Purchased an sausage pizza yesterday (Saturday 12/30/23) afternoon, what an mistake. UGH. Thankful we have 3 bathrooms. Thats were we spent our time. Never stopping there again for food.

One rule should be implemented. When ordering food to take out, make such you pay that moment, don't pay after you received the food, most of the times when waiting for food to prepare, when your order is complete, cooks bring the food to the cashier, waiting for you to pay, that's great, *But, while waiting for your order up ten to fifteen customers come in, they do have two Cashiers but most of the time, only have one cashier, because you h they have to go to the back of line, it's đź‘Ť, but when you get to the front, your is cold, not warm any more.

Have gone here all my life, it’s a great stop for any of your station needs, I usually call first to ask what they’re serving, however one male associate is very rude, I asked “what’s your stew of the day?” He said he had no idea what I was talking about and hung up. Great service! If you call and he answers, best just ask to speak to someone else

It was a nice gas station and a little store in the beautiful town.I wasn't sure if the clerk never seen anyone with my mask on. I delivered a rider in the area and needed fuel. I was very nice to him but his comment asking if I'm okay was a bit strange. I assume because I was wearing my mask. COVID is still here. I'm protecting myself and our community. He wasn't friendly. Otherwise a nice store to get fuel and grab a snack.

Grab and go stuff is pricey, but typical for the area. New store is nice. However ordering food has definitely gone down hill with new ownership. Orders lost, they don't have ingredients on hand and don't tell you until you get there, wait is incredibly long if you get anything and they seem to have the kitchen closed a lot for plumbing issues which is super concerning. Employees are still expected to work and have no access to a working bathroom?

Rosella, the manager, is the rudest, unprofessional person in the store. She has treated me badly on several occasions just because she is the "boss". When we complained, she lied to her boss and she started yelling at us to get out. We were just bringing our complaints about her abusive treatment to me and others. Please read all the negative comments about her. She should not be managing anything, anywhere, at all.

Their menu is decent and the ordered food has been good and worth the price. And the store is clean and their is a nice variety of items. However, whoever cooks the breakfast burritos.....my god! I actually opened up the burrito today to see how much ham was actually in it. I am not lying when I tell you 3 small pieces of ham in the whole thing. Such a jip. Their prices on everything else is absolutely insane for where they are located.

Prices charged at the register are regularly more than what is marked on the product on the Shelf. More than one time the cashier had a balance left on the register when she started ringing up my order, causing me to be overcharged. I bought a pound of meat from the deli and received a half ofa pound, I called and spoke to Andy the manager who was very nice and replaced the product, however the next time I bought a pound of meat once again I received a half a pound. I have basically stopped shopping here .

I wasn't excited about the new name, especially since this is not Eagle's Nest, New Mexico. Since it has opened with new changes, I do not have anything bad to say. In fact, their egg rolls are really good! When can you say that about a gas station? The coolers keep drinks colder than before which is awesome! There is also more selection than ever. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the price gouging. We are happy for the changes and jobs!

Went in today with a friend, friend got drinks for himself and his kids, paid for all off them. His son stayed behind with me, I purchased my things and the cashier charged me again for his sons drink, after I told her his father already paid, she claimed he did not. How convenient she didn't give us receipts, lost my business for life. What happened to the store??

Worst pizza I’ve ever had!Crust was not just overdone, it was black.Pepperoni was little shriveled up pieces of plastic.New owners or employees don’t seem to care.I walked in and ask if my pizza was ready, was told to turn around and get the box from under the heat lamps and bring it to them so they could ring it up.

For starters, I love the customer service from a few of the cashiers...HOWEVER this owner/s are absolutely, ridiculously, and outrageously OVER PRICED on EVERYTHING!!! I mean seriously, they can't be hurting that bad to take that much advantage of our small community because they know we don't have many places to accommodate our grocery/gas needs. It's pretty sad that a simple bottle of ibuprofen costs 4.99 for 24tabs when retail cost is 2.00. Or a jar of Prego pasta sauce at 3.79 when retail grocery stores charge 1.59. Gas is another story. I understand that delivery cost may be costly but dam!!! Still making enough to cover that expense and then some on top of what they charge at a high of 2.50+ per gallon. Pancho's Shell Gas station is just as bad but a bit more reasonable!!! Thank goodness we have the dollar stores here in Pecos otherwise we would really be victims to the greed of these stores. I love the service and it's not the employees fault but it's heartbreaking that we are taken advantage of due to location and availability of retailers. I am speaking for hundreds of people as I have heard over and over the same complaints about the costs in these stores. Oh and one other thing....Griegos market rarely has FRESH produce! I went in with hopes to purchase lemons and they are always rotten, soft and sometimes even molded and I was STILL expected to pay .89 ea!!!! I asked for a discount considering the situation because it's only right, but nope!! The cashiers always tell me that the owner said nothing can be discounted and that the produce must stay in the baskets until it Sells completely. They will not replace anything until the baskets grow mold as well!!!! Pretty sad. And this comes directly from the employees?

The manager of the Pecos Eagle Nest Market, Rosella, is the rudest, loud-mouth person, who enjoys belittling the customers. She is annoying and extremely unprofessional which creates a very uncomfortable situation in this establishment.

Weekend cash register, name unknown, service dog even on a leash or not allowed to walk in with their owners very rude, she goes outside smokes a cigarette goes back to work after the cigarette break, does not wash hands, her breath smells like an exhaust pipe coming from a car. (But no it's not a car,,) it's her breath coming from her mouth. Wrap sandwich after been handled by the casher, sandwich smell like cigarettes. I give this business two (**). Because the it's very convenient 5 minutes from highway I-25. They do sell different items you can go in and out real fast, the set up, you can get something to drink, wine, cigarettes, food is ready to go or you can order the food yourself, they have milk cheese, bologna, bread, tortillas, different types of canned foods, some automotive products, you can buy fishing licenses, ice, outdoor camping items. Of course, many types of beers.

It was 8:55 and the employee wouldnt let us in. He indicated it was closed but we still had 5 minutes and. And even according to their computer it was always ten minutes behind so we actually had 15 minutes but in real time 5 minutes and he closed. This has not been the first time and we drove from ilfeld. Definately not right

Don't expect to get to place an order within the last hour or so of the kitchen closing. You will be asked to "hold please" then they will never answer. I called to prove my point to several friends, I put the phone on speaker for over 12 minutes, then called back 5 minuets later and we got put on hold until the kitchen closed.

They changed the time to order burgers and pizza from 8 to 6:30 that is to early especially for people that work. At least take orders until 7:30.
