Gregory was super helpful extremely informative and friendly when he came to our house and gave us the quote and helped us with the flooring options. When the people came it took 3-4 days to complete, they dont do the best job but they do enough to finish the job, they had a few spots that needed to be corrected, it took 3 times of them not showing up and 2 months since the job to fix those spots. The white risers were damaged (scuffed, marked, dented) and when we had asked if they were painting over those they said no it was our job to do. And when we had gotten a hold of the manager and customer service they had originally said that all of the risers would be replaced that have any scuffs and that us as the homeowners shouldnt be the ones to fix them. But that later changed to, they can caulk the damaged risers and we (the homeowners) can paint them. I feel if your doing flooring the risers shouldnt be damaged, and that if they are going to be potentially damaged to where we have to paint them, that should be stated to us prior to the installation. But even when customer service was unsure why the risers are damaged (because theyve never heard of that happening) that should be addressed as a concern i feel like. But in the end the floors are done, they have warranty so if anything happens to them we can have it fixed. But i would definitely be wary on hiring certain people and make sure your there to monitor the process and know what your looking for because the workers will try to tell you lies in order to finish the job quicker. Would i still use flooring express for future jobs, maybe, but if i do i learned my lesson to keep a close eye on the workers and hit the problems head on so you dont wait... 2 months for it to be fixed, and potentially create even more issues.UPDATE: we also just noticed today that they left about 25-30 nails all over the ENTIRE driveway and we drove on them, hopefully they didn't puncture the tires. They also left a huge mess nesr the front door outside and left residue of whatever they used for the floor and stained our outdoor mat. Thanks.

First of all, I will say that my experience was mostly positive with Express Flooring and I absolutely love my new floors. The reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is the communication issues I had with them.Pros:1. The flooring looks great2. The installers worked really hard and asked me if there were any issues or questions that came up. They were professional.3. They moved all my furniture for me. This is included in the cost and was super helpful for me.4. The installation was scheduled and work began quickly.Cons:1. Communication was not good at all. I was given the name and number of my installation manager and told me to call if I didn’t hear from him or had questions. The first morning, I didn’t hear from him so I called his number to confirm what time they would arrive so I could plan my day since I work from home. The number I was given was for a Chevrolet dealership. So I called the customer service department. The gal was helpful who answered and she let me know she had sent the manager a message for me. I heard back from him at 9:45 am. He explained that they were loading up the flooring and would be headed my way. I asked him to confirm his number and he gave me a different number (which was also not a working number when I called it on the second day). I was told at the end of the first day that they would be back at 7:00 a.m I arranged my work schedule around that. They didn’t arrive until 9:30-9:45 or so. The installer apologized and said that the manager had asked him to pick up supplies for another job before coming to back to finish my job. Nobody bothered to call me to tell me there was a change of plans. I am sure that the installation managers are very busy but still, not communicating with the customer and giving the wrong number to the customer to reach you is unacceptable to me. Especially when you are paying a lot of money for professionals to do complete the job. Otherwise I am happy with my new floors and the installers did well.

You get what you pay for. This is OK, & no frills. They promise A LOT, but deliver just enough to get by. They didn’t do it right the 1st time, but agreed to fix (a few) issues… We’re just going to have to settle, because their best is not going to meet our expectations. We’re still out $$$$$ though, & it’s disappointing. It’s just SUBPAR work. Didn’t fix the subfloor, & there’s warping they refuse to fix. You can see protruding nails that apparently can’t be fixed unless entire boards are replaced. They caulked where they should’ve puttied. The whole place creaks & squeaks. Chairs wobble on uneven floors. They don’t paint your stair risers or trim, which they don’t tell you beforehand. Lots of other issues they fixed, but only because we complained A LOT, nicely albeit. It’s just not a very professional job, so now we know, & we won’t use them again. They worked hard, but they’re not professional-level installers… it’s a big company outsourcing work, & you may not get the best contractors. Even the young man here today to fix things admitted to me, “I’m still new at this, & I don’t really know what to do.” Shrug. Me either. I tried to let them know in the nicest way possible that the work just wasn’t up to par, but they’re ok with that, I guess, & we aren’t getting far. Tony was very nice & professional, but I really do wish the company in general had been as wonderful as the claimed. They are not.

From the design consultant (Jordan) to the installation team (Luis), the floor samples/measurements & install work went without error. This was a horrible experience. I would have paid double for literally anyone else to my floor. Don't bother calling customer service, it'll still take days if not weeks to get a hold of someone. They will not communicate anything. And will lie to you. Managers will yell and argue with you over anything. Will not finish an install and put a lean on your home even though the work was never finished. Won't even warn you about it. Almost killed one of my dogs. Don't believe the people who come to do an estimate. They have no idea what there doing and will lie to get a sale. Do not trust them.

I needed to get new flooring done in my new house, so I started calling different companies to get a quote, then when looking at my mail I saw Express Flooring 75% off laminated floors, so I gave them a call and they scheduled a home evaluation to give me a quote, they were on time and very professional he measured and showed me what they had to offer me and I loved them all but went with what matched my wall color which was a light Grey color. Then he gave me my quote and I was very happy with the price that I said YES let's do it.And I'm so happy with my new look. The guys did a absolute great job. Victor was fast and all business he was in charge of the installation and it went smoothly, by that afternoon I was putting my room back together. I will refer this company to my family and friends! Give them a call if you want new carpet or new flooring they have it all. Good price. Keep up the good work guys!!

Great experience from the beginning to end! We had new flooring put in the entire bottom level of our home so it was a big project. The sales team was friendly and professional. The project was started and completed on time and as estimated. Our installation crew, Luis and his partner were timely , courteous and worked very hard. Nice quality work and beautiful flooring. Overall, I have no complaints about our laminate installation with Express Flooring. Over the span of a few days a large crew of friendly, respectful people transformed more than half of our home into a more comfortable and modern look than the old carpet we'd been living with. I received two phone calls from the head contractor during the installation, making sure everything was going smoothly. While I wasn't thrilled with the price, I have absolutely nothing but positive words for the professionalism of the staff, and if good reviews equal employee incentives, they deserve more than a pat on the back. I'm talking to you, Corporate. You have a good crew in Albuquerque!

I called Express Flooring on Tuesday and they were able to set up an appointment for an estimate for the next day. Mark arrived at our door with a smile and a handshake. He spent time and care measuring every room in our home. After the measurement he sat down with us and told us all about express Flooring, their policies, and everything that would be included in the price. He brought in the color samples and while we walked around our house with the samples. Mark showed us the price and it was a very fair price. Unfortunately none of the samples went with our cabinets and furniture. If it had, we would be excited about working with Express Flooring and Mark!

The installer, Martin was wonderful and very helpful. However, the day of the installation, he was not given all of the carpet needed for the job. Trying to get in touch with someone at Express Flooring who could help me was not easy. The job took 2 days (Friday and Tuesday), good think my husband works from home. The carpet is very nice and does look great.

Express Flooring Installers were professional and kept everything clean; there was no damage to any of the walls, baseboards, or furniture that were displaced and placed back to its original locations. The installers were on time daily and updated me as they completed the project. I would highly recommend Express Flooring; their services and products were reasonably priced and a value for the product: great customer service and excellent communication throughout the entire process from start to finish. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to have their floors upgraded.

Predatory company. We were lied to about the quality of the flooring and overcharged. The flooring was scratched before the installers even left the house. The flooring was sold to us as durable, commercial grade (to justify the higher price), scratch resistant, high traffic etc. Paid over $12 a sq ft and that was "on sale" for something that doesn't even fit the needs we told them we had. They recommended this flooring. We said we needed something highly durable and hard to damage. They sold us something that can't even stand up to scooting in an empty chair. They don't tell you the real brand of the flooring when they sell it to you. I got the info off the boxes when it was being installed and it is both not what we were told it was and not priced as high as they charged anywhere else. To be clear, we didn't cause said scratches. We had walked barely 5 ft on the new floor when we noticed it and hadn't touched or moved anything.

Had our floors done on Jan 2, 2024. Luis and his team was wonderful. They did the whole house around 1200 square feet. They said it would take a week they did it in a day and a half. The company was wonderful to work with. They really care about their customers. Which is refreshing this day and age.

This was a refreshing experience. My sales rep, Greg was so helpful and professional. Explaining the entire job from beginning to end. Express Flooring worked with me on payment terms that were acceptable to me. They were able to set the install within one week of the order.Martin and his helper got the 4 rooms stripped and installed in record time. They moved all the heavy furniture and hauled off the old carpet and pad. They both did a beautiful and very professional job. I highly recommend Express Flooring.

(Updating due to need to go to BBB to finish the job) if you have issues with the corporate side and they dont respond, just file a BBB claim. That finally seemed to work for me.The people who work on the floor did well and are polite, but corporate dropped the ball every step of the way. Missed every appt leading to job, failed on quotes and make sure you dont let them tile in your appliances either because that is their default method. I get why installers do it, saves time, but if your appliances ever leak or need removal they may be trapped by tile and countertops or worse, you wont know about leak until 10s of thousands worth of damage could be done. ALWAYS tile under them. I insisted on it for mine and it was fine for reinstalling dishwasher. We got the lifetime install waranty pitch which made the higher price range for Abq seem worth taking the risk on (14$/sqft for demo, materials, install, disposal) but when we got our install quote we were on the fence about doing lvt wood demo ourselves. I already signed up to do my own baseboards. so we kept it in the quote and accepted a generic estimate for how much we'd save if we decided to do it ourselves of about 1k....not in writing though as contract doesnt itemize (red flag)... Day before install, we called to find out job was delayed a few days without any notification so we said no worries and id do demo with extra time i now had but just let me know new numbers. I was hoping to offset my own feared and expected costs of concrete repairs typical in older homes that they cant bid to without seeing it. All concrete cracks so dont be surprised if yours does too. They never gave me those new numbers though despite several calls and promises to elevate to mngmt. Turns out I needed another 875 of work done to prep floor for tile (6 hrs of extra work for 1 guy). That number they got to me right away....glad I did demo, right?...but despite multiple requests for cost details, no info was given on the matter until a week after the job was done. Finally they got it to me and the savings, only 25 cents per sq foot?! 10hrs of demo and 4 dump runs for $250 refund. Way off from what id have expected and was told. Thats a crazy and suspiciously low rate that was 25% of what I was told at ordering and is 5-15% of abq Angi quotes for same task... convienent billing for them for sure to maximize their costs to me but they insists thats their honest costs so if thats true, so be it. So if you need demo work, hit them up, their rates are ridiculously low for that service at least. They offered another 250, to try to be fair to initial claims but couldnt match the 1k. Since they claim rates to be accurate, i wasnt going to push for it. But after 2 months finally had to file a BBB claim for them to push it through.Despite billing being a total pain, their third party contracted worker did a great job and was very nice. He got some occasional help but for the most part got ~70% of it done himself and was a solid guy. Wish i knew his company name to give it kudos. Id work with them again.Hopefully Express flooring can figure out how to be more responsive with customers. They claimed new system issues that are in other reviews from over a month ago...so, maybe IT is really trashed. They also need to set their quote folks up with better info going forward as i wouldnt have wasted my time for 250 and would have let them pay their third party for the extra day of work out of their pockets.If youre possibly going to adjust your service, get a breakdown itemized first to ensure no creative adjustments are made later or separate quotes upfront.I do feel bad that they made their quote guy look bad for his info as i dont think he tried to decieve us. He just didnt know Abq's "market rates", but I still think his numbers are actually lower than what youll be given.

Corporate office blatantly lies and cheats their sales people. They lure you in with promises of a high commission rate that is never delivered on. After training pay period you will lose time, money and be treated terribly from corporate office. Installers, materials, and local management are awesome tough.

I’m so glad we came across this company! They provide excellent, fast and professional services. I was amazed the workers completed it all in one day. They moved all furniture out and back in, are very friendly, great organizers and they left a great result! Also very friendly to our dog and worked around us all while home. Honestly so amazing and if you are looking to revamp your living space please contact them!! Thankful for Greg for organizing and the 3 workers that completed the job!
