Love this place. Best thing that has happened in Eldorado for many years. Very helpful staff. As soon as you walk in, they will offer to help. Lately, they have had just the small parts, that l was looking for. The store is full of nuggets! Update: went in to look for an obscure watch battery. One of those tiny button types. They had it in their huge selection. This store is such a great asset for our community.

I wasn't sure if it's be able to find some of the tools I needed when I saw this hardware store in a strip center. But Eldorado Hardware exceeded all expectations: the staff was very helpful, the space is bigger than it first appeared, and there is a wide variety of hardware available. Walk across the hall into the Santa Fe Brewing Taproom afterwards, to reward yourself for a job well started.

We’ve recently been in Eldorado these last two months, fixing our home which has been rented. Steve and his team are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They’ll even call around or order anything they don’t have in stock. They are truly an asset to the Eldorado community.

They don't have everything but it's not a bad little hardware store. It's definitely better than having to drive all the way to Santa Fe if you just need something for a quick home repair or something like that.

I am astonished by these positive reviews. This is a pathetic example of a hardware store. Filthy, aisles clogged, serious lack of product knowledge of staff (regardless of how well they chit chat) I have given this store plenty of opportunity to step up to the plate but they continue to fail. I miss the old Country Store,at least they were organized and knew their products. From now on I will make the trek into town to one of the big boxes, Ace, or a REAL TRUE VALUE hardware store - Big Jo's! I'm done

This is a small, friendly hardware store that would be fine IF IT WAS EVER OPEN. As a handy guy, I find myself fixing things wherever I go, so I'm at Hardware stores quite often. This store is without a doubt the only hardware store in the country that is 1) closed on Saturday mornings 2) CLOSED ALL DAY SUNDAY 3) Closes at 5 pm on weekdays so you can't get something on the way home. If you do anything but retirement yoga for living, these are exactly the times that you need a hardware store, especially a small community hardware store where there are no other options. And these are not COVID hours, this disaster is every year all year. Probably too small a market, but I wish an Ace or Big Joe would open up here and burn True Value to the ground (metaphorically). A Dollar General is opening nearby, even though it's not a hardware store it will probably drive this place out of business for people that, you know, need a screw or a drain cleaner TODAY.

I love this store and the staff. They always are so nice, answer questions, look for items i can't readily see, order what I would like etc. An awesome escape from big box stores, It's a bit of a throwback in time. Give them your business!

I love that they are here but it gets messier each visit. I know folks who won't shop here because of that. I'll still shop here because it's local and convenient but more effort needs to be put into getting the place organized.

Knowledgable staff. We have property in Eldorado that needs constant attention. I can't remember the last time I had to drive elsewhere to get tools, plumbing, fasteners, or hardware. Great inventory!
