I love the gently cooked food and so does little Moja! I love the staff, too. Love Jenny! I’m always amazed when they remember my name.Before Moja ate fresh Shine pet food, he smelled like a dog (I know, I know…) but after he ate the fresh food, he smells so yummy. And he goes to the vet less often. People think he’s a puppy, because of his high energy at almost 8 years old! Make the switch and invest in your pet’s health. They’d want you to!

We went into shine today. Such nice employee helped us pick out food for our puppy chi. Today. Also gave us a smample of a treat. Our puppy boy is such a picky eater. We bought a small half pint of fresh food and our dog loves it. Thank y'all so much. I'm no longer stress about feeding our new dog. We will be back. Highly recommend

We switched our dogs over to Shine food and have seen pretty significant changes in their health (for the better!). One dog had such severe GI issues before Shine that she'd been throwing up several times a night and/or having regular diarrhea for years. We saw so many vets and no test could explain why she was so sick. Prescription kibble didn't help either. Finally we switched her to the gently cooked Shine food. She hasn't vomited since. Her occasional bouts of stress-induced diarrhea quickly resolve after a day or two of Shine's digestive support formula. She had become pretty obese on kibble and is now at a healthy weight and is more active! It's been awesome to see her thriving and actually digesting her food and reducing her inflammation. So grateful for this store!

The food is high quality and they are careful where they source their ingredients - which matters to me.As far as Customer Service goes, James is an asset to this store. I have been regularly shopping here for several years for my two Standard Poodles, and James is always helpful, agreeable and friendly. He has even made an effort to fit in my order when I have called on the morning of a “delivery Friday,” which I greatly appreciate!

I have been a regular and large purchaser at this establishment for over two years. My Belgian Malinois love the rich variety of quality food products supplied by this innovative establishment. I have enjoyed all the staff including the folks who work on the preparation and packaging of the food. Sandy and both Julies are super friendly and have always gone out of their way to make me feel part of the family. I highly recommend this establishment for its quality dog and cat food and its local flavor. Recently they moved into a new facility on Cordova Street and it is extremely well laid out and fun to visit. I might add there is plenty of parking and a couple of nice bakeries within walking distance.

We have been buying our Westie's dog food at Marty's Meals since it opened. Our dog loves the food and it is made with organic, healthy ingredients. The staff and owners are not only helpful but customer service oriented - plus they LOVE dogs! My husband and I highly recommend Marty's Meals to all of our friends who have dogs.

Yes, it's expensive. But there is no better dog food.About a month ago we adopted a six-month old husky mix who had been getting, well, rotten nutrition for his entire life. He had gas. One month later, on a diet of about 75% Marty's, no more gas. Thicker, softer coat. Calmer pup.If you can afford this, it's worth it. And if you can afford to even supplement with Marty's, do it.Oh yeah - and they're a great company too. :)

The meals are not inexpensive by any means, but you are getting extremely high quality, sold by a fantastic company, with awesome employees, who treat their customers like gold. If you can afford to feed your dog these meals, shop here without hesitation. A great business, who employs great people, and run the business with 100% quality in every respect possible. A model for how customers should be treated, and for high quality standards and impeccable service.

I receive food delivery's from Marty's Meals on a regular basis. On several occasions Sandy, the owner, delivered the food herself. I felt honored to meet the woman in person who had the compassionate idea to prepare for other people's pets the same homemade, health-giving food that in the past had saved her own dog, Marty's, life. I found her to be very knowledgeable about animal care and nutrition and deeply appreciated her sincerity, authenticity and kindness.

What a great resource for raw diets! My dog has a TON of allergies and this is the only place we've encountered that's able to make food that works for her. All of their foods are made fresh and there is no HHP packaging or any other artificial processes or ingredients, and all of the meat is humanely raised, organic, and non GMO. They have a variety of novel protein options--wild boar, kangaroo, goat, bison, salmon, venison--which is a lifesaver for sensitive animals like mine (they also carry more standard proteins for less adventurous pets). They also sell tripe and liver/heart meat that is pre-cut and frozen into 1 inch cubes which is AWESOME. They carry a variety of raw meaty bones, though none from novel proteins, so best for dogs that can handle poultry and beef. The woman running the shop is amazingly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable and customer service is outstanding! The only downside is it's pretty expensive but I think that for the product offered, the price is justified.

This is a great place for high quality raw dog food! Be careful of the beef lung treats, they’re very thin and sharp and my dog choked on them..very scary!

Known the owner for a while now, sweet lady. I don't have a dog, but I know the owner to be an honest, hard working woman. If I did have a dog this is certainly where I'd get it's food.
