I recently had my dog groomed at this business. When I took him in the first time they did a great job. The last time I took him in I wasn't happy with the job Lindsay did. I asked that his hair be cut short around his face but it wasn't done well. . To top that off she switched leashes on me and refused to give the leash he came in with. I had a thick light blue leash, she gave a cheap dark blue one back. I will not go back to this place and won't recommend it either. Too much $ for such bad service.

I’ve been bringing my dog in regularly for the better part of a year now, and Lindsey always does a great job cutting her hair and cleaning her up.As an added bonus, my dog LOVES this place and seems to have forged friendships with the staff and the other regulars. She starts trembling in excitement in the car as soon as she figures out that that’s where we’re going, and it’s hard to get her out of her harness once we walk in because she wants to see everybody now now now!

Spud had his first grooming here today and it turned out pretty great. I came more with the goal of acclimating spud to try and get him to feel more comfortable and overall I have no complaints regarding the service we had today.Spud is a 60 pound husky shepherd mix so I was a bit concerned but it turned out awesome. The staff kept me in the loop on his progress and were very transparent about how my little buddy was behaving during parts of the process.10/10 , happy I found a place to take the pupper.

Amazing service! Just adopted our Claire and she needed to get some grooming done! Lots of shedding! Spoke on the phone about an appt and was able to get one the same day! Very friendly staff and they groomed, de-shed shampoo, nails, and even added a cute bandana after she was all done! I mentioned she was not super used to other dogs yet (shelter), and they were super accommodating. Our Claire was also scared of the water for her bath (first time grooming), and they made sure she adjusted to the water before proceeding! Super great device and would highly recommend!

I’ve been going to Premier Pets suite F for over a year! My Zeke always comes back clean and happy. Service is always lovely. They helped me with how to care for my dog’s breath, what bones to buy and helped with his dandruff. They are always so caring! I recommend them to everyone for the fur babies!

Premier grooming is the best! My dogs love Andrea. One of my dogs is very anxious and does not like grooming but Andrea always takes her time to ensure that he feels safe and comfortable. She goes at his pace and gives him time when he is nervous. Not to mention they come back looking beautiful. She has been grooming both of my babies for years and couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend! 💕

I usually never write reviews like this but i chose this place based on the stellar reviews so. I brought in my dog for a full service grooming including a de-shed shampoo, a full brush out and trim, nail trimming, ear and teeth cleaning. When i dropped him off i let them know he gets a little aggressive in these environments so they’d have to muzzle him which they did. I dropped him off at 3pm and he wasn’t ready to be picked up until 7:45 pm. Upon arrival i paid my bill and walked out with my dog whose fur was trimmed and looked very nice and healthy. when i got back home i noticed his teeth were still full of gunk and his breath smelled, indicating they hadn’t been cleaned at all which i understood since he can be aggressive. but i also noticed his nails weren’t trimmed either. i called to ask what services i DID receive and the lady on the phone ensured they did the services requested and told me “his teeth won’t look clean if YOU don’t brush them every day”. A simple explanation as to why these services could not be executed when i first picked him up would’ve been completely understood on my end, but the dishonesty has left me with a sour taste in my mouth. please examine your pets when picking them up to make sure the services you are paying for are being done.

We bring my dog here all the time and they always do great and we love them. They usually get my dog done within an hour after we bring her in that's the main reason we love this place. Today my appointment was at 10 I dropped my dog off and stayed in the area assuming they would be done at the normal time. I came back at 12:30 to find they didn't even get her started(meaning she probably didn't get food or water for 2 hours but I'm not sure) I went home and they called me to get her at about 2:30 give or take. They still did a great job and even offered me a drink since I was walking and dying from the heat. I do recommend this place I think they might have just had a rough day today. The people are all really sweet, even the customers that come in are super nice and friendly with each other. Just know that times might not always be as consistent.

Michelle did an awesome job with my 14 yr old golden/sheepdog!! She was so hot and I wanted a summer cut for her. Michelle was able to work with her age related mobility issues and she's feeling so much better!

Quick response, reasonable price, and great service! I am always much more comfortable with groomers who baby talk my pups like I do 😂.. had an "emergency" and they fit me in within a few days. It is worth the trip from Albuquerque! Thanks Iria, we will be back!

I was nervous to bring my dog to another groomer since the last one wasn't able to achieve the full groom. I'm so happy we found Premiere pets. I can tell my dog Stormy felt comfortable with them. I 100% recommend for any scared or harder to groom dogs.

My dog was a very difficult case and I needed for him to be shaved down to give me a fresh start to work with. I called asking if they could take a difficult dog and they did! I was very nervous that my dog wouldn’t behave but he did! His experience was top tier! His groomer Andrea, was the absolute best! 100% recommended for a great experience for the dog and owner!

This is the best grooming salon I’ve taken my dog to. Everyone is super kind, and Andrea is a wonderful groomer! I always pick up my dog and he always looks so happy and relaxed afterwards. She just knows how to handle my baby! I usually have such a hard time taking him to groomers since he’s very anxious but I definitely think I’ve found the perfect place and groomer to take him to from now on. 10/10 recommend

I booked a full package for both my dogs, one short-haired and long-haired. The lady who groomed them was Iveth. I was expecting both dogs to be well trimmed based on the price. But I was clearly mistaken, as my short-haired dog was not trimmed at all. Her fur and nails looked the exact same, I'm not sure why we even paid when there was no change. For my long-haired dog, he was supposed to be fully trimmed. When we came to pick him up, he was only trimmed on his body. They had done nothing on his face, paws, and nails. I am extremely disappointed about their service. We were told he was not cooperating, but we have been to other groomers before, and they have dealt with him and actually FINISHED the trim. We offered to help hold him to cut his hair around his face. He was fine with us, but they did not want to finish it. I get they had a hard time with them, but to my understanding its their job. When we asked Iveth a few questions, she twisted our words and created a mess. She told us, "If we brushed our dogs at home, they wouldn't look like this." Which I really didn't appreciate. I don't recommend this place to anyone. We felt very uncomfortable as Iveth was extremely rude and racist.

Jackie at Premiere Pets was amazing! She got all 3 of my babies in right away and was so sweet. 1 German Shepherd (Deshed/groom) & 2 Great Danes (normal groom) - all very reasonably priced and hands down THE BEST grooming on our German shepherd! He came home not shedding anymore/no stray hairs and completely dry! This has literally never happened anywhere else we’ve gone so I was super stoked. One of our Danes was a pain with his nails getting trimmed so at pickup Jackie just asked for me to help hold his head - I appreciated this approach rather than just leaving them uncut & saying nothing or continuing and one of them potentially getting hurt. Overall the staff was very friendly and the place was wonderful/we had a great experience! I’d highly recommend.

My two dogs have been groomed by Jackie for a long time but now she is on maternity leave so Jessie groomed them.She groomed my Jack Russell ok but my Yorkie who is groomed like a schnauzer because he is a larger yorkie he was left with very little beard no eyebrows and hacked up legs. I groomed for years before I changed professions and I would have never sent a dog home looking like that. I did message Jessie and she said she would refund me for the Yorkie but that was 12 days ago will have to see if she keeps her word,

I had my pup Percy groomed there tonight. When I picked him up, he had the cutest cut and most importantly, he was happy! Iria did an amazing job and the price was very reasonable. 😊 I will definitely give them my business again.
