Can’t say enough good things about and John and the service he provides to his customers. My wife and I had driven 1800 miles to get married near Santa Fe and our travel trailer wheel bearings over heated causing us to lose a wheel and brake assembly. John got us in the next morning when everyone else told us it would take a week to be seen. He and his team had us fixed in a little over an hour. A few days later he realized he over charged me and looked my grandmother up in the phone book so he could get back in touch with us. When I called him back he said he over charged me and wanted to get me the difference. I don’t know many folks that would do that. I told him I thought the price was fair and that he should keep the difference but he wouldn’t have it. We headed to see him he poured us some bourbon and gave us a refund. He’s a rare breed and anytime I’m in town I will stop by to say hi. 5 stars just ain’t enough!

Answer to many, many prayers! John and his team are God sent. We were traveling on a vacation and were broke down outside of Cline's Corner. We drove all over and each place 3 others that we visited could not help but when we found Pojoaque Valley Equipment everything changed! John had a hub assembly and bearing for our single axle RV and he sold them to me at a more than fair price. Others would have charged triple! We then had difficulty getting the new hub assembly on the trailer so we took a chance and just shoved it on put on the nut but we could not put it on far enough to put a cotter pin in... so we drove a few miles and checked, drove a few more and checked, etc. we realized that we would not make it back before John closed so we called and asked if we could just leave the trailer and have them look at it in the morning. He said just get it here and we will look at it! Needless to say we arrived 5 mins before closing and John and his assistant were so kind, professional and refreshingly friendly to us. I'm sure he saw that each of us was so ready to give up yet he offered a warm smile and refreshing encouragement that everything would be ok. We visited about a lot of things and I found out that John is truly a man of Christ, Character, and Integrity. He took care of us and didn't take advantage of us when we were at our lowest. You can count on John, if he tell you something it is the truth. Wish more people were just like him. I will never forget what he did for my family and will pray for him and his business everyday! If you need something this is the place to go you can't go wrong!

Normally I do not write reviews, but in this case I must. Recently I moved to Espanola and my brand new Big Tex Utility Trailer was stolen, I had it less than a week. In searching for a new one, I connected with John at Pojoaque Equipment and he was so kind and found me an exact trailer within a couple of days and gave me a very good deal so I could replace my stolen trailer. There's not too many good guys out there these days, but John and his company went above and beyond. Thank you John. I highly recommend Pojoaque Valley Equipment.

I'd give 10 stars if I could! These guys saved me! A leaf spring on my 18' travel trailer broke, forcing the tires together, grinding me to a halt on the side of the highway to Los Alamos. A guy (sorry I didn't get your name) came out in his truck with tools & parts & got me on my way again. An absolute miracle!Thanks guys!!!
