Spoke with the store manager Pebbles - she came across as rather rude and ignorant. We saw this as a location for charging on plug share. The LOOP chargers have yet to be properly installed and we were in an SOS situation after getting lost in the mountains. I planned on spending over $100.00 in snacks and products to pass the time as we could get the charge necessary to make it to the next charge station. The total cost of the electricity would have been less than $1.00. After Pebbles yelled, screamed and had a fit though the entire store about the charging situation, which originally appeared permissible as shown on PlugShare.My husband continued to speak with her. She stated that the electric cost was over budget and that corporate would not approve (who is receiving the tax deduction for providing wall outlets). My husband offered to compensate the store for over the $1.00 of charge we would consume. He also reaffirmed the emergency situation we were in and that they were listed on PlugShare as an emergency location.I went to the car to unplug it. I had the wallet so my husband came back to the vehicle - after informing her about the issue and the emergency situation. I told him that we would no longer be patrons of dollar general/family dollar. The shell gas could supply us with the snacks we needed and wanted at a better price and without the headache of manager Pebbles.The store manager Pebbles needs to be re-educated in business management and the effective cost of utilities. She also needs to be taught proper etiquette and how to present herself in a public space that represents your company.

Stop in for some ice and camping snacks. The cashier possible manager (if she isn't...she should be) was extremely friendly, she even had a coupon for a magazine I wanted. This is the stop for your camping needs, the store was well stocked and I found want I needed. Felt bad though seemed like she was the only person in the store and it got busy real fast when we stopped by.

Good prices, surprisingly varied selection of merchandise. We enjoy their store brand - Clover Valley - which seem to be as good or better than some national brands. Convenient location if you forgot something and you're headed up into the National Forest. For those of us that live in Pecos, it helps avoid a trip into Santa Fe. My only real complaint is that the store is too small for the amount of merchandise they have.

Went into the store a couple of days ago and none of the staff was wearing a mask. I understand that they are not required to but this is a small community and the uptick in COVID cases is staggering. It just proved to me that these people don’t care. I will not return to this store anytime soon.

Good prices sucks because they have a worker who is always stealing items from the store. names angela babera. she acts like she scans the items and puts them in the bags for people she knows. and pays them for helping her.

"pebbles has a bad attitude almost every single day. She accused a customer of stealing. And has assaulted people..I saw from my car. She also accused a friend of stealing when she had purchased the item earlier and had it in her purse. The manager Renee is a good person but Pebbles is atrocious and doesn't deserve the job she has..

It was more or less like most DG's with a semi-cluttered look and random about-to-be stocked items all over the place. One of the csa's "pebbles" was having a bad day and sharing random expletives with another csa behind the sales counter. Not the best customer experience, but in Pecos...the only other alternative is Family Dollar Store.

We are glad to have these stores in Pecos. What are the spoiled brats complaining about. This is a small town that can not support something bigger.

I live in Pecos NM. This Dollar General. Is very convenient, in location, highway 25 just five to seven Miles. Waiting time, in and out.

This place is packed with a lot to choose from. Im amazed it wasnt as busy maybe due to Father's Day. People are friendly & willing to help you out.
