We had a wonderful stay at the Auslander.The grounds are so pleasant and well maintained. The amenities are great-outdoor grills, hot tub, ice machine, playground, & fire pit. The staff were definitely on top of things. This is a great location! It’s so close to the ski area, yet peaceful in the summer.

The Auslander is a family tradition that goes back to my child hood. I am now in my late 50s and it still is our happy place! We have our family reunion there every two years and it never disappoints! This year we had 90 attend! Safe fun clean family atmosphere and so nice!! I they go above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of before, during and after our stay!! Can’t say enough about the improvements they have made and the personal touches that make them part of our family! Highly recommend this place!!

Perfect facilities for friends or family get together. We enjoyed a five day retreat with 9 people and had a marvelous stay with all the comforts of home in a pristine mountain setting. This facility is ideally located for anything. Would highly recommend!

We always enjoy staying at Auslander! It’s definitely the place to stay if you are bringing your family. There is a nice playground, volleyball net, fire pit for s’mores, and hot tubs! Our kids enjoy it every summer!

We had a great stay! The staff was so nice. We had trouble getting the tv to work. They responded right away and got it up and running. The condo was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and comfortable condo. When we found that we were going to arrive a day early we called and were given access to our condo. A beautiful gazebo was available for our family get togethers every evening. I highly recommend Auslander!

Best place to stay for those who plan on skiing or snowboarding. We were steps away from both of the main lifts. The kitchen was also very useful. We saved a lot on this trip by making our own meals. I will definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

This is a great value, with a great location for all the popular summer activities. It's an easy walk to hiking trails, ropes course, and the main street which has all the food and drink. It's also just a block away from the grocery store to load up on supplies.The property itself is old but well maintained. It was very handy having a full kitchen to help us get through a full week's stay. Best of all, there is a lot of open space and a noisy creek nearby which can be heard day or night. The wild chipmunks are also a nice touch, often seen scurrying about the yard from the chairs that sit out front. The property is tucked away from the main strip, making it a little quiet and relaxing.The bed mattresses are ready to replaced, and the WiFi is decent, but nothing that would keep me from returning again. I would highly recommend these condos for any season.

These are the rudest people I have ever met. We had just spent the weekend there for a family reunion. They sent me a text message to see how our stay was. When I replied that it wasn't good and they don't know what customer is they called and needless to say I was told I wasn't allowed back there. I wouldn't go back there for anything. We will take our money elsewhere. Oh and read the rules they want to control what you do! I would give a zero star rating.

Always enjoy our stay at Auslander! We love that we can park our car and not need to drive during our stay, as we can easily walk to the ski area and throughout town. The condos are clean and spacious with the best location. Thanks for another memorable Red River experience!

We had a 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo with kitchen and pull out couch. Our party of 8 felt very comfortable staying there. My family enjoyed the hot tub and we loved being so close to slopes. Our bed was a little older so maybe not as comfortable as could of been, but we didn't mind too much. Parking can be a little bit of a challenge in the evenings, but we were also there peak spring break. Would stay again!

Very clean condo and thanks to the housekeeping crew for working so hard! Lots of rules posted everywhere, no pets allowed, no A/C for summertime, wood boardwalk needs replaced because of all the rotten boards. For the nightly price it’s expensive for what you get. Overall had an ok time.

We just got back from RR after staying the last 4 days. This was a great place to stay. The condo we had accommodated all 10 of us very comfortably. They are furnished well so you could cook and have food ready. The location was great. It was not a long walk to the lift and very close to all the shops. We enjoyed the hot tub after a long day on the slopes. The washing facility was also very convenient and clean.

This is a great place that provides so many features important to our family (close to downtown, next to fishing pond and other attractions for the grands, an in-house arcade and laundry service) could you really ask for more? Great staff an added bonus

Really enjoyed staying here during the Red River Family Encampment. Walking area to so many places… The ski lifts… definitely. Local restaurants, of course. The RRFE area… that too. It was great having room for 8 in our condo, plus being able to cook our own meals and hand out with others when we wanted. The place was clean, had outdoor grills… and were putting in brand new ones when we were leaving! There was also places to play… volleyball… corn hole… sauna… relax at the condo… and hit it hard when and where you want!The only part you might not like is… no elevators… and small staircases if you happen to be on the 2nd or 3rd floors. That was a little tight trying to get our huge suitcases and ice chests up the stairs… but we did it.

Our family spends a week at Auslanders every year for the family vacation. We always have a great time there as it is so close to town that we can walk everywhere. The pond is close so the kids can fish anytime and we can see them from the yard. Kids have a play area & there is so much outside place to enjoy & relax outside. Our favorite place!

We have stayed there every year, for the past 5 years, and couldn't be happier! It's a beautiful, clean, well kept facility, & the staff is friendly, helpful and professional. Down home service, with all kinds of extras not usually found in a small town.Hot tub, pool, clubhouse, Internet, a large pond, beautiful decks and patios, well groomed grassy grounds with wood burning fireplaces, grills and more. Plus they are RIGHT up against the ski area, and just a few hundred feet from Main Street. One of the most peaceful places we've ever stayed, and they always treat us like family. I have taken large groups, and just my family. Either way, it is an excellent place to stay.

This was the second year our family has stayed at the Auslander for our ski trip. We have 2 grown children plus their spouses and 4 grandchildren. Last year we rented a 3-bedroom condo and this year we rented one with 3 bedrooms plus a loft... we felt like we had plenty of room. The location to the slopes is just across the parking lot!The rooms are very clean and the staff is exceptionally accommodating. Our youngest grandchild left her stuffed panda she sleeps with under the covers. We were a couple of hours down the road when I received a phone call that Panda was left. We agreed to have it mailed and they said they would post it that day. We received Panda in a box addressed to our granddaughter. Panda had a sign around his neck saying "I've missed you, Kate!". It was an extremely sweet gesture and we will definitely be back!!

We stayed here for 1 week in a 3 BR condo in August 2013. The location is great - close to ski lifts, playhouse, shopping, fishing ponds. We were very pleased with all the staff - in the office and out. I don't understand why another said they were scared of the maids. They do not enter your condo - you simply leave your trash and used towels outside and they knock on your door and give you more. The maintenance man was especially nice.Parking was good - plenty of room for those with trailers. City fishing ponds are a very short walk away and were stocked several times while we were there. Our young son caught several in the kids pond, but we fished mostly away from town.The prices are very reasonable for the area. We compared against Rio Colorado cabins and they are more, yet rustic and only with 1 bathroom per unit, even on the larger cabins. We'll definitely stay @ Auslander again.We only had one night of rude guests - a family reunion. Management addressed and promised they wouldn't be back. No further problems after that. Very family oriented place.
