Might as well stop at one of the dozen easier to find dispensaries. This place sucks, the flower looks like they trimmed it by dragging it behind a truck on the highway and strains are inconsistent other than the low quality and the harsh lingering cough probably from mold

This has to be one of the friendly and informative spots in Santa Fe. The couple of times I have visited this location it has been very pleasant and the staff has always been helpful. They really make you feel like they want you there. They Answer questions to help you be more educated on their product. Great place and people.

My son was in a terrible accident. He was in the hospital for over a month. He has his medical card. I personally do not partake. However, I knew my son was hurting. As a newbie, I walking in to Fruit of the Earth and explained the situation. They walked me through my first purchase, helped me to apply for a caretaker card, and gave me a much needed hug at the end. I have since shopped around Santa Fe on Sundays only because FOTE is closed and found that the prices are higher and selection was limited. Everything about Fruit of the Earth far exceeds all the other dispensaries. The staff is awesome, the prices are amazing, and the atmosphere is peaceful and serene. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Im not the “leave a review” type of person but this is hands down the best dispensary if not the best business in town!! Every person I’ve come into contact with has been extremely patient and so friendly. I like the chill vibe that you get the second you walk in And the last thing that they do is rush you out the door. I bought a battery that didn’t end up working and there was no problem giving me a credit! Very knowledgeable. I would recommend this place a million times!!!

I usually ALWAYS have a great customer experience at this dispensary. However, today was a nightmare. The young woman that waited on me was so icy and straight up rude. I had specific questions about edibles, and this frustrated her. She wanted me to hurry and make a selection, and get out of her way. I spend over $200 on my medicine weekly. I will not be spending it at this store. Thank God, I have a choice. Me, and My family, and friends choose not to go to that store, because that employee totally ruined it.

Though directions to the entrance of the dispensary part of the building were a little unclear, the quality of product & service I received was among the best I've experienced in my time as a medical cannabis patient. Staff was very helpful in giving me recommendations of effective product that relieved my ailments and gave me the effects I was looking for. I really appreciated that the staff treated the entire experience with the medical knowledge and overall professionalism a dispensary should strive for! I'll definitely be coming back.

I found FOTE on Google and took a chance. Everywhere else I went THC was pushed. I do not want to use THC as I do not interact well at all with it. I am Not looking to get High, I am looking solely for pain relief and sleep. I have had a few serious physical injuries with very, very long term pain. Doctors tried to push opiods but I have a firm No on that. I also do not want to take over the counter pain relievers. FOTE was able to guide me to products that relieved the pain and no high. I could not be more Gratefull.The staff took the time to find what I needed and most of all listened to me. That has not happened anywhere else. Thank you, thank you so very much!

So I’ve shopped at this despo before but only thing I don’t like is when It’s not first come first serve. Happened more than once, I was in a hurry checked in, waited 5 mins another guy walks in, has the same kind of medical card and is seen first. No big deal other than that all is good.

*Update*I am updating my review to reflect my upgrade from 3 to 4 stars (4.5 really).All previous issues regarding pricing and service have been addressed, and this is now my favorite dispensary in town. The flower and pre-rolls are top quality, staff is mostly very pleasant and informative, and the atmosphere is always clean and comfortable.There is still a $2.50 charge if you use a card, but if you use cash it's not a problem.Overall we can see why they won Best of Santa Fe this year for sure 👍Original post Feb. 2019:I have had some Bad, and some Good experiences at this dispensary here. Ultimately it depends on who attends you behind the counter. The guy in the blurred picture above over-charged me recently saying certain products were $12/gram when a few days later (not during any discounted time) the same product was $7/gram. During that earlier transaction he also Over-charged my debit card by $3 and I received 2 ATM withdrawal fees on top. NEVER PAY WITH A CARD HERE. I haven't had this problem at any other dispensary in town.On the flip side, the 2 female employees whom have attended me on separate occasions were exceptional and made my visits great. So its a gamble when you go in. Their products are good though (if you get the right price that is) and the store is nice in appearance.

I've been going here for about 7 years and the staff and atmosphere is always amazing. I'd rather go here than any of the other dispensaries in Santa Fe. This is the only place that isn't over priced. 5 out of 5.

The best place it town!! They even won a award to prove it. But what matters most is how they treat their customers. They treat you with respect and always make you feel welcome. They go above and beyond to make you feel special and I appreciate that!! Highly recommend!!

Visited this store during the pandemic with a patient and their curbside service was god awful, hence why I gave it one star but today really makes it a one star review. Went into their brand new recreational dispensary today(1st day in NM) and waited in line for 15 minutes just to be told by one of their stuck up budtenders I cannot see or smell the buds because of it being prepacked??? How can I feel good about a purchase when I can’t even see the product I’m buying? Not to mention the INSANE price increases you put into place. It’s laughable! Never going back again! Support your local growers and don’t buy taxed mids at dispensaries such as Fruit of the Earth!!!

This is one of my favorite dispensaries to visit in town. I've been going there for quite a while and I've always loved this medicine that they offer here. The people are so very friendly. Right now they're just extended their hours until 8 p.m. at night and I believe I overheard that they're giving 10% off during these later hours to encourage people to come in. Make sure you tip them or ask them a lot of questions they know their stuff!

Maybe it's me, but the 2 times I've been there the lady up front has always been great, the product is amazing but the people in back, the budtenders act snobby, like I'm bothering them by being there, and I'm rushed out. When I ask questions I'm talked down to and made to feel stupid. I love the place but because of how I'm treated, I won't go back. And the sad thing is, they won't even care. A shame.

I only have been to the CBD side- I purchase cbd for my sick/elderly dog. I always have had pleasant experiences unless it’s the tall white blonde long haired man working. Seriously, the three times I have gone in and he is there, he has been beyond rude. Super short, snippy, and condescending. Leaving stressed out and angry is hardly the environment that is conducive to stress relief products. My parents recently went in there and had the same negative experience by the man described. On top of that, he has charged me more on the same product that every other employee has offered me discounted as they are phasing out. Anyways, I would just never come here again, but the cbd here is specific for my dog with his many allergies. I have no idea how this is the norm, but it’s very uncalled for. I’m always really patient, kind, polite etc. WTH

I've visited other dispensaries over the last seven years of holding a permit. I always end up back at fruit of the earth. Awesome selection, prices and incredible staff. With the best wax, cartridges, flower variety and b grade is really good for the price! quality for $ every time.
