Who knew some of the best food I’ve had in NM could be found inside a lil gas station? Please don’t pass this place up, it’s great!! We heard it was really good and decided to give it a try and we weren’t disappointed. I had the quesadilla and it was awesome. There are so many items on the menu to choose from. It was made quick and the staff were very helpful and kind. If I’m ever in the Pecos area again, I’m definitely stopping! Hope others try and enjoy this spot!!

Went to Pancho’s on Father’s Day to grab lunch heading up to Santa Fe’s National Forest for a picnic with the family.First time ordering from here and knew it was located inside a gas station but from my past experiences that’s where the best foods come out of 😊We were greeted by a young man named Robbert who was super polite and wanted to make sure we understood the menu and ordered exactly what we wanted, he went out of his way to make sure we were happy..Super nice guy and the food he made was amazing. We loved every bite. In fact it smelt so good we didn’t even make it to the picnic area we really wanted to enjoy lunch at, nope five minutes into the drive and my girls were already devouring the food.. 😅Great food, Robert was a pleasure and we would definitely go back and recommend!Enjoy 😉Vegetarian options: My wife had the vegetarian taco plater! 🏻

I have consistently heard good if not great things about the food. It's a wierd set up as you order& pay the gas attendant but the menu has interesting options. I tried the chicharrones power burrito because it was said to be the most popular. I found it to be small in size but plenty of food. It is very rich. The texture of the chicharrones is not for me. I did like that the burrito had great flavor, plenty of red & green chile and was bursting at the seems. Get plenty of napkins and a water, it's very salty. I think they close by 8pm

This is the iconic location for the best breakfast burritos fritz pies and amazing assortment of delicious drinks as well as all you will need while enjoying your vist to pecos wilderness. Two big thumbs up!

If I could rate them a 0 I would. I ordered a casserole of of red enchiladas for my family that was visiting and this was THE WORST ENCHILADAS I HAVE EVER HAD. They tray was half full, the chili was runny.. and I don't know what kind of meat was in there but it wasn't beef. This was so embarrassing to present to my family. And such a waste of money.

The food was great. Never thought I would say that some of the best food I had on a trip was from a gas station kitchen. It was however, worth it. Had a combo plate. The food was well seasoned and fresh. If you are in Pecos. Grab some food and find a picnic spot. Well worth it.

After more than a year since my last review, unfortunately nothing has gotten any better. Orders are still done wrong, always missing something or something requested not to have, is still on it.. the other day I was craving breakfast in the evening.. called an order for the good ol fashioned eggs brkfst. With ham. Get home , no ham, hash browns were cold and way to salted and peppered. Went back for the ham, get back to find that it was diced into burnt tiny pieces?? Maybe a handful. Couldn't taste the Ham, only burned greasy crunchies.. and it costed 15.79. Seriously over priced. I just had my last order from this place. Counter Service is always great. That's the only nice thing about Pancho's.

My wife and I ate here a couple of times during a three day stay in Pecos, NM. The smothered burritos were very good. I had green chile cheeseburgers that were also good. This is a takeout only establishment. So do not expect to dine in.

The meat is over cooked and obviously not fresh. The grass fed meat they claim to serve tastes as though it's loaded with artificial fillers and the eggs in their breakfast foods are also over cooked and full of leaking mystery moisture. Crazy place. Customers sit at the pump AFTER they have fueled up talking on their phones😮😮😮. When you ask them to move, they are upset 😳. We were 1 of 3 cars waiting to fuel up. I usually don’t do these reviews but today was so bad......it was funny. This station even has 2 older gentlemen sitting in the bench outside watching it all go down, cracking a smile every once in a while 🙃. The owner would have witnessed all this, but he was too engrossed in repairing the light at one of the pumps. When he does realize it, after about five long minutes, he calls the driver by his first name and asks him to pull away from the pump....the customer even yelled at the owner. Can’t make this up!!! So we got our gas and drove away chalking it up to a “road experience “.

Best breakfast burritos we've ever had. A bit hard to find as it is inside the Shell gas station. Was a bit worried when we foumd that out, but were pleasantly surprised with the taste, quality and customer service

This is seriously good. I ordered the club and carne adovada plate. The club is absolutely massive. I can't finish the entire thing, and I'm 6'6" 315lb with an appetite. There's real veggies, thick turkey, ham, and tomatoes. I'm I'm heaven. Thank you cool dude!

Panchos catered my wedding. Many of our guests were from out of state and we really wanted some good home cooking New Mexican food. Panchos was delicious and very accommodating! I highly recommended them for your catering needs.

Horrible service horrible food. The cashiers basically called me a lier and said i ordered a breakfast quesadilla which i didn't. Rude horrible service. After i went to correct the issue, they they said they were no longer taking orders.

Restaurant is inside Shell gas station. Food was decent but a little pricy for lunch. They weren't opened the hours that they have listed on their menu or website.
