The program is thorough and the trainers are kind and attentive stuffing us through each piece of the process.Both of our service dogs have changed the lives of my children and we are forever grateful for this company.

This team does an amazing job and educating and informing the public of the duty and importance of service animals which are a crucial part of many peoples lives. They also make it known the privileges and laws service dogs hold as a means to keep us safe. They are more than needed and appreciated.

Their Director is extremely knowledgeable, support and available to assist with and help you navigate the ADA for any individual needing guidance. This might be have saved my life! The knowledge And amount of help I received from Benni and her staff was truly a blessing . If you don't know all the wonderful things that Service Dogs if New Mexico is doing then you need to call and schedule a time to tour the facility.

I wouldn’t give this place a 1 star if that was an option. The owner took my info and application, had us go to an orientation which wasn’t at the time given, and then no one followed up with me. I am a veteran and I’m sure they get money for having me on their list. I was super disappointed after several attempts to get started with no response. I don’t know why they had trainers from another company at the orientation either?
