It was great! I could tell right away that they enjoyed their job and treated the animals with care. I told Zoe all about poncho and his medical needs and he was done in 4 hours instead of 3 which I can understand that. They had at least 2 more dogs than poncho

My afghans are treated VERY WELL by both Jessica and Zoe. These are extremely sensitive, perceptive, and emotional dogs and I’ve tried other local groomers that must have done something to them because BOTH of mine were terrified to go back. They would cower down (my female even urinated on herself), and I’d have to carry these huge dogs into the shop. This has NEVER ONCE happened with Jessica and Zoe. My pups will follow them into the grooming area wagging their tails and displaying a comfortable, happy attitude. We’ll continue using these 2 wonderful ladies forever. 💜(Melissa Bethany)

We had a horrible experience at a previous grooming facility. They never asked us how we wanted our dog cut and didn't give her the cut we asked for. They ended up shaving her body and leaving her facial hair long. They kept her for 5+ hours and finally called saying it was after hours and we needed to get our dog. Annette made our experience well worth the hour long drive we made to have her cut our dogs hair. She asked how we wanted it cut and let us know why it gives a 4 hour window for the grooming. I will continue to drive an hour ever couple months to have Annette groom our dog. 10/10

Annette take very good of all three of my fur babies. One of my babies is a yorkie. Annette is the only one that I trust him with. She cuts him exactly the way I want him. You can tell she loves the animals. She is a gem. Take care of her.

Always a positive experience to get my dog groomed at Percocet. I attribute that to groomers’ personality, professionalism and connection to your pet. They provide a safe, clean, supportive environment!. I love taking Shadow there and definitely seeing the new improved shadow when I pick him up!
