Everyone is nice when I go. Brought my dog a couple of times, no issues. They have cleaning items if your pet accidentally uses the restroom.Edit: Brought my dog in to get a trim and bath. The lady handling the grooming desk sounded annoyed right when I got there. Then mentioned corgis aren't able to get cuts here. Said something about messing up the coat. I got trims before and my dog is fine. I guess this isn't the place to get a trim/haircut.

If you’ve ever been to petsmart before, it’s just like petsmart. Lots of good products for pets. Huge selection of food. Staff was decently friendly at checkout. Will shop here again.

Great selection on fish tanks for the price, some were marked down and being that I gave experience in retail it's probably just because certain items are on clearance to make room for new items, actually I bought a 10 gallon tank and a bunch of decorations and rocks mostly let my daughter pick them out but with a bit of help I think she did good on her own. Returning next week to but some fish.

I live in Rio Rancho and took my pup here to get groomed cause the wait in Alb was about a month. I was able to get my Gracie an appointment a week later. Jennifer and the entire team took great care of my girl! Brushed her teeth, flushed ears, clipped and filed nails, hair cut. Well worth the money and piece of mind knowing my fur baby was in great hands!

The lady that helped me process a return this afternoon, I wish I had gotten her name, around 3:30, was very kind! No one is ever helpful anywhere anymore. Appreciate her attitude! We like this store for clothes for our dogs and essentials.

Super friendly staff and I mean that. I have a Pitbull shar pei mix and she is the most adorable loving dog, really lovers people, children other dogs you name it she has manners and most of the time listens really well. But for some reason everyone treats her like a monster and looks at me like I'm some kinda thug. But the staff here treated us like anyone else and were very helpful, they were so busy the manager actually helped me pick out some new food that I wanted to switch her to and she loves it. Thanks guys! I highly recommend going here for anything pet related.

Very busy two days before Christmas and everyone was cheerful and made this visit stress free. The line at the register went fast and the associate who rung me up was very friendly and answered my questions regarding pricing and how my petsmart treat rewards worked. Store was clean and organized.

Petsmart keeps increasing their prices like every week. Seems like every time I go back my dog's food is $10 more expensive. What is happening? They're getting sued by the state in California for this by the way. NM Attorney general should do the same thing!

Lovely service at the front. We bought a couple of fish and the girl who helped us was very nice and attentive of the fish needs: do you have a tank large enough, any other fish, because you know this fish doesn't get along with this fish? Very helpful for my daughter's first fish tank. I appreciate that they care so much about their animals.

Curbside pickup is not that well organized. Second time I have had to wait a little bit. Last time I had to go in and pick up my own product. Still, not waiting in line behind the Christmas crowd was very nice.

A wonderful employee, Caitlyn at the PetSmart on Zafarano in Santa Fe, had all the answers! She was so helpful and I can’t thank her enough for being so kind and taking the time to answer my questions about caring for axolotls. She gets 5 stars ⭐️

Very good place to shop. The employee, Amanda, took the time to help me with my internet order I was having trouble with. She was great. Employees did a price match at the register to what was on the internet, big savings. Great place to shop.

Their staff has a lot of patient comes to helping customer. We’re just stopping by from our trip going to get some dog food but we forgot to bring our money or card with us. So way troubled the cashing for a few minutes to set up our Apple Pay they’re super chill nice about it we’re glad we went there
