The groomers are kind and sweet, they love on my dog and make him comfortable. He is happy when picked up and always looks great! The staff listen to instruction and always follow thru in grooming. They prebook the next appt for me based on our past visits and just make it that much easier for me. Happy to have found them!!!

The groomer was very professional, described the grooming process, called when she discovered the matting of the fur was really bad, and awaited permission to change the grooming. She treated my dog very well and was very thorough with the grooming process. Very happy as this is the first time I have ever had a pet groomed and will continue to request the specific groomer.

I took my toy poodle in to get groomed. And the grommer stated she only had 10 in clippers, so she would'nt do him. The other groomer was yelling at a dog while cutting his hair. I waited 1 1/2months to get the appointment. And not even a sorry. But all groomers should have their tools to do their jobs. I feel she didn't want to groom him. Veryunprofessional!!

Georgia is the FACE of Petco's Grooming Center. People come back with their pets because of her. I do, for sure. She is personable with my dogs - and patient, as well as caring. She's never critical of me for letting matts go longer than I should. She is kind to fur babies as well as humans. My dogs trust her. Also, she gives me a report on their condition and behavior when I pick them up. Definitely, I recommend Georgia at your Petco store in Santa Fe.

My dogs see Georgia and she does a wonderful job. My Mojo was terrified of the groomers as the last one cut him badly. Georgia was kind and gentle with him so he isn't so bad anymore.

Georgia was very helpful. Not only was I happy to see KoCo look so beautiful, KoCo felt comfortable with Georgia. She wanted to go back in where Georgia was as we were leaving. Having KoCo feel this way is really appreciated.

The groomer was very attentive and pointed out that Max needs professional teeth cleaning, which I knew. She also was considerate and used an oatmeal shampoo which is very good for his sensitive skin. Really liked the outcome!

My baby has had some bad experiences during grooming time. Petco has always made sure she is comfortable and happy. Before Petco it was s very stressful experience for both of us. I have been taking Manroe to Petco for almost a year and its been great. Tatiana from your Albuquetque store, and Georgia from your Santa Fe store love animals and it shows.Before I starting using Petco, we had s very bad experience with the blow dryer and kennel drying at pet smart. My baby was very upset and nervous all night. She is an older dog so it made the situation worse. Thank you pet co for hiring the best.

My dog is extremely uncoperative and the groomers were champs and did not even mind that my Gucci actually tried to bite them...It took 2 of them to hold down a 15 pound dog. He was so adiment to not get groomed...and all they were doing was trying to trim his nails...Honestly, they were AWESOME!!!!!!

A record was broke yesterday at Petco for me. I was so surprised when I got a call from Petco saying my little buddy was ready. One hour and a half is all it took totally unbelievable.
