Stay away from here, they won't allow immunocompromised people to wear a mask to keep themselves safe, they also won't let anyone use the bathroom.The store is dirty, doors and handles were covered in fingerprints and other dirt, one side of the building is iced over due to water leaking.

Poor working conditions due to temp, it's freezing inside. Smells like sewage inside. DO NOT DRINK FROM SODA FOUNTAIN! Ants have been found and I am putting in a complaint with OSHA, BBB and the NM Health department.

Worst gas station in ruidoso, if your looking for convenience dont stop here. The line is always to the door, mostly due to the fact that the other cashier was to lazy to help with customers. The guy that helped me was very nice but slow, to be a good store you have to be more than just nice. Also the the tobacco prices are higher here than anywhere else.

Gas pump’s incorrectly programmed. OVER CHARGING for gas by $0.50 a gallon and the clerk and manager were EXTREMELY rude and did not want to correct the issue. Don’t go there!!!!

Over the last couple of years the store manager has taken this from an ok place to stop for gas to an all around clean fast and friendly store. Yea few times it's busy and can take a bit longer to get in and out but that's what happens when you can't get enough good people willing to put in the work. Employees I've encountered are awesome.

I stopped by a few minutes ago. We are visiting ruidoso for our first time and my two little girls needed to use the restroom AND THEY WERE TOLD THAT THEY COULD NOT USE THEIR RESTROOM. seems pretty unfriendly to me. Don't have time to ask why they weren't allowed because needed to get my girls to a restroom fast. I hope my girls weren't being discriminated.
