Great with our dogs Carol and her staff are such kind competent dog loving groomers. Minnie and Molly are always excited to see them. They love their beauty day and come home with a professionally groomed coat. We have been with Carol for about two year's now and have never had a bad experience. Thank you Carol and all.Someone asked if it is wheelchair accessible I would say the parking lot is dirt and gravel there is a sidewalk into the building though if you are navigating by yourself might be a challenge. f you have a mobility issue Carol and staff is very accommodating they were very helpful with my dogs after my stroke.

Took almost a week to schedule an appointment because they didn't pick up the phone (understandable) and refuse to call back or respond to voice-mails( not so much), they say so right in their answering machine. I kept trying because I saw the reviews and also the convenience driving wise. They didn't file my dogs claws after clipping them so they were very sharp, somewhat defeating the purpose for me. The shearing work was good, except for some long hair they missed on the edge of the belly and on one of the paws, no biggie anyway. The bandana they put on was a nice touch though haha but all of it definitely wasn't worth the price for me (65, cash only). Very friendly staff though.

Carol and her staff are amazing. They’re always friendly and you can tell they really care about the dogs and the quality of their work. I have a pretty shaggy little dog, but he always comes back to me looking so clean and happy and for a very reasonable price! I highly recommend them.
