We booked into River View A for the first time ( they just opened this season) and it was a great experience! Well equipped home right on the river - a beautiful porch with hot tub to boot! Fantastic! Only thing on the wish list for future is curtains in the living room at nighttime!! Resort Realty is really great to work with - thoughtfully checking in on us via text and making recommendations for a what might interest us! We've been coming to Red River for 30 years and Bobbie Jo, Brittney, Crystal and the others at Red River Resort Realty never let us down! Thanks y'all! See you next year!

Spent five nights at Big Elk Horn cabin and it was awesome! Perfect location right by the river, with a huge back deck that fully takes advantage of the beautiful spot. The first couple of nights were cold, so we gathered around the fire pit on the deck in the evenings. When the weather warmed up, we faced the river and watched the hummingbirds and ducks. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was large and well stocked. Brittany, Mari, and Lauren from Resort Realty were on hand to make sure we had everything we needed. Our only regret was that we could not stay longer! Thank you Resort Realty!!

I have to say that I am very happy with Resort Realty...They were so helpful and were very prompt to bring the extra things we needed during our stay. We couldn't have been happier!! Our cabin was just Wonderful! It was very well supplied and clean. The back deck was fabulous for relaxing , drinking coffee in the mornings, bird watching, listening to the river. A fabulous place! We had such a memorable time...Thank you again. We will always use Resort Realty.

Diane and the staff at Resort Realty are top notch!! They went above and beyond in serving us. From texts messages making sure we arrived safely, checking to see if we needed anything on our first day to reminding us of the beautiful fireworks and Torchlight Parade. This is our second year in a row to rent the Ski View Chalet and we absolutely love it! The view of the ski mountain cannot be beat, being walking distance to all in town activities and the amenities of the house itself make this house a favorite of ours. I've been to Red River a few times and stayed in a couple of different cabins. The experience with Resort Realty has been the best by a long shot. The cabin was in excellent shape and the property management team was friendly and helpful. A first class experience all the way. Don't hesitate to book with them.

This home exceeded our expectations and we will definitely stay here again! The kitchen was stocked with every utensil we needed. There was even a cabinet with "overflow" condiments, coffee filters etc., which came in handy. We had leftover hot chocolate packets and non perishables which we left as well. We brought our own games but enjoyed putting together a puzzle we found by the fireplace. Beautiful views! The deer came right up in the yard. The back deck was a great place to "stargaze"...such a peaceful area and we walked all over town from this location. The hot tub was clean and we had no issues with anything being broken. As soon as we arrived we received a text asking if the home was as we expected and if we needed anything. Great communication from Resort Realty!

My family and I took a week long vacation to Red River this year. Our family is quite large and there were 7 of us in the cabin. Our selection of Bear Valley cabin was based on several factors namely location, bedding configuration, views and aesthetics. Bear Valley proved to be an excellent choice as we never felt cramped, and the cabin was comfortable and cozy. The location is 4 miles from the hustle and bustle of town, there are millions of stars and the only noise is a dog barking in the distance. The porch wraps all the way around the house so finding a perfect view was simple. The staff were outstanding and made this process simple and hassle free. Our family talked about making this a yearly vacation because of the quality time we found at Bear Valley cabin.

We stayed at Chula Vista Cabin in 2/2019. Resort Realty was extremely helpful and accommodating -- they responded to every question and request that I had. They let us borrow sleds and a crock pot when there weren't any at the cabin. Our party consisted of 6 adults and 2 young children, and the space was very comfortable for all of us. The cabin is easy walking distance to the lifts and to town, which we loved. If you're not into walking, you can call the town trolley to pick you up and drop you off anywhere in town. My only recommendation is to bring house shoes due to the very rustic, wood floors. We would not hesitate to stay in this cabin and with Resort Realty again!

We stayed at Tenderfoot Trail Retreat with our grown kids and their spouses and it was awesome! Close to Red River ski area, ski rentals, snow mobile rentals and grocery store. The house was perfect for the 6 of us. A previous review complained about a small kitchen. We found the kitchen had plenty of room to cook with more than one person in it. The house was very cozy, loved the gas fireplace and the kitchen table was great! The staff at Resort Realty went above and beyond my expectations. They texted several times checking on us and with suggestions of things we might enjoy while staying during Mardi Gras in the Mountains. We will definitely book with them again!

Rick and I have stayed at the Streamside and the Riverside cabins. Our favorite is the Riverside cabin. They are both beautiful and very clean. Never had any complaints. Bobbie Jo and thegirls at Resort Realty are so sweet and helpful and always make sure we have what we need.I can't say enough nice things about the cabins and the staff. I would recommend any cabinsthat they rent. We hope to keep coming back to the Riverside year after year and as many times as we can. Thank you all

We stayed a week at Little Elk Horn on the River and wished it would have been longer!!! What a beautiful property - the creek off the back deck was paradise for trout fishing! Love the sound of the water during the cool nites. The Resort Realty staff couldn't have been more attentive! I would HIGHLY recommend this property.

We have really enjoyed staying with the Resort Reality property. They are very accommodating, friendly. This visit we stayed at creekside cabin and it was a beautiful home very comfortable and located in a quiet quaint neighborhood. My husband wanted a special place to relax and celebrate our anniversary and Red River was the place. The cabin is up in the mountains away from people, very relaxing and beautiful. The staff was very welcoming, very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place.

There was sewer problems in the house we rented, they had us move to another house then the next day said they got the sewer fixed and we had to move back. The sewer wasn't fixed, they put my family in an unhealthy environment where raw sewage was in the shower and we could not shower or use toilets. overnight then would not answer the phone. Still have not refunded money. Very poor customer service, Diane called the police on me when I went to the office said she was scared of me but still refused to talk over the phone. This was a horrible experience and worse thing this trip was our children's Christmas gift. Would never recommend renting anything from this company. They lied to the Better Business Bureau as well.

Great place to rent from! We have used these guys before and never had any problems. The condo's are always clean and exactly as advertised. The staff want you to enjoy yourself and are just a call away if you find you need something. This is the only place I rent from in RR!

Booked at Hotel Ryland, don't expect them to ever answer your phone call. And I was told flat out in an email that they're not following Covid State procedures. But they got my money so apparently that's all they care about.

We stayed at Creekside Cabin and we loved the place as it was in the upper valley. Quite and very enjoyable but close enough for anything you wanted to do.
