I have always had a good experience here but I went and we bought a creme filled honey bun. And I took a bite into in and after swallow it I noticed it tasted funny. I looked at the honey bun and it had already molded. It was a gross experience. I just want to puke now.

I almost never post reviews, but I have to say that the service provided here is excellent. The store manager, Carlos, was incredibly helpful and customer service on the whole was top notch. This was by far the best customer service experience I have had at any Walgreens or related store. Thank you!

pretty much like every other walgreens I've been in. clean and organized. good amount of foot traffic. has an attached liquor section.

The pharmacist and all of her assistants are awsome they truly care about each and every single one of their customers. I feel blessed to have them taking care of my medication and making sure that it's filled on a timely bases. They are very fast. Always nice respectful and treat you as if your family. They are #1 in New Mexico. We are blessed to have these ladies helping us. Thank you ladies your #1 in My eyes. 💜💜😊🙏✌️🤘⛄🎄🎀💜

When I needed to load my bank card so I could get my hotel room the lady told me they couldn't do it because it was after 9:00 and it was only $25 that I needed loaded. Let's just say my husband didn't get to enjoy his birthday hotel

Some of the staff that works here are not in the right mindset to be in contact with customers. They bring a negative attitude that carries on to how they interact with patrons. This has happened on several occasions. The pharmacist ( relatively new) is excellent! Hope she can keep her positive attitude working at this place.Recommendation: If you hate your job that much, find a new one. Please!

I stood on line in the alcohol department with about 8 items in my hands (there weren't any baskets) for about 5 minutes. The lady at the register asked me if I had just walked in, then told me I needed to leave the alcohol department because it was too full. I had already been in there and 2 people had walked in after me. I didn't feel like arguing so I left and went to another line only to wait there for another 10 minutes. I just put my stuff away and left. Total time wasted in the store, 30 minutes. I don't know the name if the lady in the alcohol department, but if there is a limited amount of people, she should be paying attention. I hate to leave a bad review because I never have problems at Walgreens, but this trip was BS

Absolutely horrible pharmacy!! Manager is RUDE AS HELL! They make it very inconvenient for customers by sending you messages saying your Rx is ready only to get there and they either tell you to come back, or it’s not quite ready and it will be about 10 (30) minutes. I’m going somewhere else that has better service.

DO NOT SCHEDULE A VACCINE AT THIS LOCATION! I scheduled vaccines online for myself and 2 family members. I received confirmation numbers along with paperwork to fill out and bring in. We went 15 minutes prior to the appointments as advised and waited. When it was our turn to be seen, we were told that there is no one there to administer vaccines...even though they made appointments for us and confirmed them. We were told that there would be no one to administer vaccines for a week...yet as of this very moment, you are still able to schedule an appointment that you will be turned away from. I sat behind a line of people who had appointments who were turned away. They know that they are unable to keep appointments, yet they are still scheduling them. I took off a half a day of work and wasted my time because they can't be bothered to disable appointments until they are actually able to see people. Find somewhere else to get your vaccines and spend your money.

The Pharmacy Manager needs to have an etiquette meeting with the staff. They staff is rude, I was there for my Covid-19 Vaccine and arrived as the email states, 10 minutes earlier, but did not know were to go, either to the Pharmacy counter or the Health door. So I asked at the Cosmetic Dept., where there was a store associate and a Phamarcy tech and the tech was quick to answer in a rude way, that they were not open yet, that they opened at 2:00 pm and I told her that I was arriving at the time asked and only wanted to know where I could wait in line and she never answered, she just left. The associate was kind enough to inform me. Then more rudeness at the Pharmacy window from another Pharmacy tech. Ultimately, I was given my vaccine and I asked for a band-aid and was told I didnt need one and had to leave without it. WTH!!!

Extremely rude! We waited 5 min to be helped and then we finally got help. The guy asked to see our ID and we showed it. He asked for us to give it to him. We said we would rather not because he was wearing gloves and not changing them from customer from customer. He rudely just took our stuff while mumbling under his mask. Won’t go back again.

The pharmacy is closed more than it's open, this is mismanagement of this store. People need their pills this can cause very serious health issues. I am now transferring everything to Sierra Blanca pharmacy. I will never go into the store again.

Absolutely ridiculous pharmacy is closed on weekends and my wife can't get her seizure meds because manager refused and told me to get he prescription filled in Alamogordo when it is already been filled here. Frustrating

Have a lot to choose from, went for makeup and they had amazing deals at the time and i gained points on their app to get more stuff free. The lady that works the makeup counter is the sweetest.

Very bad customer service. Lady working night on monday the 14th of November had a attitude when we got there and proceeded with more sass when asked where things were located. Wouldn't recommend this place.

Uhh. The pharmacy just refused to refill my Dr. Prescribed medication. She was rather argumentive. And said no. I have a broke leg. And I called Alamogordo Walgreens and they said come pick it up. So what's the deal. I am reporting this medicaid.

I waited 45 minutes in the drive through line and right when I got to the window , the lady saw me and closed right in front of my face and it was exactly 5:59 I understand they close at 6 but still I waited for so long !!!

While visiting Ruidoso on several ski trips, this Walgreens became my go to location for liquor as it was conveniently located near the main street and hotels.Liquor prices here were very reasonable, and they offered a good selection, not to mention we could pick up any items we forgot to pick up as far as medications or toiletries.Staff in both the liqour section and drugstore counters were friendly, store has always been clean and the location at the intersection of the main street and highway makes it very convenient no matter where your staying.

I am visiting family in Ruidoso while my mother is hospitalized and had to transfer some prescriptions to this pharmacy. Anthony and the pharmacy tech worked hard to be sure my prescriptions were covered by my insurance. Actually they went above and beyond to get it done at a time when it could have been very stressful and not to mention extremely expensive since Walgreens is out of network. Kudos and many thanks.

They sell local wine here at a reasonable price! It's open when everywhere else is closed. This town closes at 5 and 6pm. Walmart doesn't sell local wines.
