Website says it opens at 8am. We arrived at 8:30. This is the second time it wasn't open. The sign says it opens at 9. We waited for over 1 1/2 hours.....crazy that we waited. The Pepsi delivery truck showed up too. We all waited. We wanted to see how long it was going to take. I counted 12 vehicles came, saw and left. Thank goodness that the 10 am gentleman showed up for his shift.

My husband and I were delighted to see a Family Dollar store going in, in Ramah.If we only needed a few items, it was an easy trip to town to get them, otherwise we'd have to go all the way to Gallup or, Grants......or, Halona Plaza in Zuni.There was never a problem with the employees.True, it isn't a fully stocked store but, if you only need the basics, you can get them.

The Family Dollar Store I went to recently was in Ramah. The store is very nice n we got what we needed. I've gone to different Family Dollar Stores n each has its own atmosphere. I always find something to buy. 🙂 BUT I do have one suggestion. I don't think the ladies personal items should be in the same isle cross from the potato chip isle where teens are looking for Hot Cheetos n you're looking at pads etc...hahaha!

Customer service sucked! The native guy working was rude. He was yelling at my kids & he followed me around the store telling me to hurry cuz they were closing. Very disrespectful. Don't think I'll be going back soon to shop. I will also be speaking to management about it. I didn't get everything I needed due to him telling me to hurry, he didn't give me my discount for the items on sale also. I'm taking receipts back for my discount plus speak to the manager. Other employees there are alot nicer

The only grocery store for about five miles in any direction, and a surprisingly good one! Ramanites should probably stick to shopping in nearby Gallup and Grants because it's cheaper (with more selection), but this is a great addition to the community overall, especially ever since the gas station in town closed. With this and the organic food store up the highway, Ramah actually has a few choices now!

Please avoid this Dollar Store. The main reason is the people who work there. They are inconsiderate, childish, and unprofessional. The staff at this store makes no effort to accommodate even the most basic services while shopping.Please-please people of Ramah and surrounding areas DO NOT SHOP HERE!Thank you!
