Usually your driver leaves my bin which I leave at the edge of my driveway in the center of my driveway. My wife and I have to get out of the car move the bin then we have access to our driveway. It would only take a couple of conscientious seconds to remedy this problem.I have changed my review from a four star to a five-star review for now! Last Thursday the driver got out of the vehicle and took my trash bin up to the side of my house then they went back to their route.Today I change back to a four star rating because the container was left right smack in the middle of the driveway again so my handicap wife has to go move the trash can to get out of the driveway or to come back in. It was remedied for a few weeks..

No real options as they're contracted by the county for our trash pick up service. Bi weekly recycling means overflowing bins and uncertainty around what day is what. They frequently run late or even miss days and don't show up until 1-3 days later for service, by which time many of us have pulled our bins in and given up until next week (with overflowing bins!). They have my email address and cell number, I don't need or want to install their app for notification of service delays.

I received an email this morning saying "we couldn't process your payment because the payment you recently submitted was declined". When I went online to check the status of my account they said I have a "0" balance and the credit card number You are using is a valid debit card. I also called your office for help to be sure my account is current. I received no help at all. I left word on your message machine for your office to call me back. Seven hours later I still have not received a call. I just called again to check status of my account and to talk to representative and make payment if it is due. Again they said I have "0" balance.Not sure what is going on.

We appreciate the way WM is faithful to their schedule. The drivers are polite and seem careful to not make too much noise. What would I do without you?!

We scheduled to have our broken recycle bin replaced online. Waited 2 weeks for something to happen and nothing. Look back online and it says closed. Nobody ever even attempted to exchange it. Also we can't just leave it out front forever as our HOA will find us. Is it that hard to walk 15 feet from a truck and rung a doorbell or any attempt any other other form of communication? I guess for WM that is just too difficult to handle. What a joke. They seem to communicate their bills just fine when they want money.

My trash receptacle needed to be replaced & the ability to login & request a new one online was quick & easy & the new replacement was delivered within a few days right after the old cracked container was removed. The website is user friendly & I am able to pay my bills online & see if there are any holiday delays for scheduled pick ups all remotely without having to speak to a customer service rep.

First you say that our recycle p/u will change, then the same day someone else said nothing had changed, then I was told it has not changed and yet it still has not been picked up. Lots of other home owners are confused like me!! Should I put recycle bin out every week or just start throwing the stuff in regular trash? Simple question, let's see how you answer this question.

Service is all that one could expect to get. I don't like the quarterly billing however. I don't receive paper billings nor email or text alerts that a bill is due. Thus I can easily 'forget' about a billing 3 months ahead that I never see until I get an email alert that I DID NOT pay my bill on time. If I can get a 'Late' notice...why not a Payment Due notice?Thank you.

I have been having various problems with WM for several months now. The automated system is really difficult to use and I feel like it just keeps running me around in a circle until I get frustrated and give up I'm getting my problem corrected. Currently, the trash guy only picks up my trash every other week. I think it's something to do with my trash can. Everyone else on the block has a new dark brown trash can and I have a green one. One day I Iayed in wait for the trash truck and stopped it as it was about to go by. The driver said oh is that trash? I have recorded this before and it was temporarily taken care of (2 weeks) a little bit back to every other weekend. The whole process is so frustrating that I have given up even trying.

Better this week than last. Last week my trash was never picked up. Normally, in my area recycling is picked up in the morning, and trash is picked up around 4 pm. Today both were picked picked up in the afternoon. Used to be more consistent and predictable.

Our garbage container was missing its lid. I called WM and was told to leave the container empty and on the street. A work order was put in for Friday through Tuesday. The order was completed on Wednesday. I’m happy it was done although a day later than expected.

I do not need weekly pickup. We would prefer every other week at half the cost. We are a retired senior couple and just do not make waste like working families.

The Rio Rancho office stated that they had picked up our trash. In fact they didnt pick up the whole street's "recycling" trash! It is a small street and others did not call or I did not hear of them calling to complain. Anyway, my neighbor did and I also called corporate to complain because the customer service cancelled my complaint.Which made me angry. Corporate finally called and they came and picked it up. THE FLAGRANT DISREGARD FOR THE CUSTOMER IS WHAT UPSET ME THE MOST.Kudos to corporate who finally stepped in and got my recycling ( and my neighbor's) finally picked up.

Changing the pick up date for trash and why are we the only ones that get our recycling picked up every other week when all the neighborhood get it weekly. It’s unnecessary that we have to pay for lost dumpsters. other than that all good

Canceling my service right after the missed pickup is made. Service is usally Thursday, then it was Friday, then Saturday, then next week. Told it was due to weather. There was zero weather issue’s. Not a fan of being lied to. Customer service is useless.

WM forgot (missed our street?, not sure) to pick up recycle (neighbors too). I called and was told they would come to pick it up. No one came. I called again and was told the same thing. No one came. With every other week service it means a months worth of recycle to have to wait for the next pick up. Not cool, WM. Not cool.

I paid my bill in full before the due date, but then they added a surcharge right before the due date and charged me a $5 late fee at the end of the quarter because of the surcharge (less than $5) not being paid. They tried it again this quarter, but I kept checking the website and caught the surcharge after it was added.

When they speed past my driveway and record they picked up my trash but didn't, you now have a new link so I can report it and they come back the next day . I no longer have to sit on the phone all day to get help .

Honestly one the worst corporations to deal with, trash hasnt been picked up in 3 weeks. And the automated line never gets you anywhere or to a human. Beyond frustrated as this has been an on and off thing for almost 2 years now.

Ending service with WM has been a pain. I arranged for a pickup of our trash bins upon sale of our house. They never picked them up, then charged for them. Rip-off

Update: It has taken a few weeks but I was finally able to contact someone and have the damaged bin replaced. I did however think it was odd that the people I spoke with didn't seem to understand the problem, but they did take care of the issue quickly. Upgraded to three stars. They are good, but could be much better with a few improvements.Overall service is very good. However their trucks damage the bins regularly and the website wants $90 for a new one. This is ridiculous for a service I already pay for and am required to have. There is also no way to contact and speak with a real person, you can only chat with a useless AI which accomplishes nothing.

I live at 900 spur place Rio Rancho and I've never had an issue with waste management they've always been dependable. And if there was a weather related issue as soon as possible they were out there. So whoever drives my route does an excellent job I've lived there for 25 years

I just want to express my disatisfaction on the trash pickup on January 22, 2024 at my residence 6114 Pecos Trail Dr. NE Rio Rancho.The truck took the container along with the trash inside and left me without a container to dispose of my trash.

Rated 2 star because unable to speak to a live person to troubleshoot billing/payment issue. Automation is fine for some things, but when it comes to billing and money there should be an easier way to deal with problems or questions one has.
