This hotel is beautiful. It looks so unassuming from the outside but once you walk in you’ll be surprised on how updated and pretty it i!Receptions was pretty easy, I had reserved our suite through the Choice app, check in is at 4pm and checkout at 12pm. Make sure you have a Drivers License or State ID, they wouldn’t accept my military id, which is odd.The rooms are spacious, we stayed in a 2 Queen Beds Suite and it was like a small apartment minus the kitchen. The living room area was separated from the bedroom area, no doors though. It came with a small fridge and microwave. The televisions had DISH but most channels didn’t work or loaded properly. The beds are so comfortable and the pillows are as amazing as the ones in the Comfort Inn! Amazing Pillows! Best sleep ever!Breakfast in the morning is delicious. They have various options for you, eggs and bacon/sausage, pancakes, yogurts, fruits, pastries…it’s a complete breakfast and delicious. The coffee, Seattles Best is perfect in the morning but they don’t refill throughout the day after breakfast so it will be cold. They do have a coffee machine in the rooms however, with Dunkin Donuts kcups. Room service is only available if you ask for it.They have a great gym, an indoor pool, a whirlpool and sauna (a 3 in 1). They also have a small room with a computer and printer with fax for your convenience. The seating area has a few games to keep you entertained.The staff was a hit or miss, some were nice and attentive while others were quite rude. Thankfully you don’t have to deal with them much.This hotel has become my favorite here in Ruidoso. It’s over $100 a night but if you use the app you can get rewards and take advantage of offers and discounts.Rooms: Spacious, updated, and clean.Nearby activities: Stores, restaurants and well everything ruidoso has to offer.Safety: They lock the doors at 8pm. You have to have a key card to get in.Food & drinks: There’s restaurants close by. They do offer great breakfast.

I finally found a hotel bed that's not rock hard or lumpy. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The service was very good, reception was very helpful and informative. The pool area was clean and didn't smell too heavily of chemicals and the breakfast was delicious.Rooms: The rooms were spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable.Safety: I felt very safe as you had to use you key to get into the hotel after a certain time of nightFood & drinks: The breakfast in the morning was great. We recommend going to the noisy water winery for a tasting or to Anaheim jacks for amazing fried pickles and burgers.

Very nice hotel, recommend highly, pool, gym, business center, friendly staff, very clean hotel, large suites. The only downside I had was I leave early on a regular basis, and they don't have coffee prepared. It would be nice if they had a 24 hour coffee machine that does instinct brew. The little machines in the room just don't get the coffee hot enough i'm preparing a good cup.

Stayed at this hotel this last weekend with my boyfriend for a trip to ruiodoso. We ended up staying another night and went to the front desk to ask if we could rent out our room again. The guy with the cast checked us out but didn’t mention he would be charging $300 to my boyfriend’s debit card when the room only costed $150. For two nights, we spent over $450-$500. It would have been the same price for a private cabin.We wouldn’t have minded the prices IF the workers had warned us about it. After my boyfriend noticed he was charged double the expected amount he was specifically promised that it was a temporary fee and that it would’ve been returned back in his bank by Monday at the latest (this was a Saturday) it is now Wednesday and we still have not received a refund. I get that some hotels do a damage fee but with our experiences, we always got our refund once checking out.We also had to wait 20 minutes just to eat breakfast that tasted instant. Disgusting eggs with microwaved potatoes & frozen bacon maybe? Not too sure but we still had to wait for the staff to refill the food trays & when she did refill them, the container was so small that it only fed the first few people in line. Leaving everyone having to wait again for a refill of eggs, potatoes, and bacon.Maids will not listen if you ask for no housekeeping, they will come in and clean anyway without you there.This truly was a beautiful hotel, with a breathtaking view but the customer service just was not on point. I loved the pool, the scenery and the hotel itself. It looked to have been newly remodeled, all it needs is better customer service/system that works better.

Was on vacation and we liked the rooms, even though our tvs didn’t work, there was no hot water, through the whole weekend. But the room was roomy and decently priced. But also you get what you pay for. They charged us a cleaning fee, I’m assuming cause they had to remake the beds and vacuum? Either way, I’d find another place to stay. Makes sense though, all the other hotels were booked and this one was practically empty.

Great hotel. Affordable, clean, top-notch customer service. Everything worked, microwave, hairdryer, every plug in, plenty of hot water!I took several showers w/ hot water cranked. Never got cold.My favorite was the breakfast attendant "Rashunda Denn'a" she has a lovely attitude & hustling round that hot kitchen to get all the guests fed all with a smile! Give her a raise, she deserves it!Rooms: Spacious and also very functional. Feels like a studio apt. They also have largerSafety: The side doors to the hotel hallways lock ( rm card entry only). No riff raff to muck up the expwrienceWalkability: It's set back quite aways from the busy highway

The room was nice and clean. The shower was also really nice, the water pressure was good too. I didn't use any of the facilities since we were just stopping to sleep and shower. I'd recommend it if you need a place to stay for the night.Food & drinks: They had free breakfast and had water refill stations.

Hotel was nice, clean. Staff was polite and courteous.Be prepared. You can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors say in other rooms. We could hear their conversations....even comings and goings of those across the hallway.Worth $500+ for a two night stay? No.

First time staying at this hotel. The employee during check was a little rude. If you have little children 6 and under it is not possible to leave them alone and unattended in a separate room. The room was clean, except for some weird stains on the ceiling lamp: brown finger rubbed stains. We overheard employees complaining over guests. During breakfast one employee was upset about something related to the pancake machine not working, and used the expression “you people….”, an there were several Hispanic guests. Overall, It is an inexpensive hotel and it is well located, but they need to work on their employees attitude.

We loved this hotel. It was at great location and hot breakfast in the 🌅. A hot tub and swimming pool. The swimming pool was suppose to be heated up but don't think it was. The temperature was way better than another hotel I stayed in Texas. The staff was friendly and informative. We saw a day of snow and it was beautiful that we ended outside as much as we could. The rooms were nice and clean. We did find undergarments in a drawer but our room was easy access to the side door. At night the front doors lock so you must have a key. If you haven't checked in, I highly suggest calling them and letting them know.Walkability: They have access for anyone with wheelchair, even in the pool and hot tub.Food & drinks: They have a different combination of snacks and drinks at the front. We didn't purchase any but you just have to talk to front desk about it.

Great stay (3/31/23 - 4/2/23) Clean room. Modern feel and well taken care of. Great value for your money. Will consider again if staying in Ruidoso. Was treated very well by all the employees. To the best of my knowledge, the person that prepares the breakfast was going to come in late on the morning of 4/2, and it impacted me that the receptionists and other employees went out of their way to have the breakfast ready despite it not necessarily being their job to do so. This is something that stays with me and I will surely remember! Thank you for a great stay, and for making me believe in humanity a little more.

When booking a ski trip I looked online for a hotel, this place was easy to book online. Check in was a breeze, the front desk lady was so nice! Some amenities we enjoyed were the pool and the laundry area. The free breakfast was also nice with hot items as well as the usuals. I like that the doors are locked at a certain time to keep everyone safe. Housekeeping came by one day and freshened our room which we didn't expect at all. Yes you're not downtown Ruidoso, but it's nice to be by a Walmart and on a main highway. I cannot say anything negative at all about the service or the rooms. Staying here was a breeze!

Horrible experience! Booked four nights and only stayed one. Owner won't refund the money for the 3 nights I didn't stay. The Night audit and the morning gentleman were nice. However the owner on the other hand is rude and seems to think he is king. Hearing what the local people have to say about him explains a lot. Finding hair on the bed an the pillow still smelling like the last person who used it is disgusting. The bottom of the hottub was gritty as if sand was poured into. A notice that matenace was going to work on the elevator would have been nice.... don't buy a hotel if you can't afford to refund people their money for nights they didn't stay.

I'm a choice hotels Diamond member I got my parents a hotel for a funeral. Staff was rude they required them to leave 100 deposit in case of damages. My parents left everything nice and clean and they tried to keep the 100 dollars don't recommend staying here. I know good hotel service I'm oilfield and spend 14 days in hotels and I've never been treated that way!!

We stayed here on our way to Arizona. The reviews of 5 stars made us check it out. It was a very clean hotel. The staff are so friendly. We picked up our load and headed back to Texas and found us staying again the next night because it was clean, large parking area for us. It's been recently updated and we'll taken care of. It's an older hotel but they have really made it look nice. Breakfast was ok but better than what we expected. You won't leave hungry. I would recommend this hotel and if we come back this way we will stay again.

Beautiful hotel. Rude staff. Very rude. Had family come from California that we see once a year. They had a suite from Friday night til Monday. They refused to let my children swim while we were their to visit with them. My kids are well behaved and they had no issues with them other then they weren't the guests. No one was in the pool. They stated my aunt would have to pay to add the kids to her room. The front desk lady was extremely rude about it and I wouldn't recommend this bad customer service to anyone. As a local I will never recommend them again to anyone.

Wouldn't recommend, owner dharmi made herself a liar, was working there I thought it was awesome but I dont like to deal with awful fake people, I treat everyone good any race whatever I have ill give it, from what I observed from her not professional or welcoming at all and more but I'll say less, everyone that I worked with there was awesome. She let me go today like she knew me, I am reliable I make a lot of sacrifices for my family to make sure they have a better life then I did because reservation life is no joke, so thanks I didn't really want to work under u or for u anyway.

I was here for a week for business. This was a great place to stay! The staff were exceedingly kind and friendly, the whole building was spotless, the rooms were plenty big, the beds were comfortable, heat and a/c worked just liked they were supposed to, wifi was dependable and fast, breakfast was hot, I even saw one of the maintenance men changing batteries in the smoke detectors. You couldn't ask for anything more. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
