I’m a pilot car and our load is broke down in the middle of nowhere! I was so excited when I realized there’s a whole shopping center with a deli. Not just any deli..: this is the best deli considering the size of the store. Their cakes were phenomenal! I was a little leery of the fried chicken but my goodness … it was almost as good as mamas fried chicken from my childhood. Customer service was amazing as well. Thank you so so much!

Been shopping here since a child but the prices have skyrocketed outrageously! It’s a good thing this rich community falls for this.Checkout is pretty uncomfortable because of the way the pachuca cashiers act. One time I used self checkout and 2 Hispanic/ spana looking ladies start accusing me of stealing!!! They start rescanning my items and saying there’s no way my pack of eggs rang that cheap! They tried their hardest to make a fool of me. Now every time I go there she comes to my checkout line and gawks me up and down!😂😂😂Lowlife ladies need to get a damn life! And I’d love to see these 2 outside this store 🙃People need to watch how they treat others!!!!!These trash cans don’t belong in customer service.🗑️🚮

The prices are just just dumb here. But I t’s the service here that I hate. Not the folks at the deli or stocking… even in general… just checking out is the worst. Perhaps they need to be paid better, perhaps every single day for every single employee is a bad one. I avoid this place like the plague so I don’t have to deal with the people that check you out. It doesn’t matter if you’re in a self check out line, you will have an error where you were not be able to find a single person… when you do you will suffer the wrath of a person that hates to be working at this place. Or just hate you. They just act like they absolutely have dealt with nothing worse in their life. I’m sorry my asparagus rang twice.I don’t mind the selection. The prices are atrocious but I the kicker is the check out folks. I hate this place.

After reading some of the reviews, I was worried about going here for our small shopping during our trip. But it was a pleasent experience. It's a small independent market. The prices are high and the selection is limited but the people seem very nice and it was very clean. I watched the butcher help someone find a cut they were looking for. Our checkout teller was polite and efficient.We went on a Sunday afternoon, and the produce was very limited. But with a little bit of flexibility, we got everything we needed.

For being a smaller local store, it has a little bit of everything. Prices are comparable to similar stores in Santa Fe. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Produce selection is good and fresh. Store is always clean and inviting. I come here if I need just a few items or I'm doing my weekly shopping.

I worked here back in 2007 and found it to be an incredible employer. The manager back then was a man by the name of Guy and he was an awesome guy, lol. The employees made it feel like a family and I was always happy to go to work. The customers were amazing and very kind. They stocked a plethora of hard to find/rare items and back than I lived in Pecos and rarely went to Santa Fe for groceries and surrounding shops made it a one stop shop for many of my needs. I can't say I had one bad experience! A very welcoming store that big box retailers cannot compete with. And if you couldn't find a particular product the management was happy to stock it for you. Thanks for the experience during a difficult time in my life. XOXO 💋

Everything is over priced and the produce is not very good ever. We try to shop there for quick things but the meat looks bad and actually got bad ground beef recently that got us sick. The restrooms are always disgusting and smell but they got new coolers for the frozen things.

The deli hot food at this market isn't too bad. They had a good selection to choose from. Got the fried chicken, Mac 'n cheese and jalapeno poppers. Everything was hot and not greasy. Chicken was crunchy and not dry. Portion sizes were really big for the price too.

This place is fantastic! Excellent selection, organic produce, great deli, good bulk section, coffees, and full wine, beer, spirits department. Full of local products and treats as well as national favorites.Bonus it's a local business.Highly recommend.

Their greatest asset is their convenient location. No need to trek into SF for the basics and a few other things. Well stocked with wine and liquor. Fairly well stocked on food and other supplies. Hot food and deli are average. Friendly service. Prices are fair. Sales are good.

I love this store. It gets badmouthed unfairly and if you go on Monday the produce looks sad. They usually have what I need, including things I haven't found elsewhere. Most of the staff are friendly and competent as nearly everywhere. It's not a giant store so selection and stuff city dwellers may desire may not be there. I'm just grateful it's there. They put out a great deal of effort to keep us in supplies.

It’s hard to overstate the convenience of a local grocery store. It’s great to have something close by in Eldorado all the time, but it’s an absolute lifesaver when Santa Fe stores are busy. Often have food in stock when Santa Fe stores are out. Never a line back in the lockdown era.

Everything in the produce aisle is rotten. They jacked up prices during covid, on top of already high prices. The deli is hit or miss with mostly misses. The staff is great and very friendly. They should not get a bad reputation for terrible management and ownership.

A stocker at the Eldorado location, a young man with a shaved head, has a definite attitude problem. Today he was rude and I was very offended. I tried to be nice and friendly with him, as all the other employees are with me, but he seemed to want to treat me poorly. He then followed me around the store looking in my basket and then signaled to the checker that I was stealing something. I don't have to visit this store, but it is convenient. With the high prices there they should be able to hire better help.

I really enjoy this market. It's a throwback in time and also modern enough.They have nice cheese, fresh produce, kombucha, a great & large beer selection, a warm pre-made deli dinner area, great dog food selection, birdseed and New Mexico products! I find while there isn't much staff, they are nice. Masks are required.

Everyone is friendly and helpful. Great fresh and frozen choices with a wide range of products. I'm so grateful they are here and check out is speedy. Some of their prices are high but I understand it's due to their inability to purchase at the lower price due to their size unlike the big chain stores. I highly recommend them and you can't beat the convenience.

Great place to grocery shop in the Santa Fe area. The store is always clean and the staff is friendly. I always find great sales and the butcher/deli section is awesome. The store has a great selection of Paul Newman products from teas, dog food and organic products. I always find something delicious food as well as household items without going to the big box stores.

This store just keeps getting better. Great selection. Reasonable prices. Friendly people. Incredible beer and wine selection. Whenever we're looking for an odd item, we've learned to look here 1st. New refrigerated cases make store even cleaner and better. Keep it up.

It is an average food store with plenty of variety - prices are a bit high, produce quality can run below average. In 20 years I've never had a bad experience. It is really convenient and never too busy, they stay in business by being a bit more expensive.

I'd like to rate this place higher considering that running a smallish grocery store is difficult, but they have trouble communicating one on one with people, and the produce is often past its prime. Admittedly, some of the customer base is pretty self involved and who wouldn't get a little glassy eyed dealing with weird attitudes. That said, some things are reasonably priced, and the out of the way location explains why many items are priced higher. I'd give this four stars if the produce were better.

Mice are running loose in the produce section, freezer burned frozen items, the mini marshmallow bags are all compressed into a bricks, this place is on a steady decline it seems since around the turn of 2023

I'm happy to have this store within reach as they have quite a few products stocked which I generally needed to drive into town to obtain. The more you ask if they'd carry a certain product you use regularly, the more they'll try and keep the product stocked for you. Mostly the workers here are kind and supportive but not overly so. Overall, I am thrilled to have this store close and the hours of operation are inviting for all.

Not a large grocery store but they know their community's likes/needs. Good pre-packaged cheeses and meats for appetizers. Good wine selection/prices. Excellent homemade soups selections changing daily.

I just purchased what I was told was Alaskan cod. It was deep fried and had an appearance of tempura style batter.Well after the first taste nothing could be further from the truth. The batter, though it appeared not over fried, to a bite it had the consistency of an impenetrable crust with no taste.When I reached the fish content, its consistency was without any fish like flesh, just a mushy mouth full.Did I say that there was no discernible taste at all? Even a good dose of salt could not disguise the disappointment.NEVER AGAIN!
