5 stars is just simply not enough stars for rosemary and her employees they are delightful, intelligent, helpful and truly caring. They need ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ 10 stars. They sell amazing tea presses, hundreds of different herbal teas some custom. They also have a wide selection of natural herbal remedies. Its fun to just check everything out they have a beautifully organized shop. I highly recommend you give them a shot.

Perfect spot to purchase herbs.Walked in and was instantly greeted and asked if we needed help.Spoke with a woman and asked on herbs that could help with fertility. She led me directly to the healing herbs.Asked the gentleman who was gathering all the herbs and weighing them for us questions on the herbs. He was very knowledgeable on which herbs help with what we needed. Over all great experience and my family and I will be purchasing more in the future.Side note: the teas that we purchased taste amazing!

Y'ALL, if you are looking for herbal ANYTHING, this is the place! Tons of selection on herbal remedies, soaps, natural lotion bars, tea, etc. The staff is super sweet, knowledgeable and very helpful. They answered my 9 million questions and helped me find what I needed for my allergies! I will definitely be back in this shop!

I went in this morning to browse and find some items to ease anxiety. The lady working asked me questions and helped me find what I needed. I was met with enthusiasm, empathy, and knowledge. The shop is stocked from front to back and I guarantee whatever ailment you are facing, you will find the remedy or something to ease your uncomfortability here. Another lady in the shop stopped to help me as well when I started looking for eye drops for my Father and I just felt so at home and happy here. The friendliness of shop owners and workers really makes a repeat experience. I can't testify to my products yet since I just took them, but I will be going back in later this week for flower essence and will update on the products I purchased today.

They have a very kind and helpful staff. My daughter and I went in to browse and we were encouraged to explore the store. The ladies offered assistance, but weren't pushy in any way. We left after about 20 minutes, but we ended up going back to buy some lotion bars. We will definitely visit Rosemary's Herb Shop on our next trip to Ruidoso.

Super knowledgeable staff, a LOAD of inventory (including every spice you could think of). With formulas tried and true. They have stuff for you, your dog/cat, and even can make horse formulas. Must check them out.

Came to Ruidoso to ski on a special mother/ son trip with my 10 year old. Sadly our first morning here he woke with a fever and headache, I was distraught because I didn't bring any of my usual treatments. I found everything I needed and more at this little store, plus excellent customer service and a lot of sympathy for a stressed out momma. I can't thank this business enough for their kindness and amazing selection to get us on the road to health.

Tucked away in a shopping center off the main toad is a gem of a store! I've been to Ruidoso several times and just found Rosemary's. The staff was more than helpful they were fantastic not only in customer service but also in the ways that matter as in education and knowledge all wrapped up in experience!
