This place fantastic! The rooms are well decorated and thought out. Everything is clean. Comfortable beds, a wide selection of different room types and camping options. They have on site laundry. Jennifer who works here ranks among the top most friendly and helpful people on the planet! They also offer shuttles to and from multiple nearby towns and trails which is incredible!Walkability: Quick 10 min walk to everything in town

We just stayed 3 nights while we traveled with our rock hounding club to sites in the area around Luna and Reserve. We called to make reservations and spoke to a very lovely young lady named Harley who was delightful and helpful.When we arrived, we were surprised by the fact that the location was "unmanned" and we called a number to get the information on keys, room etc.The room itself was roomy and clean, and the bathroom was spotless and reasonably stocked with necessary items. The king bed was clean and comfortable, but it was pretty high for a short, round little woman, and we laughed because my husband would have to get in and pull me up. I could have used a step stool. Lol.Though the room and furnishings were dated, everything was fully functional. It was a terrific spot that offered just what we needed at a decent price and location. It was very quiet and we only saw a few other folks while we were there so it was a very restful stay. If I had any recommendation, it would be that it would have been handy to have a place to lay suitcases to open, perhaps a bench at the foot of the bed or a foldable stand. And perhaps a more comfortable chair at the desk area that would serve as a second seat to watch TV.We recommend this place as an affordable, secure, and reasonably comfortable place to stay.

Looking to travel to Reserve again. Will not be staying here.When I stayed, the floor was dirty. I could make out the mop and shoe prints. Heater did not work. When I called in the middle of the night to inquire, I was told “no one uses a heater this time of the year.”I wrote a letter to owner (addressed to the Lodge and to their main office) asking for price adjustment as a courtesy. One letter got returned and there was no response from the duplicate copy.

Ok place since options are limited. They charge $20 for a tent space. The tent space options are pretty bad. This is a CdT hiker stop. Many hikers complain about how much they charge for a shuttle back to the trail. Laundry is on site, $2 for wash $2 for drying. Door codes are provided. No staff on site. Water is hot, but drains behind building. Don’t tent in the drain area… All in all, I appreciate this stop, but it’s clear people get gouged a bit by the owners

This is a rather unique lodging place. It is compromised of several small, random buildings. The one we were staying in was a double-wide manufactured home. In Reserve, NM, there are only 2 options that I am aware of. This place was also unique in that we never saw a person. Outside the office was a phone with the number to call. The person on the other end took my information and then provided a code for a lockbox that had the key to the unit. The house had everything we needed and was clean and neat.I don't recall the name of the only motel in town, but the lady (owner?) was very, shall we say blunt, when she told us she had no vacancies, so it was nice to stay where they at least were pleasant to deal with.

Beautiful location right in the heart of Reserve, NM. HUNTERS are welcome, rooms available from single Queens to SUITES! I always stay here when I am visiting Reserve. Close to local shops, friendly and fast service. Clean, cozy, comfortable rooms that are affordable. Jennifer and her dedicated staff do everything they can to make sure you have a wonderful stay. The service is above and beyond, with a beautiful, friendly smile. THANK YOU!

Great service, accommodating, polite and helpful. The phone for checking in was the worst part and had a lot of unpleasant feedback but it got the job done.Stayed in a standard room, had a fridge, microwave and coffee pot. Room was clean and everything worked. Bed was firm but comfortable. The room was on the smaller side (salesperson would call it cozy) for a motel but would be sufficient for 2 people. For furniture had a queen bed, overstuffed chair and a desk with chair.Within walking distance to the local bars and restaurants.Would stay here again if I am in town.

This little hotel was a surprise inside. We were on a road trip and looking for a place to sleep and get a hot shower. The outside is a little worn but inside was very pretty and clean. The decore was country and western feel. The shower was a large walk in surrounded by a rock wall.There was a small refrigerator and microwave as well as a coffee pot with enough supplies for 2 cups. The room was very spacious. We did laundry over in the laundry room. It costs $1.50 to wash and $1.00 to dry. The dryer runs long enough to get your clothes dry on just a dollar.We would stay here again if we came through again.Don't mind all the junk on the beds. These are pictures after we brought our things inside. It was very cold outside but the room was cozy.

Amazing place all around! Very nice rooms, wifi works great! The staff is super friendly awesome and amazing! Got a room due to work stayed the night and the next day told my co workers about it, then the whole crew stayed here. Beds are comfortable tvs are modern, fridge and microwave in room. Can't say enough good things about this place!

Great little place to stay if you're passing through or exploring the forest. Room was super-clean and well-kept. Staff was helpful and very friendly. Only a few streetlights around, so a great place to look at the stars. An easy walk into town, and you might make friends with a few cattle on the way.

My family stayed in a suite here in late December. It surpassed my expectations and was a wonderful place to stay! The room was clean and interesting. They also have a 24 hour check in option allowing you to arrive at you leisure , this was great for us as we were exploring the Gila National forest. I would have given 5 stars but there was no hot tub or continental breakfast.

This is one of my favorite places to stay! The rooms, suites, cabin & houses are all welcoming, and decorated & equipped to make you feel at home; the beds are so comfortable I feel like I'm tucked into a cloud; the staff is professional yet friendly, and make you feel like a family member, or old friend, that's come to visit; the rates are very reasonable for the quality; and the food & goodies at The Adobe Cafe & Bakery are the "Cherry on Top" - and worth the trip to Reserve!!!! I highly recommend The Frisco Lodging Co & RV Park and The Hidden Springs Inn for a night, a month, or anything in between!!!!

Beautiful room. Very comfortable bed. Clean. Shower was lovely. Free Wifi. Samsung TV. It still had that peaceful feeling of being in the mountains. Someone with great taste decorated this room and made it feel like home. You can walk to the rad local restaurants and shops nearby. Great experience.

Really cool place to stay in Reserve, NM. Very clean looking cabin. It had a really spacious bathroom and a super comfortable bed. Very close to everything in that town. If you find yourself there, this is the place to stay. Seriously. This place is cool beans.

So the place was nice room clean. Had a blast with my fiance. There was no one who worked there so that was annoying. They tried blaming me for their over the phone incompetence. Like bro if you didnt care to run or get my info right by even being their its not my problem. The little Bar there in Reserve is awesome and the owner is great!

Honestly, given the town it’s in, this place exceeded my expectations. I stayed in the Frisco house and it was clean, fully stocked, more than enough room and amenities. I was impressed with the kitchen and patio area especially. It’s Worth the price and I would stay here again.
