This lady named katlynn refused service to my mom because she was Mexican. She then threw my moms card at her and said they didn’t expect food stamps as if my mom was that dumb to pay gas with food stamps. We called the manager and she was no help at all her reply to everything we said was “umm okay” so she is definitely not fit at all to be a manager as she had no simple communication skills

They have a racist lady working here definitely will be goin up the chain and be dealing with us, denied service to my mom for being Mexican. When I called up I asked for a manager and she was also very rude horrible customer service

This store has an aggressive young man employed that has threatened to take a senior citizen customer outside to physically fight them when this employee felt "disrespected". This matter was brought up to the employee directly in an attempt to clarify the situation and the manager at this location demanded that I leave the store and was told that I was not welcomed in the store any more.The contact between me and this employee was calm, without raised voices or foul language involved, however the manger automatically protected this employee without even gathering a single bit of information. Due to the lack of customer concern, NO member of my family will be visiting this location under any circumstance.Several attempts were made to call this location to collect the store number in an attempt to file a complaint but I was hung up on. Despite this, after a 28 minute phone call to their corporate customer experience line, a complaint was successfully filed and all information was given to them about this incident.If you have elderly family members, be very cautious if you choose to go here. The manager shows no concern for employee action in regards to threats made against customers.

First of all they tried to tell me I couldn't have cheeseburgers because the restaurant closes at 2pm. Than after general manager said they could & I was ready to pay for my food they told me they couldn't take my check because there reader is down. Hope they enjoyed wasting that food & time.

Very nice place to stop restrooms are usually clean. Food is amazing. Recommend the hamburgers they're the best in town and very affordable. Staff is very nice, respectful, and helpful.
