This has been a consistent theme. I cannot recommend this service from Tractor Supply.

I drove up from Albuquerque to buy a mini bike. It was missing a bolt in the carburetor and leaked gas all over my truck in the store parking lot. I informed the cashier and they sent someone out with me, the guy told me it wasn’t gas even though you could see the mess it made… it’s gas. You could smell it. He then proceeded to tell me I couldn’t return it or get a partial refund. Also, one of your cashiers was visibly high.

Store is always clean and well organized. I love that they have a curbside pickup option. I wish the app was more steeamlined, but I wouldn't take a star off for that because that's not an issue with the store location.

I have shopped at multiple tractor supply locations in different states and it's usually my go-to for farm/ranch supplies. I've been to this location a few times now and the horse and chicken feed aisles are just bare. When I ask someone if they have the feed item in the back they sometimes do, sometimes don't. It's like they don't have time or staff to restock the shelves. I've usually found prices to be very competitive but recently their prices were significantly higher than another store in town ($6 dollars more per bag of alfalfa pellets for instance). I often shop online and do a store pick up for convenience but the inventory stated online doesn't match what's actually in the store. Disappointed. I hope they turn things around.

Ordered a part online to ship to this location. The receiver insisted that the part was not in, even though I showed confimation through the app that it was delivered. Reciever checked and the part was in but was adamant that they barely received it the day before. I could have cared less when it was delivered, I only cared about receiving my purchase. I don't recommend having items shipped here for pick up! My husband informed me that his work stopped ordering from there because they were given the run around when parts did come in. In some instances they did not receive the order.

Chances they will have what you are looking for .......if not they will probably know where in town it can be found. They will also check their on-line store. The associates are the best I've found in a long time. Not pushy sales people but humans that genuinely care. If you haven't been there or its been awhile then it's time to get back in touch with a "Lowe's" or "home depot" type store that actually has sufficient associates that are knowledgeable and genuine. A÷÷÷÷÷÷.

I would buy my chicken feed here about half the time. I had an issue with some feed today and the manager John was incredibly helpful and gracious. Had me in and out of the store in under 15 minutes too. You never see that kind of customer service anymore. I'm getting my supplies from here 100% of the time from now on. Great experience

Tractor Supply employees are friendly and helpful. I find their store always organized and clean. Unlike other stores in the area if you don't have a face mask they will supply one for you. I would give 6 stars if I could!

Update : After speaking with the store manager this issue has been better resolved. We were apologized to for the way were treated and compensated for our trouble. Jim is a very professional manager and leader in his store.Did you know at +Tractor Supply Company​ there is a six chick minimum?After standing around for 30+ minutes and addressing the assistant manager for help to only be rudely ignored was I made aware of this policy as he walked away from me not to break his neck to see if there was anything else my family needed anything else at all. I would of liked to of known why there is such a ridiculous policy!Long story short I asked for the regional manager contact info but advised I didn't want the regional manager's contact info or how did he put it? Oh yeah (HIS THE LAST PERSON YOU WANT TO SPEAK WITH!) now what is that supposed to mean?As for me and family we'll vote with are dollar and take are business else where! As for my friends and professional contacts I'll share my experience and let them make their own decisions where they'll shop from. All we needed was feed and a chick to have as a laying hen to add to the flock but were only treated as a criminal instead.....!

First, the employees are great and very nice. This is no fault to them. The problem seems to be they only have 1 person who is trained to fill propane, which also happens to be the only person who does trailer sales. We have been to this location multiple times within the last few days trying to get our propane filled.. TSC needs to get this guy some help! Train another employee to fill propane to avoid long waits and sending customers away.

Waited 1 hour to get 1 tank of propane filled. Worker lady came and filled gentleman who had 6 tanks and wouldn't fill my one 10 gallon tank right away. She was real RUDE..The wait is always ridiculous. Is it really worth the $$. My time is money.

I lost a tool at work the other day, a pair of Channel-locks brand new too! First time I got to use them.😕 I was walking in for dog food as it was on my way home from work and a co worker said it was more affordable there and suggested I go check it out. I found what I wanted sure enough and it did cost less AWESOME! As I was walking to the front to pay i walked past the same pair of channel pliers and was very pleased to see that they were $15 less. 😁 sweet now that made my day, got my pups and me covered thanks ill be back.

Good prices, the line at the front usually takes forever because there is only one cashier. One time i bought two trees from here and they died, and did grow. They said they would reimburse me, but when i brought in the trees with the receipt. They said that they wouldnt do it, which was a bummer, but i am apart of there rewards club and i havent seen anything yet. Hopefully soon, because it does motivate me to buy more with good deals.

I like this place! Honestly I get all my chicken supplies here. Everything from items to maintain the coop and the run...to organic feed. I enjoy being able to ask questions and staff generally being able to give me an answer I can actually use and they never try and sell me on a specific product when I'm looking for options and supplements for the hens. They are the cheapest or the most expensive store, but they give you another option and competitive pricing.

I have always found the employees to be extremely nice and helpful. I have always been treated kindly and found great warmth in the people who work here. After working over 18 years in the retail industry, the bad reviews make me wonder what the other side of the story is. I have seen outrageously abusive treatment from customers to employees all over Santa Fe. There is always two sides to a story.

They had the exact boots I loved that had been stolen. The only pair that dont hurt my foot and the place smells like fertilizer which reminds me of my father. The staff was very helpful in finding me my boots.

It was labor day weekend, long story short it was 8:30 pm we were in a Bernalillo and we needed a generator for our camper. Jay and Rebecca were kind enough to wait a few minutes after closing at 9pm to sell us the generator that we needed so badly. They really showed compassion for our situation and I will always be grateful for good human beings like these two. Tractor Supply Co. is lucky to have these two as part of their team! THANK YOU!
