VERY disappointing. I love cats and want to support, but this is not a THRIFT store.Prices are ludicrous -- found many items from shirts to cups to printers marked at prices HIGHER than brand new. You all understand that blank t-shirt are $4 new, right? Who is buying $9 T-shirts from a 5k they didn't run?Out of touch "How much could one banana cost, $10?" vibe. Also, they won't let you use the bathroom. Is that even legal? Middle of nowhere strip mall, what are you supposed to do?

I've found lots of treasures here and it's all for a great cause! Highly recommend, one of my favorite places to shop in Santa Fe.

I used to love this store, but recently the prices have gotten so high, that it would much cheaper to buy them new. I found a nice book for $75.00, took a quick look online, and found that they were all in the $11.00 range new. They wouldn't lower the price. Then I found a beautiful bowl from World Market but saw that the price was $38!! It's so crazy. I love the store and a couple of the employees, but won't be back.

The store is clean, well organized and has a wide variety of items. Friendly staff and reasonable prices make this a fun store to shop at. I bought two dresses and a pin/brooch that I'm thrilled with. Parking was a breeze in their off-street lot. Bonus, there was an adorable cat available for adoption in the clean, spacious, comfortable cat apartment (I made this name up, I don't know what they call the cat space). Overall, a very positive shopping experience.

By far, this is Santa Fe's best thrift store. It is packed with all sorts of goodies including clothing, accessories, books, furniture and jewelry. Plus it benefits the Santa Fe Animal Shelter, so everyone wins.Their stock constantly changes, so you can go as often as you'd like and find "new" things. The donors are really generous, and you can get amazing deals here. Even our local famous folks bring things to this shop. The staff is always very helpful and nice- very down-to-earth.The prices are reasonable, and they use a color-coded tag system, so prices drop automatically. The jewelry is evaluated and tested, so you know what you're buying. If you like thrifting, this is a place you should not miss. It's a fun experience, and it benefits a great cause.

the store is nice but a bit small. the people at the front are pleasant but when i went to go donate several antique items that i didn't want to move with me the woman who was taking donations started digging through some of kitchen stuff and throwing in down at our feet saying they didn't want it because it had food particles on it. I understand if they dont have a way to clean things but throwing it back at our feet was very disrespectful.

This is a great store. My only problem is with the efficiency of the pick up and delivery. I had an antique wind chair. 150 or so years old. Perfect condition. Summer and winter slip covers. I called 4 times for a pick up, I wanted to donate it. No one called back, no one came. A friend finally took it to sit in at an outdoor market. It is probably trashed by now. I have another delivery and pick up. I am wary.

People complain that the prices are high for a thrift store, this isn’t a regular thrift store, it’s part of the Santa Fe animal shelter. Every cent that is spent here goes to the animals in need, if you want to feed money into a Rich CEOs pocket go right ahead. But if you want to help feed the animals definitely shop here!

Lots of great treasures! Plenty of animal things. Such as leashes, collars, diapers, animal clothes, plus they're really inexpensive. 1/2 off table. Friendly worker👍

I love going there & have donated car loads of things - clearing out my storage unit. The staff is friendly & usually great deals .... except for one skinney blond woman. She never greets people as they come in - all the others do. The first time I met her, I found a blouse on the outside rack, brought it in. When I told her I found it on the rack outside, she gave me a dirty look & said no, it wasn't from there. As if I was trying to steal it or something.Today I went by to drop off a couple boxes of art supplies. The bell was not answered so I walked into the store. "We're closed" is all she said to me - even tho there were people in & the neon sign said open. It really is the way she said it. I explained that i had a drop off. Another unfriendly look. Then I asked her why she was mean to me. I guess I should have asked if she was rude to everyone - or just me.Well, I'm still clearing out storage but now stuff will go to Savers.

If you are heading South of town, this is worth a look see. But be prepared. This place is severely over priced. Many great items, but you may as well go to a store and purchase said item new for the prices offered here.

Love this place, even if you don't find anything always have fun looking for treasures. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Good place to donate your things you no longer need. Feels good helping the Animal Shelter, they do such a good job.

Nasty, Nasty People work here !! When I mentioned that their prices had increased over the past several months, the lady behind the counter snapped, "Maybe you shouldn't come back, then." Shocked at her insulting tone, I replied, "I won't!" And I will not. Horrible, horrible customer service. Awful! Their prices are ridiculous for used merchandise, which are clearly priced as though they are new. Often the same NEW items can be found on the internet for half the price here. It didn't used to be this way, but it sure has changed.

Talking about use stuff the use stuff in the quality store is so high price consider being use that why it’s the reason why they called thrift store so it wouldn’t be so expensive but I guess not

over priced fot used items and nothing is negotiable.. i found several items and asked if she would do a discount because I too am on a budget that's why I'm buying used and she was rude and wpuld not even consider a discount. A lot of the items are donated and the donations go to the animal shelter I get that but most items are way over priced.

This store isnt as boutique-y as the other one but you can find great gems! I found an amazing baking dish that was originally $300 for only $50!

I love the vintage and historical treasures they have at that thrift store. I also love their goal of helping needy and sick animals. They also most of the time have a little kitty you can make as your new friend.

Ok, of all the things shops in Santa Fe, I make it a point to swing by this one. It is pure class and has the best quality merchandise. But it is hard to see from Cerillios Rd.
