Our favorite spot for a sweet tooth every time we visit the town. From the author of "Last of The Knowers" and "The Reckoning of Rance." Check out Buffet's Candies as well as my books. Get yourself some flavored popcorn, licorice hard candy every kind of chocolate you just can't leave without. Spend lots of money on because you won't find any better anywhere else around! And for the one on a diet or diabetic like one of us visiting here is, you'll have plenty of sugar free to choose from while the pigs with you that brought you are busy leaving you out, and even busier rooting around.

This is a very bright, airy candy store festooned with its signature red color and loaded with delicious sweets! Our favorite treats here are the PEANUT BUTTER MELTAWAYS, the COCONUT PATTIES, and the GILA MONSTERS. All of their candies are beautifully packaged for gifting alone or in gift baskets. Parking is right next to the store, and the Lady who helped us was very friendly and helpful. It is a great store in Ruidoso. Stop here for a delicious treat for yourself or someone you love!

This is a small little place. But it does have parking available. Many places in ruidoso don't. The wonderful lady that greeted us was super helpful. We got some hand made, delicious, taffy. We would have purchased more, but still had many stops and were afraid it might melt in the car. But here's the best part, she gave us free samples just for stopping and making a purchase. This little place is the best! Thank you so much!

Everyone likes candy but the wife and I like this shop. The shop is spotlessly clean but just as important the staff knows candy. The red candy stripe exterior lead me think Christmas but this shop is stocked with a wide variety of types.
