I want to share my recent experience with our Eldorado Pet and Wild Bird store:My 15 YO dog Barkley had stopped eating, after a brief gut infection. I want to thank Cheryl for her kind expertise and sound advice. She recommended new and wonderful products for him to try. He heartily ate everything last night and this morning. I fed him kibble, tripe and Zignature food, which was a big departure from his prior dog food. I am forever grateful!

We're so fortunate in Eldorado to have such a lovely pet store. In a day and age where small business are quickly becoming a thing of the past, it feels nice to still have a little local pet store that sells high quality treats, toys and food. I love stopping in to purchase bones for my current doggie, and I was a customer throughout the life of my previous soul dog. Also, as someone with an elderly and severely immune compromised mother, I really appreciate that the store owner and the employees have taken covid seriously and have continued to require masking. So frequently, I feel like no one else cares for people like my mom. It's wonderful that Eldorado Country Pet does. Thank you!

The new store owner is unbelievably RUDE. Each time I purchased a large amount of cat food monthly and had to deal with her ,she was rude, unfriendly and obnoxious . She kept asking for our support and regardless of how badly I was treated by her, I kept buying from her store instead of ordering on line. Her employees are all very helpful , polite and nice but She is THE WORSE and should NOT own a Retail store. We all terribly miss the previous owner who was SO wonderful. I will now purchase on line , much cheaper with nicer service and make sure a lot of pet owners in Eldo do the same.

This is a wonderful store which offers a wide variety of products. The owner is helpful and cares about the needs of our pets. I find that their mask requirements shows how caring they are, a lot of residents in Eldorado are elderly and, possibly dealing with chronic illnesses.

These people get it! They are dog owners and the store has a large inventory of quality products - no mass produced 'floor sweepings' dog food here. Amazing assortment of dog treats, toys and cold weather clothing items to keep your pets warm and dry. Reasonable prices and clean, bright store. What a great place - we have shopped there for years and years, since they first opened.

Hi bought a hummingbird feeder, but when I ask the clerk or the owner, she gave me a box that was not completed, she seems to have done it on purpose. I didn't go back and complain because, I was afraid of her response. And more issues would begin.

For such a local store and for the location, the selection is thoughtful and surprisingly refreshing. The ladies are nice and remember your pooch. I do hope they can make enough money to survive because the store really is a joy to shop at. The prices can’t compete with online but that’s not the point of a great local shop. Definitely five stars.

Eldorado Country Pet is the Best!! The store is beautiful and has an amazing array of supplies and healthy food, at reasonable prices. The owner, Lisa, and her staff are incredible! They take the time to help you find just the right item for your four-legged family members. And they are all so nice! I always leave there with a smile on my face. Thank you Eldorado Country Pet!

Shocked to see now requiring masks. I ask them why and they rudely said “you know why” and I’m like no I don’t know what you are talking about. And I’ve shopped there for 15 years. Losing this customer. I still don’t know why this is being required. And such rudeness I’ve never seen.

While we were traveling through the area, we stopped for dig supplies at this excellent store. The employees were friendly and helpful, and the store carried a wide variety of healthy food and treats for our husky.

So happy to have this fine establishment in Eldorado. Prices are excellent. They have everything I need and are very knowledgeable. High quality product. Love everyone who works there. They obviously love what they do, and the animals and people they serve. Highly recommend.

Liked this store and staff. I've bought a lot of supplies there. But someone named Lisa blew me off and got angry when I expected her to stand behind freshpet dog food that got moldy after one day in fridge. Disappointed

Quality merchandise has gone downhill since this store was acquired by the previous owner.The checkout person who I think was the owner was very rude to my wife and did not know her products at all

The ladies at ECP are the best. They always remember our dog, Cora, how could you not. They have a huge selection of pet products, and are always ready to help. The new space is fantastic.
