The owner was very nice and knowledgeable. It seems like he needs more workers to help clean cages and treat algae in the tanks, tho. This was the first pet store I've been in that DIDN'T have dead fish floating in the tanks. From the outside, you wouldn't think there would be SO MANY different kinds of animals. From huge snakes to chinchillas, to feeder rats, to tarantulas and scorpions.They also have everything you need to keep your aquarium/ terrarium/ tank inhabitants happy and healthy.

What a great place! A really neat collection of reptiles....lizards and snakes! Even if you're not buying anything its a cool place to take the kids and let them look around. Lots of fish tanks and tank accessories as well. The guy working is super knowledgeable and helpful. They have a small section for cat and dog supplies. Overall great experience!

I been in this store quite often since it open and I never had a bad experience from the personel.. and there knowledge about their inventory is amazing better than petco. this is my set up.. I bought few things from Walmart as well.

Deplorable conditions for the animals. Cages are extremely small and dirty, I feel bad for them. Owner obviously has no sympathy.

Awesome store, has all the basics for your pets plus a great variety of exotic pets. I prefer spending money here instead of a big box store. Employees are super knowledgeable and invested in the animals they sell. Very nice and helpful!

I like to go there because its very convenient not to far from home. And have everything I need from crickets,worms dog food, Guinea pig food. They also have a large variety of diff types of animals ,fish, lizards , birds , rabbits the list goes on! The store is easy to shop when I walk in I know exactly what I'm looking for and what aisle it's in. The staff are very friendly and and know what they are talking about. I feel confident in what advice they give me about anything I buy.

Was hard to find, POOR signage, no pop or pizzazz to make it stand out...has decent variety of fish, lots of reptiles an variety of rodents, rabbits! Lots of good looking happy parakeets! As soon as I settle into new house I'm getting one...lots of foods and supplies, owner helpful.

If you are looking for a store that has all kinds of Exotics, both equipment and animals this is the location for you. From tarantulas, reptiles, rodents, and even lagomorphs, the employees are knowledgeable about any topic related to their animals. Their animals are well cared for and healthy. The store was a little hard to find and run down but they're animals matter most. Keep up the good work you guys.

The owner is very knowledgeable and is willing to go above and beyond to give you the information you are looking for. he will test the water in your tank for you. Just take a sample from your tank you don't need a lot just a cup.

It seemed like a very nice place whenever I went in couple of a couple of minutes after being there I noticed a koi fish was in bad shape I let the manager know and he was very rude about it telling me he's tired of people telling him about that because I was concerned about his animals and on top of that he had a dead chameleon I'm pretty sure he didn't want to hear about that either he was moving a basket and I tried to help him move it and he said I'm perfectly capable of moving my own basket very rude like bad customer service I wouldn't go to him
