Went in to buy plants. Guy working told me couldn't charge me what they were marked because computer had a different price marked and wasn't willing to call anyone to make the price correct. He also didn't seem to have any knowledge of the plants. I would recommend the shops in Albuquerque that seem to be more professional.

Just moved into the area and like to shop locally whenever I can. I will definitely be giving these folks all of my business. Was lucky to have the owner Mike on the floor when I came in needing some help installing my new filter. He was extremely knowledgeable and saved me a lot of time and money. Have multiple projects planned this summer and will be going back to Oasis for all my needs.

After three years and being a substantial customer I will not return. I feel there is an integrity issue, especially with Chris, the store manager. Buy your Koi from Next Day Koi, online. Koi food and pond equipment online. I like to support small local businesses, however. can longer patronize this business. Extremely overpriced and an uncomfortable shopping experience.

Ive seen this company evolve over the years to become the premier contractor and retailer around Santa Fe. The office staff is very helpful over the phone. After 6 years and spending $8,000.00 on this pond my rocks are turning to sand. I expect the same attack from Mike as he did to Jeremy instead of doing great work. I questioned the rocks when he put in my pond and he assured me they would last. My clients have asked where not to go. When my waterfall had a leak his suggestion was to tear the pond apart to find it for thousands more, turns out a frog had lowered the liner and water was draining. There is only a year guarantee on his work. I am expecting to hear from him how this was my fault not his. Sleazy outfit.

Sold me dying fish; when I returned to the store, the tank I had bought from was full of dead and dying fish. He never said sorry, his excuse was that he was too busy to notice. He then tried to sell me another product while looking at me uncomfortably. This same guy wants $150+ for a single fish? Anyone who doesn't have the time to realize their animals are dying should not have animals to begin with.

Best prices and the best customer service service in town. No need to split time anymore between two stores. Love the advice I receive when I have a question, but best of all, if I want to buy something and they don't think I need it...they will tell me instead of just trying to make a dollar. Customer service is number one here.
