I never heard team members talk rudely about others as I did in this store. I just want to say those aisles are not walls and you can hear right through them. The store is real clean, but someone's mouth really needs to work on their customer service. Last year I stopped here and it was pleasant and friendly. This year, I heard so much rudeness, I walked right out and went to the Dollar General because that type of speech is not appropriate for the public... 😒

Stayed in Raton N.M.area for 2 months and visited this Family Dollar store frequently. Every time, I was given a warm, genuine smiles and all the assistance needed to find those small things.Store shelves were orderly, and shelf prices visibly marked. The isles were always free of merchandise, and things were clean and the floors maintained.Nice shopping experience.

Shopping here as been alot easier since the new assistant manager Amanda has started working there. Before boxes usually filled the isles making it hard to get by. Now alot less stock items in the way. She is always kind and friendly to me and makes sure I know where everything is, and the lines are not as long.

I like dollar stores, live in California and ours don't compare to this one. The clothes there are so soft and fashionable, great selection of shoes, they have everything that you absolutely need.

I understand people are hysterical right now, worried about catching covid, but when a military combat veteran is in your store and tells you he cant wear masks because his lungs havent worked right since the military, your response shouldn't be to threaten to call the cops, all the while wearing your mask incorrectlyI havent had more than 80% lung capacity since 2003. Too much time around burn pits and cs gas.Usually the people are very friendly to me and my service dog, and they're very well stocked, but people are really becoming mask nazis.Fyi, unless you're washing that mask every day in a sterilized machine with hospital grade detergent, you're not doing anything, and most likely causing more harm than good.
