Amazing food and atmosphere! Our server, Miranda, was super friendly and attentive. She recommended the Chicken Pot Pie and French Dip sandwich - both were incredible! If you’re in Red River, this restaurant is a must stop. Quality all the way around!

Meh...We visited Red River brewing company in the off season and even though we showed up at noon - sans a few people at the bar the place was virtually empty. That said it still took a long time to get our order taken and another fairly long wait to get our food. 3 of us split the nachos and the bacon chicken sandwich which was just fine...even the root beer float with the home brewed root beer was nothing special and kinda pricy for what you got...I'll try a few other places in town before I go back.

Its rich flavors and well-balanced spice make it a delightful sidekick to the hearty chili dog.However, the dining experience took a hit due to the inconsistent service. While the waitstaff managed adequately, the host at the front door left much to be desired. Their lackluster approach affected the initial impression and set the tone for the evening.It's worth noting that the restaurant may have been understaffed during my visit, as the waiter seemed stretched thin. Despite this, they handled the situation reasonably well, ensuring our needs were met.In summary, The Red River Brewing Company & Distillery excels in delivering a gastronomic journey with standout dishes like the giant chili dog and green chili stew. However, attention to service, particularly at the entrance, could elevate the overall dining experience. So happy we stopped in for lunch. We had chipotle, wings, chicken, pot, pie, brisket, and ribs. All the brewery drinks are delicious.

Decent experience. Food was good but I had a BBQ plate and it only came with one side. Probably could have come with two sides for the price. I enjoyed the beer variety. The ones I had were very smooth.The only major issue was the wait times. We were told 45 minutes by the hostess but even after 80 minutes we were still 20th in line according to the app. Cancelled that evening and tried again a couple of days later. Finally got in but it was over the original estimate. Came over Spring Break so some of that was expected.

Our waiter Reese was incredible, quick, and friendly. The chips were very crunchy and perfectly salted. The salsa that came with the brisket tacos had a nice kick (and I LOVE spicy food, like Serranos, habaneros)! The brisket tacos were delicious, had all the perfect textures and flavorful! There was also a live singer. Loved his on the spot song and covers. His free stickers with tip were awesome. If you are in red river and want some good food, incredible service, and live entertainment check it out!

We really enjoyed our BBQ Brisket sandwiches. Raised in Texas & you can believe me when I say this BBQ was outstanding. The amount of food was great. Had enough for another meal that evening.Waiter recommended the Copper Chair Amber beer & it was spot on.We took an outside patio area to enjoy the outdoors. Large outside of family area on left side. Area was cleanWe will be back.

Awesome place! I had the Desperado Mexican Lager and the brisket tacos. Both were excellent and the tacos had a great amount of spice to add some kick. The staff was all great as well. If you roll through Red River you should definitely stop by.

Despite appearing busy, our party of seven was seated very quickly. Our waitress, Mia, was incredible and honestly one of the best servers I've had in a long time. She was friendly, attentive and very patient with my group. She even tended to my very picky toddler and reheated the cheese on her grilled cheese to be "more meltier". We had several drinks, tap and cocktails, and all were brought to the table quickly. They offer many of their drinks "to go". I HIGHLY recommend the Coffee Steamer Porter. I made sure to grab a to-go can on my way out. Most of my group had the brisket is various forms... bbq plate, tacos, nachos, and sandwich. The brisket had great flavor and wasn't dry. I wish i would have gotten pictures of our food to share. All-in-all, I'd definitely recommend this restaurant.

Stopped for lunch. I had the patty melt and my husband had the French dip. The food was very good. The beer was good, too. The only complaint was that we had a hard time getting a server when we were first seated. Once we did though, he did a good job. He just didn't appear to be happy about it.

We were just doing the big circle and were feeling a little hungry. Alas, it was cold and there were gusts of wind so forceful the sand stung your face. Red River Brewing Company was doing a good business and had outdoor seating so our dog could visit with us. To our good fortune Becca was our server. She was delightful. The hot chocolate was a godsend: even though they turned on the heaters, it was still chilly. Still, this visit was warm and filling. The cheese curds were over the top delicious with a great crunchy exterior and delicious dipping sauce. The brisket on the brisket plate had a wonderful crust and smoked ring. Everything about this place (including the urinal) made our stop less “passing through” and more of an “unexpected destination”. Thanks, Becca, staff, and chefs.

Red River Brewery is one of our favorite places to visit when we are in town. There is something on the menu for everyone…even for my picky eaters. The burgers are always a hit with my family and my favorite burger is the hatch green chile burger. The fried cheese curds and jumbo pretzel are also some of our favorites!July 11, 2022 they were out of hamburgers so I ordered a Cobb salad that is shown in the photo.July 6, 2022 photos of hatch green Chile burger with onion rings, fried cheese curds, jumbo pretzel with cheese sauce and mustard sauce. *Server said it was her first day to have her own section. Ate here 4th of July Evening, not a full building, and they had their special menu for the day specifically. That’s fine. What’s not fine is the waitress with the attitude after seating us, her snotty attitude to us as we were sitting down starting things off right. We ordered our food and it came very quickly! That’s great! There are a few problems though.Allergic to Chilis, we ordered 1000 island dressing for a salad, it came out as the Red Chili Ranch. The salad used looked like they grabbed weeds off the street and threw a single 3oz looking chicken tender with it.We ordered two Burgers, and both were burnt about 85% and had 0 flavor.Ordered the Brisket Nachos, over HALF of the plate was Jalapeños, and the brisket was TOUGH.Ordered a BBQ chicken Plate, wasn’t fully cooked.I am not writing this to bad mouth, I am writing my experience and what we had.Very disappointed. Might try it again next time in R.R.

We were treated with such personal attention tonight. Our bartenders Jordan Diane and Stephen made our drinks to order and they were amazing. Then Shane, the head chef, treated us to green chili stew and clam chowder. If you love green chili stew with a bite you will love this version. It’s very flavorful and hearty. The clam chowder was spot on and my favorite. Definitely will try other new items on the menu. Thanks for a great experience.

We enjoyed our visit and eat there several times while in Red River. The Nachos were awesome and loaded with beef which is an addition. The burgers, brisket and chicken were all awesome and the potato salad is a must. The service was an added benefit. The beer and drinks were excellent and made on site. Great place to hang out.

This place was so wonderful. Shane, the manager checked on us multiple times. The entire staff made sure we had a great experience. Definitely a place to check out...but during the summer...be ready for a wait!

Very disappointing food and service. Food burnt and cold. The best part is that you get to wait in line for shoddy overpriced service. Their takeout wasn't much better. Small portions and just boring. Pictured takeout was $45! Barely two spoons of potstoes salad (didnt have cole slaw) how cheap can u get! Its potatoes! Maybe if u drink enough, u don't notice... as much.

Food was very delicious and reasonably priced. I definitely enjoyed my food and the service. Unfortunately, the hostess gave us a 45 minute wait time, and if not for a party of 14 deciding to cancel, it was going to be a lot longer. There is always a wait. The bathrooms were also ignored. There was toilet paper on the floor and the trash was overflowing. Other than that it was pretty good.

Super amazing experience and atmosphere! I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Great beer, great spirits, awesome food, super staff. We ordered a flight of beer and the chips and guacamole, my boyfriend's son ordered the house made root beer and the pretzel that was bigger than his head!! Our friends ordered a beer flight and a spirit flight, and the cheese curds. We will be going back!!

Food was good. This was our 2nd attempt to eat here. The first was an hour and a half wait so we ate elsewhere. Second time there was no wait. Ordered the chips and salsa appetizer with queso, cherry landslide (yummy) it's like a cherry limeade twist, bbq sandwich and shrimp skewers. Overall great experience.

Enjoyed my time here. Good food and drinks with plenty of view for watching sports with friends and the place has good indoor and outdoor seating. Interesting use for a keg too for a urinal, check it out!

August 2019We came in a Tuesday and got right in to eat. The food was great. The service was outstanding. Ask to sit in Grant’s section. He was there when we needed without hovering. BEWARE the wings are hot but they are good. The kettle chips were amazing. They were perfectly cooked, crispy but nut so hard the scratch your gums. The fresh brewed Rootbeer was a little sophisticated for our 12 year old. The Atmosphere is really fun. It will definitely be a regular stop when we visit.July 2019This place is a nice new building. The food looked good. I can not tell you how it tasted because we left after 40 minutes of waiting. I am very understanding about holiday weekends and short staffs on holidays. It wasn’t really the wait that made us leave it was the turtle pace the staff moved at and that a lot of the tables were empty. Again the food coming out of the kitchen looked good but with a third of the tables empty and the mad customers at the other tables, we thought we would try it another time.

We stopped in to grab a burger and a beer. Im not usually a craft beer person but we ordered the Cabin Fever Pilsner and the Tractor Mustachio Milk Stout. Best craft beers I've ever had. This place knows how to do beer. If this kind of beer is your lane, you will love it. We shared the Ghost Burger. Absolutely fantastic. This is a very nice place. A lot of thought went into it. If you're in Red River this place is a must go. Great food, beer, service and scenery! Thanks!

I really like this place but…We went last night and I ordered the salmon special. The plating was good but there was way too much blackening seasoning on the fish. I could only eat half. They are accommodating for groups and the service is very good. I like the appetizers and beers more than the menu food but overall it’s a great place to come to in Red River.
