This place is great for large families. We had 9 adults, 3 teenagers, and 3 babies and we all fit comfortably in the house. It was really clean. There were pack n plays available at the office which was great and a playground and stream outside which my daughter loved. Plenty of bathrooms, large table that everyone fit at for meals together. Would love to stay here again.

I absolutely appreciated the service that Jessi (property manager) provided. She was great at keeping in contact with me and answering all my questions. From start to finish she was awesome! She even called about items my grandchildren left behind and mailed them to me. The morning we left she was outside shoveling snow making pathways for us to get to our vehicles. She is awesome!!!We had a wonderful weekend at your place! Condo 115 was perfect for my family 7 adults and 6 children (ages 9,7,6,4,2,1). The kids loved having their own beds, space to watch TV, play. They even had a swing set outside our condo that they were able to play in the snow (they had a blast). The women/girls appreciated all the bathrooms in the condo! Plenty of towels and bedding for us all!The condo was very well equipped with everything we needed. They even offer to go grocery shopping for you. If you want the perfect getaway call Jessi - you won't regret it!We hope to make this an annual event!

What an amazing experience! My family and I enjoyed a quiet, beautiful week at Valley Condominiums. Our condo was exactly as advertised. We could not have asked for a better vacation! Jessica, the property Manager was courteous, polite and very helpful. If you need a cozy, peaceful place to enjoy your Red River vacation, take my word for it and stay at Valley Condominiums!

We stayed here for three nights to get our brains back in order after the long lockdown and enjoyed it. The area is nice and deer come up every day to say hello. Only issues I really had with the place were that some of the places seem to need some TLC. The cabling and cable hiders for the TVs were pulled off of the walls and looked dangerous, and both of the beds in our condo had one side of the bed with a deep well, like somebody laid there for 2 years straight. The front office was very nice and checking in and checking out was easy. Nice walk into town as well.

We enjoyed our say. The condo we stayed in was very well outfitted and comfortable. The only minor complaint we had was the bed was pretty firm and not comfortable at all. I realize that's probably a bit subjective. We were glad to have brought our own 2" foam topper to put on it. Despite that we will probably stay at the valley condos again.

Cute little place right outside of the Main Street of Red River. Can walk to town or take the free trolley. Amenities are slightly dated but condos are comfortable and close enough to all of the town events. Play scape for the kiddos and fireplace in each unit. Highly recommended!

Beautiful condos. We stayed in one that had five bedrooms. One room had 2 triple bunk beds. Perfect for kids and adults of all ages. 4 bathrooms, 4 balconies. Fully stocked with all you'll need. Laundry also. Just bring the food!

We have nothing bad to say about our stay at all. Condo was clean, beds very comfortable, décor was great. We had a late arrival on our day to arrive and the staff was more than willing to accommodate us and stay until we arrived. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the town and any activities that were going on that would interest our family. Pricing was great, we had all the amenities of home with plenty of space. We will return and suggest these condo's to anyone going to stay in Red River NM.

I canceled before the red river run. Jessica was no help they denied my refund of $1114.20 saying my "excuse" was not under the cancelation policy and I was told I could not rebook. Not to mention i paid extra for the POS so called travel insurance. How do they have the right to keep my money for a service I did not get?

I loved so much about this place. The location was just outside of town, still only about 5 minutes from the lifts, the space was perfect and cozy. Loved the balconies on both sides of the cabin. Stocked with everything but food and clothes!

Would not recommend to anyone. Very rude staff, accused us of damages that we did not do, they advertised towels at the hot tub but they were all used and dirty, requires you to do the dishes and take out the trash or they'll charge you, and dishes were dirty upon arrival. Will never go back. Absolute worst service I've ever had. Will stay anywhere but there next time I go back to Red River. Red River is a great place, these are the only rude people I encountered.

Valley condos is the place to be for my family. Removed from the traffic and "party" but just around the corner to RRSA. Our condo was furnished beyond my wildest and was also well decorated and homey. We definitely made good use of the cooking area and with 7 people we were fully accomodated in condo #126. We grilled in the snow, cooked and baked in the kitchen, enjoyed the hot tub, and caught a family movie on HBO, all in the picturesque beauty of wall to wall mountain and wildlife. Deer regularly passed by our back door every night; I dont remember that amenity in the lodging description. We will return. This is the best condo on the best mountain with the friendliest people.

This place is way more then we expected, much better then the hotel we looked at. The managment is extremely helpful and ready to please. We had such a good experience here we wont go anywhere else. You wont regret your stay in these beatiful roomy condos.

Great spot between a creek and the Red River with a baseball field next door. The rooms are small but nicely appointed and the property is secluded from the noise of town

Valley is clean and comfortable with a bit of a secluded feel to it due to it's location. In the summer the creek and River right next to the premises provide outdoor entertainment. We love it here!
