This dq does not have chocolate soft serve. They do have lots of arcade games, and it is clean. Almost all windows have been plastered with ads. Our blizzard was a little short of full and was more like just ice cream.* I spoke with the manager and they made a much better blizzard.Kid-friendliness: Games

Long wait to get a banana split. Got home only to find they forgot the ice cream! Imagine that an ice cream.shop forgets to put the ice cream in a banana split. $7.00 for a banana, a little fruit and dabs of whip cream. They need to do better. Don't live close enough to go back .

Came thru the drive thru and there were 2 cars in front of us. We ordered 3 Cones and chili cheese dogs and a chicken basket. When we got to the front they handed us our ice creams and they were already melting. The ice creams should have been done last not first. Really disappointed with this dairy queen. The chili dog looked like they were just thrown in there. Definitely not coming back.

Cashier Katelynn needs a customer service class. She was rude, interrupted my mother several times and was just an overall unpleasant person. Also there was hair in my food it was a disgusting experience to be quite honest.

Blizzards are not well made; served to the customer already melting. Also, they don’t even dare flipping the blizzard upside down, because doing so, the signature blizzard move, would make this DQ go bankrupt fast.. Unfortunately, the young staff needs some training… although they are friendly and attentive, hence the 2 stars.

Went there 9/24/2022 to eat lunch with my wife and kids after visiting the Pecos Historic National Park. I felt like the burgers tasted like I could have gotten them from a gas station. Now I'm from Texas and notice the menu was different. However didn't feel like the quality was there.

Probably the most consistently slow drive through I've ever come across. It is not at all uncommon to wait 30+ minutes in line while cars behind you give up and leave. If you can see a line of cars from the entrance, don't bother unless you've got time to kill. Aside from that, the food is inconsistent at best. Sometimes it's decent (for "fast" food), sometimes your burger is so overcooked that it's dry and crunchy. It's better than nothing, I guess, but not by much. Definitely one of the worst DQ locations I've been to.

The location I visited in Pecos NM on sunday may 15th 2022 at around 4-5pm. while having the quality of food I expected the staff seems to be a bit rude and careless. I get that it's a super small town (if you blink you'll miss it) and the youth of that town need opportunities to make money in this horrible Biden economy but they need to take their job a little bit more seriously. I went through the drive thru and was rushed through my order by the girl taking my order. She didn't enter the correct order and when I came back because my order was wrong I went inside this time and the guy that was making the food was complaining that he had to make the correct order. There was no apology or anything. I did get my order corrected but these kids need to get it together. I guess I should have expected it as that's what usually happens when you let teenagers run a business.

They can't seem to get an order right. Wait 20+ minutes for food just go get home and half of it is wrong. Sad that this is one of the only places to eat in town. The owner is also needs an attitude adjustment. Terrible customer service.

Orders are wrong 4 out of 5 times these past few months, and the lines and wait time are outrageous! I waited 48min in drive through on a Wed night, with 6 cars ahead of me, and ea time is a 25+ min wait regardless??.. they never give napkins, ketchup or any condiments either. Check your orders before leaving that window! It's frustrating to get home with an order done completely wrong! The girls at the window have no courtesy, customer service skills and personalities are pathetically rude.. the young female manager a night is no help and is always closing early as well. Will always say that 'her' owner knows' and that it would be a waste of time to report her lol!! Uhhhuuh, sure he knows.. I'm sure if he did he this place wouldn't be operating this way!

1st visit: I ordered a vanilla cone. They were nice & fast.2nd visit: I ordered a bacon cheeseburger combo. The burger was great, the fries were great. If anything I found the serving size to be too small. The service was friendly & had a small time vibe.

We went inside to use the facilities and get an ice cream cone. The bathrooms and lobby area were filthy. The cone was good but kind of hard to eat anything from a place that isn't concerned about cleanliness. We have gone through the drive up window several times but not sure we will even do that again.

Ordered my daughter a chicken basket and requested that gravy come with it. The cashier didn't act like it was a problem. When we got our food the gravy wasn't there so I went to the counter and asked politely to get our gravy. The lady behind the counter voiced that they don't give gravy to kids bc of it being to hot. I asked for a cup of gravy anyhow bc I requested it. She argued with me that my daughter could not have gravy . As her mother I believe I should be able to decide what my child can and cannot have without an argument. Also ordered a blizzard and as we got tired of waiting we decided to just leave. Well that's when it finally came out.....melted.. horrible service

Mid 2021 my SUV experiened a break down at this location. I pulled in and shut off the engine so my family could use the facilities and get a treat before hitting the road back to town. Low and behold when I went back out to my ride, it would no longer start. In the end I had to call a tow truck and waited several hours in the parking lot of the Dariy Queen for it to arrive. The staff was great about the whole thing and let us come inside for the AC or what not was we waited. Some places can get quite grumpy when stuff like this happens in their parking lots, but not this Dariy Queen. When I come back to the area for next summers camping season i'll be swinging back here for sure to give back to the folks who were kind to me.

Staff seemed rushed, but pretty attentive. Food (cheeseburgers, chicken strips) was good and fresh. Sunday and blizzard were PERFECT. Found this place by accident, but it is the best DQ I've been to in a very, very, long time.

My blizzard was melting when I got it. I bought dilly bars and they came in individual packets and did not come in the original dilly box of six. They put them in a container that is used for food take out. They were cracked and I had to put them in a freezer container when I got home. They need better management.

They have all the typical Dairy Queen fare. The food is fresh and the service is typically friendly. They have video games for the kids and younger people tend to hang out here sometimes. I wish they didn't charge for soft drink refills. Who does that in this day and age?
