I went here on vacation with my boyfriend and one of our dogs to get our fur baby a jacket since he was getting really cold. The women there was really nice and very helpful! She let us try on the jacket on to make sure it fit, and gave our fur baby a treat. 10 out of 10 we'll be back! With all our fur babies!

This is the one absolute stop we have to make anytime we're in Ruidoso! Our furson loves the goodies here - bully sticks, cookies, cute clothing and bandanas, and this rubber Z toy, I've lost count of how many he's had! Always great quality and reasonable prices :)

Amazing store. First time we have ever been. We live 4 hours away but will definitely stop by every time we go to Ruidoso. Owner is uber friendly and knowledgeable. She greeted everyone that came in with a warm welcome and an amazing smile! She took time to play with our pup and talk about what they have to offer even tho she was busy. She gave free treats to our puppy. She knew some regulars by name and knew the dogs regular orders. Her homemade treats are beyond adorable! And very tasty according to my dog! I recommend 10/10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very helpful and very sweet girls and owner running this business! It was the best thing out of our whole 5 day vacation to Ruidoso we came back 3 times! My pup lover her little hardness, shampoo, toys and treats! Thank you for being the best 🐶💕🐾 If we ever come back to Ruidoso we will be back to visit No Bones about It!

This place was so so cute they had so many things I wanted for my puppies!! And the treats the selection is great and they loved them we were down here from los lunas nm for three days and we went twice ! I have already looked on the website of what else I can get them !!

We visited No Bones About It when we were in search of a harness for our Boykin Spaniel pup. The owner was so helpful and friendly! Because of our positive experience, we actually visited the store three times while we were vacationing in Ruidoso. We also referred several of our friends who were vacationing with us and they, too, had very positive experiences. I highly recommend this business!

We love No Bones About it! Our little Winchester gets to go into the store and pick out what treats he wants. The owner is super friendly and loving to Winchester! Highly recommend for your fur baby to enjoy a little shopping and loving! Price are great variety of toys, shirts, jackets, snacks and bones for all cat and dog lovers.

What amazing place to take my babies. We are not use to snow, so I wanted to get something for my babies feet. I have poodles so they have no hair on there feet. The owner was so friendly and even sat on the floor to help me so I could try the shoes on them. I thought her prices were very reasonable. He inventory is high quality. You could tell by just looking at the cutest jackets, sweaters in there. My husband and I went in there 2 more times before we left back to Texas. We bought 2 nice thick jackets for them, shoes, socks, treats, things for Christmas for them still under $200 Thank you so much No Bones About It!

This was such a super cute little store, I have yet to see any pet treat stores in Lubbock remotely close to this one. It had chew toys galore, a variety of collars, leashes, in different sizes and lengths. Also had harnesses of different sizes and accessories for your favorite fur baby. We took home a variety of dog treats for our dogs to try. They set out water in a cute dog fountain for passing dogs. I noticed that at several stores nearby. You can pick out dresses, hoodies or a cute shirt that says I❤ Ruidoso. The cashier was sweet and helpful. She gave us recommendations and advice to the treats we were picking out. I highly recommend this place for your fur babies if you're in town. Only downside is I didn't take enough pics of this cute shop.

I love this place. I had a particularly difficult day today. My baby's arthritis has gotten so bad that we are now having to spend a lot of time and money trying to find the right medications to help him be more comfortable. I went there today to find some booties or socks to help him with grip on my wood floors. When I got there the owner had put aside two sets of socks for me to look at and then took the time to get down on the floor to put them on him. She was so gentle with him and incredibly kind to me. Please take the time and check this place out.

I contacted the owner to see if they sold dog leash's and of course they did. Some how I manage to misplace my Sadie's lesh while here on vacation. She was a super sweet lady and help me find some treats to help spoil my Sadie as well. Love this store and Stephanie too! Tons of great items for dogs (and even a cat room). Your dogs are welcome in the shop and will be loved on and spoiled by Stephanie and her staff. Stephanie is very knowledgeable about her products and makes sure you find just the right item for your fur baby or as a gift. Maverick loves to come here and nearly drags me to the door as soon as he gets out of the car! No Bones About It is a must stop when in Ruidoso!!

Loved this pet supply store. Great options for pet clothing, accessories, and care products. And surprisingly the prices were fairly decent compared to most privately owned pet supply stores. My only regret is that I didnt have my dog with me at the time to try things on her.

Very cute boutique but service is horrible. I am not one to write reviews but I am so disappointed in my recent visit and the service. I am very frequent visitor of Ruidoso and spend lots of money in the small boutiques here. I had my hands full of things to buy for my dogs and the way I was treated I left with nothing. Customer service is so important in small business and a simple "Hi, how are you? Can I help you with anything?" is such a great way to feel welcomed in a store.
