My wife and I were in town this past weekend to celebrate our anniversary. Stopped by and met Billy, we had some great conversations! The shop itself is very clean and inviting. Great selection of cigars, pipes, tobacco, and accessories. Billy is very well informed and helpful in making a decision for the perfect celebratory cigar… as well as some good marital advice😉. 10/10 recommend and will for sure be stopping in every time we are in the area!

This is a great tobacco shop! Best pipe and cigar b&m I’ve ever visited. The owner is present, knowledgeable, and very friendly. This is all too rare but makes this place an absolute gem. I’m smoking a bowl of his blend Dakota Sky and it’s glorious. The best cigar leaf blend I’ve ever had. Bravo, Billy Ray! Don’t go changin’!

Love this place! He has an amazing variety of cigars and pipe tobacco. He also carries knives, wallets, purses, and other accessories. Always friendly and welcoming with great customer service! When I come, I usually buy some sort of tobacco/Cigars, and coffee. There is also a very comfortable smoke lounge with plenty of air purifiers.

Great shop. Had stuff for myself and my wife. Shop owner was super friendly and was extremely knowledgeable on every single one of his products. Prices were lower than most places I've been too. Even had some extra cigar boxes for sale at so low of a price. He helped me set one up at a temporary humidor and told me how to maintain it. Amazingly customer friendly and I would completely recommend this shop to everyone.

Great selection of cigars, most are top rated (over 90). Nice lounge to kick back in and enjoy a smoke. Owner also makes pipes and has some special blends to enjoy in them. There are also gifts to purchase, some are home made by his wife. If you enjoy cigars, this is a must stop for you.

Their owner is a very down the Earth, friendly individual! Not only does he blend his own tobacco. He Blends it to taste as good as it smells! The best part about it is it's not just a tobacco shop. They sell all kinds of things from purses to jewelry that his wife hand makes! I found that I can buy organic tobacco for less than $20. So instead one pack of cigarettes for $7.50 you can go buy three cartons worth it Tobacco that's organic for $18.95. It's a win-win. Even when I move back to Dallas permanently I'll be buying my tobacco from this shop from now on. Because he'll ship to you wherever you're at in America! I'm all about promoting the small business. Especially when they're an amazing individual

Since my first visit to Ruidoso I stop in every time my wife and I return. I also mail order my tobacco in between visits (I love the Morning Joe blend). The custom pipe work is fabulous and you can not beat the friendly service. I have not experienced a shop like this in my home state.

Below is my second handmade pipe from Turkeyfoot. I also smoke two meerschaums, several commercial briars and a corncob. I can load the Turkeyfoot and any of my other pipes with the same tobacco, packed the same, smoked puff for puff, and the Turkeyfoot will stay lit longer smoke longer and cooler than any of them. I’m not sure if it’s the size of the briar block, the diameter or depth of the bowl—maybe all 3, but Billy sure does know how to produce one fine smoking instrument. I can recommend any handmade Turkeyfoot for its function and beauty.

I also believe this place to be fun and warm, AND inviting! You're treated as if your a relative coming home. I saw the one 4 star review and had to have a chuckle... Nothing bad to say, but i guess some feel as if they are an extremist if they put a 5 star... The owner of Turkeyfoot treats blending tobacco as if he were painting the Sistine Chapel, and he were Michelangelo. Its the same with the unique pipes he carves himself. He puts over 20 hours into carving one pipe. Not for the money, but to creat another masterpeice for another to enjoy for a lifetime! I promise I'm not related nor paid to give this review. Just a simple indiviual that is a connoisseur. From wine, and beer, to my tobacco. Its nice to see someone look at what they do as creating masterpieces... From the pipes to the blending of the tobacco... I dont make alot or ever have alot of money, but no matter where i live I'll be buying from this establishment when i can. Ty for who you are and how you treated me! It wont be forgotten!
