Ms Elena was lovely to talk to! She personally knew the artisan that makes the herbal tinctures. I had been having chest congestion and the tincture I purchased nearly instantly cleared up my chest and sinuses. So much love for this little store, definitely check them out if you’re passing through Reserve, New Mexico!!

This is a beautiful store, I was so relieved to get some good deodorant, goats milk lotion, greeting cards, incense, soda in such a small village. She has some amazing jewelry here too, made by local southwest artists.

My first time in there I purchased a bottle of the Udder Delight lotion only to return home and see that it had expired THREE YEARS prior. Yesterday my mom brought me a Krispy Kreme cinnamon bun (from black gold) after eating half of it it I got. Weird feeling...I quit eating it. A few hours later I became violently ill. We are having trouble dating the pastry as there is no expiration date on it. But I’m willing to bet that it had been sitting on Black Golds Shelf for quite some time.
