I have been bringing my dog to Andy since I moved to Santa Fe. I really appreciate the kindness and awesome care we have received. I just wish the hours were extended instead of decreased.

I would give them a zero if I could.These people are horrible humans who only care about the money.When I had an emergency I understand if they could no help me but was treated less than human. I was in a state of stress and when I gave back attitude from the horrible customer service the receptionist and vet both blamed me for being rude during a time when my mare was colicing and for them starting the rude conversation. I left them alone and didn't call them and was not planning on ever calling again however a few days ago by for the office to call and tell me to never call and not asking how my mare is what clownsI'm grieving the loss of my horse I don't need you to call to tell me you don't want me to use your services I already planned on never using you and just being peaceful about it but wow I can't even began to tell you how awful these people are I'm sure they will write back to this review blaming me and defending themselves but let me tell you I have never had a business so disrespectful I was not even going to write a review and just drop it but they had to call and keep poking at this so I figured maybe I can express how I feel too. I called Dr Thal and he was absolutely the sweetest person in the entire world his office all was so sweet to me even though I was stressed out Dr Thal is one of the most amazing places to take your baby too he treated my husband and my horse like family so I don't there is no reason for someone to treat you horrible you stand up for yourself and they blame you this is basically gaslighting and narcissist treatment never calling these people ever at this place so please don't call me to tell me not to call you when I think it's clear this was not a good experience.

Suzy is an absolute doll!!! As for the vet service I received they took my dog to the back and within 5 minutes came back into the room and said they did a full exam, HWT and a vaccine? I don't buy that, My dog was muzzled and I took the muzzle off after they brought him back in the room so how did they check his throat, teeth and gums? Also how was his eyes, ears, lymp nodes and everything else checked in under 5 minutes? when they came back in it was your done have a nice day. I saw the vet for a minute before she took my dog in the back. I wasn't given the courtesy to ask her questions or speak to her about any of her findings. I called the office to speak to Wendi about how I thought my dog didn't get an exam and was sent a report card which I knew nothing about. Again how is a full exam done with no knowledge to the owner under 5 minutes. My dog is nervous around people but not aggressive, The minute I said that my dog and I were treated differently as if they are afraid to handle nervous dogs. I found them to be to quick and unprofessional and didn't address any of my concerns. When I went out to pay my bill I was informed I couldn't use care credit if its under $200. Since when has this been a rule? everywhere else I've gone they have let me run it for whatever amount I chose. If this is their policy they need to state so. I sent an email with all of these concerns as well as why I should pay $67 for an exam I don't think was even done and the response was I need to take my pet somewhere else, didn't even address my concerns or questions. I felt brushed off and not listened too. I don't even know if any services I went in there for was done to my pet. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a clinic. I am truly disappointed and angry that they did not try to rectify the situation. DO NOT TAKE YOUR FUR BABIES HERE!!!! Again best part of the whole clinic was Suzy. I am truly appalled and I hope more people question the care their pets receive.

I love Cameron Veterinary Clinic! I grew up in Eldorado and have always trusted Dr. Cameron with my horses. Today, I trust all the stuff to care for my four legged babies. The price and care is wonderful. Thank you to all the staff, especially Dr. Otis for caring for my pups!

Because of shifting circumstances in vet services for the communities that inhabit the highway 285 corridor, we've seen several vets in the past few years. And having 5 mammals makes our family a frequent flyer to the vet's. I recently took my older dog (she's 10) to Dr. Cameron where she was diagnosed with a mass on her spleen. Dr. Cameron's thorough exam, diagnostic questions, kindness and compassion were extraordinary.

Dr. Allison and Wendy took extra special care of my dog during his extensive surgery. We live over an hour away and they made sure even with a snow storm my dog was taken of and all of my questions answered. Easy appointment process and a very fair price. I have no complaints and will always continue to bring all of my dogs here. Your making a mistake if you go anywhere else. Thank you so much to everyone that works there! You guys are the best!!

Our pets have been patients at the Cameron Vet Clinic for the 3-1/2 years that we have lived here. Dr. Cameron and Dr. Otis and their staff are always responsive to our needs when a cat or dog have needed care. The team work well together and they are quite efficient in all areas. They have gone out of their way to fit us in during an emergency. They treat the animals with utmost respect and tenderness. We had to have our beloved dog of 14 years put to sleep and this was done professionally and with kindness.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Just wanted to share my not so great experience with Cameron veterinary cl. I had made an appointment to bring my 1 sick dog in for a diagnosis and shots and my 2nd dog for shots. Unfortunately I had to bring my dog of 16 years that was sick to another vet the night before the appointment for an emergency, which resulted in me having to put him down. Because of his sudden passing my mind was on other things and I forgot to cancel the appointment with Cameron, which resulted in a cancellation fee that I wasn’t made aware of when I made the appointment. When I received the bill I called and spoke with Wendy and attempted to try to work something out to reduce the cost and she was completely unwilling to work with me. I understand that it was on me for not canceling and money was lost on their end, but I feel it was very poor customer service and she let $77.14 get in the way of years of business with a loyal customer. I am fairly new to the Eldorado area who loves animals and I plan to adopt more dogs to give them a forever home. I was looking for a long-term relationship with a vet that could have been Cameron. I was a small business owner and understand the importance of customer service, especially someone who was asking to work something out, but apparently Wendy does not. Fortunately there’s no shortage of other vets in the area who hopefully are more open.

Dr. Cameron takes the time to thoroughly discuss options for veterinary care and gives his honest opinion and recommendations on the appropriate path forward. Please don’t trust your fur babies to these people!! Worst vet ever!! VERY RUDE office staff can’t imagine how they are with the animals in the back. Please pick another vet!! Yes I showed up to my apt and paid my fee and have the statement to prove it as soon as I find how to upload it! so their excuses are just excuses! And yes I’m sorry you are money hungry and my animals are healthy and you havent seen my animals in over a year lol I never want to come to this vet again! Awful place! Really happy with this clinic. Our Springer blew out his knee and was in severe pain. Dr. Cameron was recommended by our pet sitter. Two weeks post surgery, my buddy is progressing nicely. Many thanks to Dr. Cameron and his compassionate, professional staff. I am confident that the following several weeks of recovery will return him to his former, silly glory!

My dog was sick to her stomach and most likely dehydrated. They told me it would be a emergency visit cost . I told them I would call them back. They called me back within 10 minutes and and saw our sick Cami within the hour as a regular visit. We are so grateful to Dr. OTIS AND ALL the staff for taking time in their already busy schedule to diagnose Cami. AWESOME ,❤ CARING STAFF!!

My dog ended up having a tumor rupture which led to many problems after that. Wendy and all the staff here made this tough situation better than I could've imagined. They were all so kind and courteous & took the best care of my boy! I live in a different town and will continue to travel back for anymore of my pets needs. Thank you CVC!

Horrible experience at Cameron Veterinary Clinic. First off, their Office manager Wendy is completely incompetent. Doesn't respond to voicemails and e-mails. Very scattered and appears to be overworked and can't handle to stress of the job. Phone often goes to voicemail and no messages returned promptly. Billing errors. Made an appt for Dr. McCall to come to my home to treat my Llama, waited and waited no one ever called back to schedule appointment. Office manage is rude and not friendly on the phone. I brought this to the attention of Dr. Cameron, he didn't seem to care. I've since found out that others feel the same way and no longer go to this office. Also took my Jack Russell Maddie there for treatment, she died the next day. I would not recommend this office to anyone. I suggest taking your pets to Valley Veterinary Clinic in Pojoaque, they are the best, very professional, caring and friendly.

Andy Cameron is a kind and very skilled Veterinarian for both large and small animals. When our 29 year-old Mule, Jimmy, was in horrible pain and obvious distress from colic, he helped us alleviate his pain and pass in a caring and gentle manner -- we appreciated that so much since there was clearly nothing else we could do.
