I've shopped the Pojoaque Supermarket in Pojoaque, NM on a number of occasions without issue. Items were priced a bit higher, but not outrageously so. I purchased a few items, including red chile powder which I took back to Texas with me (the red chile it made had a great flavor). Even the employees I interacted with were very friendly and had me in and out. I'm sure I'll be back again at some point.

Always have an easy pleasant shopping experience here. Growing up here i met most of the the staff outside the supermarket from close friends to family members. All of them very kind and caring towards everyone. Also for being a local store it has just about anything you could need since there are no franchise supermsrket establishments within 10 miles. That being said, anything you can't find here you can most likely find just a two minute walk or a 10 second drive at the local ACE hardware.

It's a little pricey and lacks plant-based options in frozen foods and creamers, BUT it's super convenient, so I don't mind. Plus, the staff is great!

Good cuts of meat and nice fresh produce. Bakery is yummy! Great donuts. Typical small town atmosphere but pleasant shopping. They have a "saver" card for gaining points for discounts.

Shopped here multiple times during our stay. Always found what we needed, and more. The staff was friendly and helpful, made you feel at home. The deli lunch was amazing! We are looking forward to returning again.

The store in general is good, there are times that the meat and vegetables are not fresh. The reason I am giving it two stars is because one of the so called managers, Anthony is rude to not only the employees, but to the customers as well. I don't know how he has managed to stay there as long as he has. He has no people skills and has no business being a manager. If he is there and you have an issue, wait until another manager is there, this guy has no clue!

I work within walking distance. The staff is always nice and smart. Their hot sauce collection changes often, because manufacturers use this market as a testing spring board. They sell liquor, but it is pricey. They are the only place i know that sell Matlaw's (frozen) stuffed clams, for which I and my cat Clam are greatful. I enjoy going there.

It's a cool grocery store they sell dragon statues and one of the employees has the most epic afros ever. Plus everyone was nice and the store looked good too. Well played folks. Keep up the good work.

It's a great little Neighborhood Market. They actually have quite a few natural and organic products, so I literally can get almost everything I want here. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Glad they are my neighborhood market!

The lines are almost always long. Groceries are a bit more expensive than Walmart. Sometimes stock is low or out. However, if you are in the area or commuting, it may be the most convenient. Hot prepared food in the morning is good but they don't keep it out for dinner time.

For a market in a remote area this place is great. It has the basics and very reasonably priced produce. The vegetarian selections are minimal and high priced, but that doesn't surprise me. Over all it gets the job done well for where it is

Great ribs and everything is always superbly done and the people who work there are really nice. I'm a little embarrassed that your cameras may have captured how finger licken good those ribs were. Lol! Good job guys..

It's my store around the corner, convenient.Fresh produce, meats butchered on premises. A deli, featuring not only sliced meats and cheeses but daily lunch specials, a bit one note, popular "comfort food" none the less.

Great little supermarket with some nice choices. I love their little cafe-to-go, which has freshly prepared "local" food choices. I recommend the posole and the rolled tacos. Staff are all friendly and helpful.

The Deli is great. Always fresh food. And the cashiers are very friendly. They added sushi to the menu on the deli side bar which is also great.

The very worst in customer service, and the very worst community service.It is 7:45 on a Monday morning, and the number of employees in the store number is more than the seven of us in line. Apparently there is only one employee assigned as a cashier, along with one young man who is bagging. The cashier is texting while she waits for the credit cards process. Once done with my transaction, this young lady does not thank me for my business, but quickly returns to her smartphone.The manager is up in the booth behind the not quite one-way glass, sharing a laugh with one of the senior clerks. I have seen at least four other of the on duty clerks run the registers previously, but this morning they kinda wander around, poking vaguely at various tasks.An older gentleman comes to the line, and immediately the young man who has been bagging opens another register. The rest of the customers are, as they say, chopped liver.Besides the worst individual customer service, one might wonder how this Pueblo owned business serves its Native population. It makes plenty of money as the only grocery store for twenty miles around. But how much of that comes from point-of-purchase sales of tobacco, sugar and lottery tickets to a poor people plagued by diabetes, cancer and other diseases.Clearly, victims who have internalized the colonizer. The struggle continues.

The WORST customer service! Myself and many others witnessed an older male cashier call a young female customer the B word this morning. She appeared calm until he started pushing her buttons, he was completely out of line. He may have been having a bad morning but it isn’t necessary to take it out on the customers. This Pojoaque local will now be shopping elsewhere.

A bit expensive, but convienient. Meats are very good. But produce department needs better management. They need to put out fresh produce instead of expecting customers to buy old stuff. The day produce is delivered to store the produce should be on shelves.

The only reason why I gave it 1 star is because the employees and managers are rude very rude plus the people at the deli are very rude give me sloppy food and put to many sauces like if I was a pig or cuz of my weight the store in general is a great store but I feel very uncomfortable eating there and grocerie shopping plus I can never shop without one of the workers following me like if I'm stealing
