This location gets one star! But this Home Depot only has one great employee, Chris, aka (Uncle Chris) he gets 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. He was constantly trying to get us assistance. No one was trained to cut carpet. We've waited an hour. The manager finally showed up, but she herself didn't know either. Good grief 😔 But ask for Uncle Chris or look for him. He will go above and beyond.Just found out his last day is next week.

This is a REALLY DECENT HOME DEPOT! And that’s a good thing, since you don’t really have another choice if you’re at the north end of Rio Rancho, or all of Bernalillo, or in the hills of Placitas, or Algodones, or all the way to Cochiti Lake… I found the staff here incredibly helpful, more southern probably any other Home Depot I’ve ever been in. I don’t know if it was a fluke or just a great location, but I appreciate your help folks!

Changed my rating from five to three stars because Home Depot is following suit of all the other major retailers by having less associates available in the store to help customers needing help. It's easy to understand why more and more customers shop online instead. Corporate greed strikes again!

Today (4/28/24 @ 2.45pm) I did a rental return the guy named Alexander was at the desk,, he was super rude and none professional at all he's only Words were "what do you want" I told him I was returning a piece of equipment, he walked out side got it and give me my paperwork. He had a really bad Attitude, at the time he got a phone call and told he customer on the line "home depot hold on!" With a bad attitude. He should be working on the back were there isn't any customers!!

Had some issues with the Kohler's acrylic wall panels and John, one of the store managers moved mountains to help me rectify the issues. I highly recommend this Home Depot! The people who work here actually care about you!

I ordered a lamp online to be picked up at the store. The ordering process was very easy and my order was ready quickly. When I picked up my lamp, it had a huge bright yellow order sticker slapped right across the front. Not a problem; however, when the adhesive can't be removed before damaging the product, I do NOT appreciate it! The manager Cameron we super easy going, really nice, and is going to replace the lamp. So that part was also decent and I appreciated him. But all around it was a huge frustration and waste of my time today. Risky choice IMO...

Francine at the pro desk is really rude, and does not like her job. Have had multiple occasions of her being rude to me and I'm sure I'm not the only one. I really hate coming to this home Depot just because I have to deal with her.

I had a very bad experience with your rude employee that goes by the name Chris who cursed me out, called me vulger names, made fun of me by mocking me and challenged me to a fight. I will file a complaint against him and file a law suit against Home Depot.

I hope this review will help when choosing the suitable shed/workshop for your needs. I purchased a 10x12 TuffShed from Home Depot. I talked with a guy named Tim, and I expressed my concerns and what I wanted. I told him that I needed a window for an ac unit I planned to install, and he tracked what I wanted. He told me that they had a special going on to get three free upgrades or 10% off. I told him I would like whatever was most accessible. I called to let him know I was ready to make the purchase, and he told me I had to wait or go into the store because he was on vacation.I didn’t receive 10% off, and I didn’t get any upgrades or the window I requested. The TuffShed people came out from ABQ. I showed them that there was damage to the inside and outside of the shed. I am still waiting for a resolution. I paid for a brand new TuffShed, and it was over $5,000. I am not happy with my purchase and to all my fellow military affiliates, please do your homework before pulling the trigger on your project.Josh LUS ARMY SSG (RET)

Friendly workers that are alway quick to assist. Only flaw is the barcode system to enroll for veteran benefits is horrible that even employees can’t log in. So no 10 percent discount like before, it was so easy to show id. I wish that system was still in place

Wanted to take the time out of my busy schedule to leave a review for Leroy From Flooring. Being in a different department Leroy was so patient and outgoing and took the time and guided me throughout the whole store while greeting other shoppers as we walked past them. He made sure i had the proper plumbing equipment and tools to get my business going this Spring. As a business owner this was a memorable type of customer service. What can I say it's a home Depot. They always have varying deals I went in there personally to get a rigid drill. But ended up buying a rigid drill combo with circular saw and I'm an over the road truck driver I don't know what I'm going to do with the circular saw but I have one now. Lol I got to take my dog in there which was very cool I wish more places would allow you to take your dogs especially if they're on a leash or in a harness my dog is in a harness but my dog's just a little dog and not a little kick me dog

So much cleaner and well stock than the one in Albuquerque. I guess high crime and no enforcement does hurt. Friday afternoon not very busy, but it was pretty busy on a Saturday.

I'm pretty disappointed. I drove all the way from Albuquerque just to pick up the Milwaukee trim square. Online it said that there was 11 in stock just to find out that not only did they not have any but their staff had no clue what I was talking about when I asked for assistance.

Shout out to Matt!!I had exeptional service that I had to write a review. My daughter and I we walking and Matt came up to us from behind and asked us if we needed any help. He gave recommendations on cheap turf for dogs and products I could clean it with!He didn't have to help us. I actually didn't see him behind us! He genuinely wanted to help. That shows a lot. Thanks Matt!! It made our trip to Home depot fast, which is important when you're shopping with a 3 year old that doesn't feel well!!

They were trying to sell me the spun mop for 10.00 over the advertised price. Said it was the online price. Uhhh no it was not. I had to explain to them that legally they have to give it to me for the advertised price. Sheesh!!

Garden area I realize all the plants have to be watered, just my humble opinion, someone should sgueege the floors immediately after watering. This time of year people wear flip flops, I am 73 years old and almost fell on all the water on the cement everywhere twice. I then started trying to walk around the water which is nearly impossible. I highly recommend something be done immediately if someone falls and is injured there will be lawsuits that will follow.

I will never shop at home Depot again. This weekend me and my wife bought over $600 worth of merchandise and we were treated like thieves. It was very embarrassing the manager grabbed the receipt from my wife hand and started to pull everything out. We will just go to Lowe's for our home projects from now on.

I was disappointed in them. They didn't have the parts I needed for an HVAC job at our shop. It cost us a bit of money and time in trusting that they'd have them .... They did online but we didn't want to wait..we bet on them having the parts and lost. Not all on Home Depot, but lie like I said, I was disappointed.

Went to the garden center and asked associate if perforated irrigation pipe could be cut, he stated, "I don't know" and "I'm not sure." Never offered to find help. I then went to customer service and asked the same with the same "I'm not sure" response and a blank stare with no additional help offered. Not sure why I bother going to this location because it's the same non-trained associates who don't know how to provide customer service. Convenient for a quick pick up if I don't need help, but would rather drive further for great customer service.

Currently in Home Depot. Waited over 20 minutes for help to get some 4x4 joints due to the shelf being out of stock (there was a box on a shelf out of reach). Employee said "We're busy right now" about 7 minutes ago. Keep in mind 20 minutes ago I asked if we could get help. That isn't including the time it took to find an employee. I try to be fair in my reviews, but 20 minutes and being brushed off without a glance? Cool I guess.Edit: I also want ro acknowledge that I dom't mind waiting that long for a service, I get it, things happen, but it would be nice to be treated more like a person than a nuisance is really what it boils down to. Everyone is super nice at this location and we had two people ask us if we needed help during the beginning on our Home Depot hunt. It was just that one moment. I could do a higher review but I am a little sore about it, which probably isn't entirely fair of me.
