Not a good experience today, second time i have had to leave my stuff and go. A while back manager was in back doing paperwork. And i was in a hurry waited a little while at register had to leave. Today she was helping carry stuff out for a customer which is fine i understand, but then she stayed talking to them outside while their are customers inside. I was at register for a bit but had to go i was in a hurry just needed a quick in and out for stuff. I really think they need to hire an extra person when the manager is there she has other things to do and it leaves the store un attended.

I normally love to come to the store. Due to the fact that it's normally stocked the manager and staff are friendly.But today I stopped in for a couple items. was greeted by Eva, then had to listen to an employee by the name of Renee,Using the f word, S***, and other obscenities, acomplaining about doing her job. I was at the other side of the building, and could still hear her. I was not the only customer in the building. Others were also disappointed.

I elected to go to Family Dollar, due to both Dollar Trees opening up at 10a, instead of 8 and 9a -- as posted on their website location and door. Nonetheless, I found everything I needed and didn't have to go to Wal-Mart. The store is well stocked, organized, and clean. I frequent often, and my husband and daughter go a couple of times a week.

The most rudest lady who is a manager there really needs to see if she belongs there or not. I had to deal with her yesterday 6/5/2022 around 1:30pm. Right off the bat she was accusing me of stealing Q-tips, telling me that my shirt looked puffed out. I was in the store to make a return on a item that I did not need. When I handed the bag to her and said does this look like Q-tips to you cause to me it looks like hair gel. She got the receipt and looked at the bar code numbers one by one. When I got the money back I told her next time make sure the person actually has the item in their pants before you start accusing them of stealing. I won't go in that store again if I see her working.

This is the cleanest Family Dollar I've seen in NM, AZ, CO, TX I was so shocked when I walked in, the floors shined, shelves clean & stockedneatly, when I asked where something was the lady actually walked me to the item asking me how my day was going. NO FREIGHT sitting everywhere even the parking lot was clean I will only shop at this Family Dollar from now on.

I like going to the store it’s close to homeHow ever the manager needs to stop asking everyone when there is a long line to donate a dollar to what ever donation box there is.she ask me every time I go in and I’m sick of her asking me I said I do not ever want to donate any money to stop asking me and she continues to ask so I ask you one more time TAMMY I do NOT want to donate anything ever you bug lady
