Watch your to go containers. Got to the truck and the lid was melted and cracked. The broth was literally inside the plastic bag and not inside the styrofoam container from the lid being busted up. All we did was walk from getting the food and grabbing energy drinks to the car. It was bagged by itself so nothing else was in the bag to crush it. Otherwise food and service is good.

I stopped by your restaurant and ordered a bean, cheese and chicharron burrito. I sat down and opened up the burrito to add some red chile and I noticed that there was mold on the cheese. I let the cashier know and asked for a refund . I advised the cashier to let the cooks know to check and change out the shredded cheese (I said it in a polite and discreet way). The cashier told the two female cooks and they looked at the cheese and made a comment and they kept putting cheese on other orders. I am disappointed, because I have never had an issue with the food. Please check your food before you take a bite.

Chicken Tacos w/ Guacamole and Salsa Rojo. (You can also get a Salsa Verde but I love this one so much I can’t imagine trying another one)Best tacos ever. It used to be that you could only get great el parasol tacos from the original location as the other ones always seemed to be a step behind in terms of consistency. Well no longer is that the case and the Ohkay Owingeh El Parasol is proving to be great outlet for people not wanting to drive all the way into town just to get the same delicious tacos. It makes me happy I can get tacos from my favorite spot in my Pueblo!!

I usually like the food here, but the burrito I had was expensive, small and had a pool of oil at the bottom. I must say it was really good until I got to the end and the grease just oozed out onto my shirt and pants. But... I have had burritos here before that I loved. I always get the shredded beef tacos or the burger. Both of which are really good. This last time I got the asada burrito and I think that's my new go-to. The absolute best asada I've ever had from a restaurant. I highly recommend it!Vegetarian options: The vegetarian tacos are very delicious. As a primarily meat eating person I wouldn't pass up a vegetarian taco.

I had a Navajo taco still around breakfast time, was so happy I didn't have to wait for lunch hours. It was delicious. The location was a bit odd, partially inside a gas station and food served in to go containers but it was still good food.

Was looking forward to eating here, but very disappointed with our order. The steak burrito advertised online indicated steak, beans, cheese and guacamole. The steak burrito received had steak and A LOT of potato; NO beans or guacamole. The tortilla burger was ok, but the french fries were stale and cold. Sorry, we won't be back anytime soon.

Vegetarian burrito was good but half the size that it use to be and with salsa almost 11.00. Mostly just beans and not fillingVegetarian options: The salsa is terrific. The best around. But the veggie burrito was half the size of a year ago, mostly just beans and maybe a teaspoon of chile in it. And 11.00. Not filling at all. Used to be loaded with potatoes, even zucchini or cauliflower, plenty of chile. Not any more.

I waited a short time for my order. It was fresh made the way I asked. I got home and it was still warm. As we sat down to eat the food was very delicious. We couldn't be anymore satisfied. I hope everyone else that ate there was as satisfied as my family was.
