I went back to subway tonight. 3/5/21. There was no one in store but the two workers were very busy with call in orders. I was the only one in the store and it took me 26 minutes to get my sandwich. The two young men were not as rude as the last experience I has. However, it was too long to wait for my sandwich when I was the only one in store. Keep trying subway, I hope the experience ay your store gets better someday.

Update 4/14/12Went back to fix the order issues. Took back the salad for them to look at. I got a sandwich for replacement due to them unable to refund I was told. They didn't even look at salad. They weren't very concerned about what happened. I was still unhappy with interaction that I forgot about asking for the Guacamole I paid extra for!!!! I won't be going or having delivery from them again. Total waste for what I originally paid!!!4/11/21I placed my order through doordash.com, who did fine. I ordered the Turkey Bacon Guacamole Salad. I put down for extra Guacamole and received None at all!!!! There was very little meat or provolone cheese put on salad either!!! Plus there is $3.59 listed for drink but no specification on what you would get. I called to confirm that and was told it would be a large fountain, I received a bottle. I wouldn't have ordered it if I would have known it would be bottled!! I won't be ordering from them again, that was a total waist of $17.82 spent on Subway portion alone!!! The guy I spoke to on phone offered no help,, said he didn't even know what to do. Didn't even eat it!!!

Got a 6 inch "The Beast" sandwich no drink or chips and it cost $16.00 dollars never again will I order that! That is ridiculous for a half a sandwich!!🤬🤬

They have a good variety of sandwiches and breads. You get to choose what you want on the sandwich. You can get bottles of soda, juice and water. Or, you can get fountain drinks instead. They have small bags of chips you can order to have with your sandwich. They also have several types of cookies for dessert. You can order ahead by phone or using the app and the order will be on a shelving unit near the cash register when you arrive. Just look at the bags for your name, grab it and go. The prices are pretty reasonable and they often have special deals, especially through the app. The staff are pretty friendly and helpful.Vegetarian options: Tons of vegetarian options available.Parking: Easy to get into the parking lot. Usually plenty of parking available.

Undoubtedly the worst experience at a Subway I have ever had. The 2 young people behind the counter were very unfriendly. Seems like their job might be too hard for their capabilities. Maybe try to hire people that can make a sandwich and smile at the same time. Also, remove the stanchions from in front of the protective glass barrier so that patrons can see the options before making a choice.

Sandwich was all wrong, I payed for guacamole on four sandwiches and received none. Service was less than acceptable. Employees standing around every where laughing and having a good time. I’d rather just make the trip to Clovis for a sandwich.Edit:If you write a bad review they send their relatives to throw drinks at your car. Best service ever

Dirty and unprofessional. Beware when placing an order online. As I was placing my order (sandwich was not good, bread was hard) someone placed an online order and after the worker placed the meat and cheese on the persons sandwich, she placed the nasty dirty receipt on top of their sandwich and the sandwich sat there for several minutes before the next worker put the rest of the ingredients. I’m sure that bread was hard and just the thought of having that receipt on top of the sandwich like that, is even more gross.

Subway is subway, sandwich was good but the "sandwich artist" acted like she just wanted us out and didn't want to be in the same room. The cashier was 10 times better without forcing a smile and was nice without having to be extra.

After multiple visits, I have to say that the friendly staff works hard to make sure the bread is fresh baked and the ingredients are kept mouthwatering. And get this, I never go away with that bloated feel. Add a very clean & open environment and you have a great way to grab a meal whether you are eating in or on the go... gotta love that Subway!

This Subway has done good sometimes. But hasn’t ever (but once) done good on the curbside take out orders that I have placed. I get the same thing every-time, it’s a turkey bacon + guacamole sandwich. And nearly every-time,(unless I go in) there is no guacamole. On a sandwich that has guacamole in the name. They didn’t only mess up on mine, they messed up on two other sandwiches that I ordered as well. There workers need to pay attention to the orders. It’s not like they didn’t take enough time. It also took 45 minutes to get the food. Yes, it is is 6 sandwiches, they very well could have been packed. All I want to get what I order.

I thought when they rebuilt the place it would be better but today was by far disappointing. I came in and three of the guys working were swearing, saying the n word, and talking about inappropriate things. I made my order to be toasted and they stuck it in with two sandwiches that another stranger had. Which basically did nothing to my sandwich. When I asked for guac I was told they were out and to me it’s kinda ridiculous to be out of something at 5 in the afternoon. Overall the sandwhich was poorly put together and the experience was by far the worst I’ve ever had

Food was good and the location is relatively new looking. I was a bit frustrated due to the unclean seating area (crumbs and other messes on every table) and the employees loudly discussing their social life (using four letter words) throughout the entire premises. Otherwise, I like the food and the service at the counter.

Went into subway to get a spinach rotisserie chicken wrap and it was so watery the spinach tortilla was drenched in it and brown liquid at that !!! I told the lady I don’t want that! She got my Tortilla And held it over the trash to pour out the brown liquid and said is that better I said NO!! Then she said what veggies?! So I got a 8.00 dumpster wrap! I will never go back!!

The Sandwhichs were half made, and the worker was standoff, had a mean look on her face, rolled her eyes when we walked in, had no guac, and only replied once when we said thank you. She was also passive aggressive with the other customers in front of us.

Not customer friendly, a partition is in front of the coolers, couldn't see ingredients very well. Counter person was hurried and interrupted me several times. Not friendly at all. Will not return.

We took my 4 year old grandson there for lunch. The girl serving us talked directly to him and made his selections of food personal. He ate better because he got to make choices.

Customer service was great!!No problems there but when my husband and I walked in...WOW the temperature was definately hotter than what the weather was like outside.So dissapointed because when I think of Subway I think fresh,light,awesome food but not the case here.We walked in to what felt like a sauna I asked an employee why it was so hot in there and he responded to me that the OWNER choose to keep it at the temperature where it sat 87° although other customers had commplained about the air before we walked in.Hopefully customer reviews make a change in the food industry.

This subway is always clean and well lit. The bathrooms are kept clean. The employees are attentive. There's plenty of room to sit and eat.
